I love the fact that you’ve included lots of characters in the background of the stages. It makes Marvels vs Capcom’s library of characters even bigger.
Three recomendations for build a roster: -PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale 2 -Injustice 3 -and the fighting crossover that everybody expected, but never happened, Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter.
For the Street Fighter tournament stage, you could have a roster of martial artists like Moon Knight, White Tiger, Elektra, etc. for Marvel and various Street Fighter characters so each fight on that stage has a slightly different background fight going on
I have a suggestion: what if the encyclopedia section was run by Marvel's The Collector and Capcom's Hunnigan from re4 and re6. When you select a fighter to get info on them you can press ether two buttons, One for the Collector's commentary and the other for Hunnigan's commentary. Hunnigan and the Collector will not only say tidbits and triva about the fighter you pick but they will also throw in their personal opinion about the character. Maybe the Collector will talk about how he wants to steal Mega Man's Mega Buster or Dante's guns. Or Hunnigan mentions how she once mistaken super powered brutes like Hulk and The Thing, to be B.O.W Tyrants.
They did, the issue was how much their parent company was willing to spend. Which for Capcom wasn't that much because they couldn't get Marvel to cover them financially and that wasn't a risk they were really willing to take otherwise. That's why Infinite was all over the place quality wise and reused assets.
capcom very much cared about the new and unique characters coming to the series if the rumors out there are even slightly true. Apparently it was Disney telling capcom what to include and not include. Look into that how you wish..I believe it because nobody is better at getting in their own way than Disney

Put 6 DLC Characters up to fans choice and see the entire internet broken and destroyed in million pieces 30 minutes later. Internet already broke sometimes, but this would be the breaking of the 21st Century.
In Phoenix's Arcade Mode, he defends Peter Parker because he got framed for murder. There's also this reoccurring joke where the prosecutor (let's say Godot) constantly tries to prove that Peter is a masked vigilante, but he always misses the mark. "Your honor, the defendant is the vigilante known as... Punisher!" In the ending, Phoenix cross examines a witness, and Phoenix concludes "The real murderer was the supervillain Mysterio, and his secret identity is THIS WITNESS RIGHT HERE!" Then the witness, Quentin Beck, breaks down in that classic Ace Attorney style, maybe punching himself in the head so hard that his helmet shatters. After he's declared innocent, Peter thanks Phoenix for keeping his identity a secret, and Phoenix says "Hey, I've had way weirder clients." Oh, and Phoenix could have an alternate costume that gives him Matt Murdock's suit and glasses.
For Apollo Justice’s Arcade Mode, he could be defending the Mutants, even getting ones like Magneto involved. However, the Judge, the Prosecutor, and everyone in the gallery is Sentinels. It would end with Apollo pointing his finger at Bolivar Trask, and all of the sentinels would self destruct as Bolivar breaks down. Then Future Wolverine would arrive confused what’s going on.

I’m more of a Marvel fan, but all this sounds amazing. Even the few Capcom stuff I do know sounds great and I’d totally buy this if it were to ever come out in the form you described it. Mainly two additional things I’d want: 1. Have it be available on the most current Playstation, Microsoft & Nintendo consoles, as well as PC, so that most will get it as possible. 2. Put Stan Lee in there somewhere.
And one question. If we could get a hypothetical Marvel vs. Capcom 4, then why not turn it into Disney vs. Capcom? A Disney Employee: I know the executives would be uncomfortable about our Mouse pitting against Iron Man or M. Bison if we turned Marvel vs. Capcom 4 into Disney vs. Capcom....but it'll be a surprising smash hit. A Capcom Employee: But did we forgot that we made games with You? A Disney Employee: Of course.... The House of Mouse itself has lots of Fighters to choose from. And one of the perfect stories to adapt....the Weirdmageddon Trilogy from our favorite Disney Science fantasy Horror Dramedy Cartoon, Gravity Falls (complete with Bill Cipher as the Game's Big Bad and Final Boss).
Imagine this...imagine many Sci-Fi FPS Game Making Kings and Queens congratulating the Blue Bomber, Evangelion-style for beating Bill Cipher into pieces. And as well as an Evangelion reference to Mega Man Volnutt's ending in Disney vs. Capcom after returning from the Moon where other Mega Man folks congratulate his Return.

After the crapstorm that was MvC Infinite both Marvel(and by extension Disney's demonic ass) and Capcom need to rebuild those bridges with the fans. Doing what you're suggesting would be a horrible step in the wrong direction. If you're serious about this, it should be its own series *SEPERATE* from Marvel vs. Capcom.
I'm going to assume that someone has already said this but, on the Phoenix wright courtroom stage if you have Daredevil in the game and maybe you had She-Hulk added later you could swap those two characters out for each other
12:55 I feel like instead of replacing Phoenix wilth Mia when Phoenix and Apollo are being played as, you could instead use Athena Cykes, as Mia Fey wouldn't make much sense, as she's kinda dead. It could work if you want Maya or Pearl to channel Mia, but I feel adding more Ace Attorney Representation would be a much better idea.
Man this sounds awesome. Imagine the story mode with the MVC3 cinematic trailer art style? That would look visually amazing and gives off that mix between comic book art style and Capcom’s arcade-ish style.

I can feel the palpable excitement when I hear this explained. I love every idea because they're from someone who actually gives a damn. I always wanted an amalgam mode of sorts. So many power ups, so many powers, weapons and the like. How about that be used? Akuma seeking power so steals the Crimson gem of Cyytorrak?
I’d be interested in hearing your ideas for future dlc. But onto the question you asked towards the end, as to what other what-if fighting games I’d like to see: if we’re just talking about franchises with history in the fighting game genre, I’d like to see Naruto, or a Shonen Jump crossover given the Dragon Ball FighterZ treatment. If we can include franchises without history in the genre, I’d like to see something for Avatar the Last Airbender/Legend of Korra, or the anime Symphogear (admittedly the latter it’d be kinda easy to build a roster for since its cast isn’t super large, but still).
I mean... The Six Wielders, the five main antagonist, maybe Miku, Serena and Kanade, the Illuminati, the five Autoscorers, Genjuro, Ogawa... Yeah, that's pretty much it... Maybe XDU characters to add more like the Anothers, Beatrice, Tesla and his Blitzers and the Mechvaranus?
i say there should be a small easter egg in the world tournament stage or maybe in every stage where a TV is shown, Mojo from the Mojoworld comics appears and has a variety of clips for each stage he’s in as if he’s always watching. Like in the aforementioned stage the SF World Tournament Stage, Mojo appears and he’s gorging on popcorn and he laughs at the characters fighting. After that, the TV screen then shifts back into normal.

HOOOOOOOOLY christ on a bike this video. even tho it's shorter than part 1, it felt like it was double the length with how invested i was. if this game were real, i'd buy it then sell it so i could buy it again on future episodes, i'd like to see your take on a new jojo fighting game
Here's a few ideas for the story mode. Bass turns out to be a turncoat who was actually leaking the private info to the heroes through a network made by Wily himself that Zero is able to pick up on and tells the heroes aboout, later on Bass.EXE discovers if and confronts Bass on it. Bass would tell Bass.EXE that they're both very similar to each other and tells him that he has a plan to backstab both Loki and Wesker. You would have a choice to either have Bass.EXE turn on the other villians and join his counterpart or reveal him to the villians and Bass would have to fight his way out of the villians base and runs off to join the heroes. If the former is chosen if you get the ending where Wesker gets the Power Stones, Bass would be the one to take them from Loki and just us them on himself alongside Bass.EXE before also doing a fusion with his Treble not unlike what he did with the evil energy in his Mega Man 8 boss fight, Bass.EXE would use the Power Stones and possesses Zero as he turns into his Awakened Form from X5. This would lead to a battle between the two against Mega Man and MegaMan.EXE or Mega Man X. Heck I could see a lot of different final battles where villians turn on each other and try to take the power for themselves because of course they would. I mean it doesn't give as much love to the Marvel side, but Mega Man fan would love this. Another idea is Zero meeting his Mega Man Zero self and the two fight Awakened Zero and Omega Zero as tricks sent by Loki. Edit: I also had this idea inspired by the Magnetic Shockwave Hyper Mega Man could unlock in one of the prior games if you beat his arcade mode. So here's my idea, during Mega Man's Arcade mode he would fight against robotic versions of 4 Capcom characters like Ryu, Strider Hiryu, Morrigan, and Asura, then 4 Marvel characters like Iron Man, Spider Man, Wolverine, and Captain America. The kicker is that Mega Man wouldn't have any of his Special Weapon attacks, only his Mega Buster and the Mega Ball weapon alongside his Mega Upper and Double Gear System. Upon defeating a fighter Mega Man would actually gain that robots powers and could use certain special moves based on the fighters like the Hadoken, Web Ball, you get the idea. Then in a Final Battle against Bass in a boss like form using the Treble Boost. Upon beating this arcade mode, you get a special version of Mega Man with these copied weapons.
Or how about this? The Disney and Capcom worlds are put into danger by an All-New Organization XIII led by none other than...mother, FREAKING, Albert Wesker. When Wesker heard that Weirdmageddon is incoming, he with a slew of Disney and Capcom's most Villainous Men and Women of all time (like Loki, Emperor Palpatine, Maleficent, Gill, M. Bison, Sigma and others) team up with Bill Cipher to make a new Organization XIII. Classic Mega Man and his friends (Captain Jake, Ryu, Chun-Li, Dante, Captain America, Shang-Chi, Sora, Judy Hopps, Leon Scott Kennedy, Luke Skywalker, Max Goof, Batsu Ichimonji and others) go across the Disney and Capcom Multiverses to team-up with many Heroes to stop Bill Cipher and the ALL-NEW Organization XIII led by Albert Wesker before Weirdmageddon will go to the Sugar Apocalyptic Extremes (after all, it would be like having Booster Gold time travelling to imprison the now-depowered Pariah Dark and Shao Kahn together into the world of Peppa Pig). After all people, it would be perfect way to add Marvel, AVP, Simpsons, Indiana Jones and Star Wars in Kingdom Hearts (sans the themed Keyblade parts). Imagine the Ending of the Story Mode where we see the Blue Bomber destroying Bill Cipher into pieces and gaining his Powers. Afterwards, many of Classic Mega Man's friends and family across the Mega Man Multiverse cheer for him after saving the Worlds.
And who wouldn't like to expand one of the best elements from the previous Marvel vs. Capcom games if Disney and Capcom wanted the real Marvel vs. Capcom 4 into Disney vs. Capcom where we celebrate the best of the friggin' best of two Companies with some guests such as SEGA, Bandai-Namco, SNK Playmore and Square-Enix for the Playable parts and various others for the rest? Imagine Captain Jake and Classic Mega Man shaking their hands like Cyclops and Ryu for X-Men vs. Street Fighter.
Guest Starring Baddies who aren't from Disney and Capcom such as the Time Eater, Chaos, Avatar of Evil and Neo Dio. There's even going to be tons, I MEAN, TONS of Cameos showing up (including the Big Cavalry scene).
Would it be awesome to see Punisher with Lady ripping and tear Xenomorphs and Predators (who are one of Bill Cipher's Henchmen) with Jack Cayman and Rick Taylor in a big moment in the Story Mode? You got that right. Imagine Groups of other Resident Evil Heroes who aren't able to be a part of the Playable Roster teaming up with the Heroes from Metal Slug and House of the Dead.
Not gonna lie, I'd still be stocked for for a part 3 of this Build a Rooster. The hype of all your super creative and crazy suggestions, is honestly only matched by your enthusiasm. Despite being a 4 year old video by the point I post this comment, this video has been a lot of fun, thanks for making it.
The story mode and characters you chose for this is WAY better than what Capcom did for Infinite. Hopefully they do something like this in MvC 4. Especially since MvC collection is about to come out this year. You have done this fandom so much great service. Keep it up. You are a fighting game genius.
40:32 This idea can work... because it's already been done before successfully! Killer Instinct features a rotating roster in its free version, and you can use them until it's time for the next character rotation. And if you liked that character you could buy them!
Story part idea! Bruce Banner has the key to defeating Loki but Loki sent a brainwashed Asura after Bruce with the goal of eliminating him. Asura arrives and easily crushes characters like Captain America and Ryu who are trying to buy him time while Bruce runs, as Asura makes his way to Bruce but just as he's about to smack him down to kill him you hear Captain America yell "Wake Up!" and as bruce transforms into the Hulk it turns into an Asura's wrath esc button mash themed around the Hulk (green text and such and instead of BURST it could say SMASH) which after will then move into the actual fight and when you defeat him you can have Ryu trying to help control the hulk from killing Asura since he knows Asura has been brainwashed which can also be a callback to when Ryu was DLC for Asura's Wrath. EDIT: When Bruce is running away you Cap can give the line "Now might be a good time for you to get angry."

Never have I been hyped up for a game that doesn't exist (yet...). Especially with the rival schools/X-Men stage, so much YES. For the next series you should tackle a Shonen Jump fighting game, as some others have suggested in the comments. Jump Force felt like a spit in the face and I need your level of excitement and care injected into franchises that need it.
i can imagine the marvel heroes going back to avengers tower, seeing the capcom heroes, and being like "what are you guys doing here, this is OUR party", and the capcom heroes are like " well you see..." as they awkwardly try to explain why they literally stole the marvel heroes party from them

But I guess Capcom is secretly ashamed of Darkstalkers because they always go out of their way to bury the series.
I really loved this video like really LOVED this video. The stages were just PERFECT. The costume idea and currency would be a very good idea if done right. The daily towers thing I liked alot being a big fan of nrs games. The story omg the story was so amazing. All the easter eggs were just amazing my favorite being the spider-verse easter egg. The 6 characters that fans would pick is just an amazing idea I can imagine big fighting game channels telling people who to pick. The arcade mode idea is another great idea you made especially the street fighter and x-men one. Boss rush sounds awsome to the only thinh I'd add is galactus returning. Okay, okay, okay. Star-Lord arcade mode, right? It starts with Quill hunting down the Gems (it's something he would do), but it ends with Quill and other music-themed heroes (Blade, who plays the trumpet in the comics, Dante, etc...) forming a multiversal band
And Quill, thinking he's the most charismatic of them, puts himself in the role of the band's manager, now getting money from the whole thing while putting a stop to their fighting at the same time
I can just imagine that if you buy a song for Zero, Ciel might say "Tell Zero I said 'Good luck'." Also, Bass and Venom are more of Anti-Heroes than actual villains.

Idea : Fighting on top of Nico’s Van from DMC5 driving through Redgrave City as Nero shoots at demons they drive past all until Firebrand shows up and he and Nero fight in the background in slow motion
Finally “Legendary Finishes.” These could be performed by using your level three super on your character’s home stage. If you can do this you’ll instead get a cinematic cutscene at the end of the fight which has you and maybe a few other characters finish off the opponent. Now if instead you are fughting against a franchise villain, like fantastic four against doom and you do this, then you’ll instead get a cutscene specifically tailored to doom. Although the baxter building wouldn’t be the home stage for the fantastic four, instead just a generalized version of new york.
Idea: instead of making Pheniox not appear in the background, make him be absent from the bench if he’s the active fighter, but if you tag him out, he’ll run back to his bench in the background and continue his case. Because if there’s one lawyer who would have to work a case while BATTLING superhero’s, it’s Mr Wright

And perhaps a male version of Monster hunter as a Legacy fighter? Looking back at the Mjolnir comment. All you'd have to do is say "A Capcom Character is going to lift Mjolnir." and fans would lose their minds. Then for a fun aside, we get a few of them tributing the Age of Ultron scene where people try to lift it.
So.... Am I the only one who likes the idea of giant characters that was introduced in Tatsunoko vs Capcom? Instead of a team of three, you get one really big character. I know people don't want these sort of gimmicks taking up too much roster space, but we're got tonnes of characters in this already. Two... maybe four. One hero, one villain. For Capcom's big hero, obviously you bring back PTX-40A. Move set is already there. For the villain, there's Hauser, the big dinosaur from Red Earth, their original big fighter, who was featured in Capcom Fighting Evolution. Or you could have their other dino villain: Big John from Viewtiful Joe. With Marvel, Fin Fang Foom would be a perfect choice for the big villain. But with Loki being the main antagonist, you could add Ymir, the frost giant. However, they have plenty of choices for their big hero. Giant Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket, Atlus, Stature, Wasp when she gets big, Giant Woman if you're willing to dip into the alternate dimensions .... Robyn Hood if you want to get obscure. Or heck, if you want a more balanced version of Galactus, bring in his not as massive daughter: Galacta. Same powers but on a smaller, fairer scale. And she won't destroy the Earth when she wins so there's a plus.
I wish I found your channel earlier because all of these easter eggs and mashup ideas have got me SO HYPE! A shame it may never happen. But hell, if I have to wait til I'm 40 or more to see this vision of yours come true? It would be SO worth it!
I would genuinely love if you revisited this hypothetical game in more detail with the characters interactions, arcade modes, and moves. As well as delving deeper into the story
I know its been two years, but it would still be cool to see the arcade endings and extra seasons of DLC that you came up with as well as any changes you might have in mind after having all this time to think about this.
Well I know for a fact that eventually you HAVE to build the roster for the non existent, but totally awesome sounding, Street Fighter v.s. Mortal Kombat. Two of fighting games' biggest franchises clashing together at last in the bloodiest way possible.

I wouldn't be surprised if a new MVC got revealed at the next comic con or tokyo game show since PS5 is coming out soon. I could see a fall 2021 release date for the game.
For all the problems in Infinite's story, you have to admit it produced fun interactions. Like ghost rider shrugging off Morrigan's advances, dante's devil trigger cutscene, ultron sigma not being able to wield the soul stone because it had no soul. Hell Ultron sigma in general was a fun idea. Could it have used better execution? yeah. Even ill admit that.
Also I like that idea of legacy characters. Some swapped character skins for the legitimate playing fighters. It helps to add more characters without having to fill up only a few limited box slots in the roster. As well as arcade and story mode idea. Making it episodic reminds me of Life is Strange.
I don't normally give Likes or Comment, even if I watched the entire video. I have a suggestion: what if the encyclopedia section was run by Marvel's The Collector and Capcom's Hunnigan from re4 and re6. When you select a fighter to get info on them you can press ether two buttons, One for the Collector's commentary and the other for Hunnigan's commentary. Hunnigan and the Collector will not only say tidbits and triva about the fighter you pick but they will also throw in their personal opinion about the character.
Maybe the Collector will talk about how he wants to steal Mega Man's Mega Buster or Dante's guns. Or Hunnigan mentions how she once mistaken super powered brutes like Hulk and The Thing, to be B.O.W Tyrants.
I kept trying to think of a way to put the Collector in here somewhere and that's a great suggestion. Love it.

They did, the issue was how much their parent company was willing to spend. Which for Capcom wasn't that much because they couldn't get Marvel to cover them financially and that wasn't a risk they were really willing to take otherwise. That's why Infinite was all over the place quality wise and reused assets.
It's clear they don't care and the evidence is Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite. The irony is the game is so short lived in spite of it's name.

Put 6 DLC Characters up to fans choice and see the entire internet broken and destroyed in million pieces 30 minutes later. Internet already broke sometimes, but this would be the breaking of the 21st Century.
In Phoenix's Arcade Mode, he defends Peter Parker because he got framed for murder. There's also this reoccurring joke where the prosecutor (let's say Godot) constantly tries to prove that Peter is a masked vigilante, but he always misses the mark. "Your honor, the defendant is the vigilante known as... Punisher!" In the ending, Phoenix cross examines a witness, and Phoenix concludes "The real murderer was the supervillain Mysterio, and his secret identity is THIS WITNESS RIGHT HERE!" Then the witness, Quentin Beck, breaks down in that classic Ace Attorney style, maybe punching himself in the head so hard that his helmet shatters. After he's declared innocent, Peter thanks Phoenix for keeping his identity a secret, and Phoenix says "Hey, I've had way weirder clients." Oh, and Phoenix could have an alternate costume that gives him Matt Murdock's suit and glasses.
For Apollo Justice’s Arcade Mode, he could be defending the Mutants, even getting ones like Magneto involved. However, the Judge, the Prosecutor, and everyone in the gallery is Sentinels.
It would end with Apollo pointing his finger at Bolivar Trask, and all of the sentinels would self destruct as Bolivar breaks down.
Then Future Wolverine would arrive confused what’s going on.

I’m more of a Marvel fan, but all this sounds amazing. Even the few Capcom stuff I do know sounds great and I’d totally buy this if it were to ever come out in the form you described it. Mainly two additional things I’d want:
1. Have it be available on the most current Playstation, Microsoft & Nintendo consoles, as well as PC, so that most will get it as possible.
2. Put Stan Lee in there somewhere.
And one question. If we could get a hypothetical Marvel vs. Capcom 4, then why not turn it into Disney vs. Capcom?

I’d be interested in hearing your ideas for future dlc. But onto the question you asked towards the end, as to what other what-if fighting games I’d like to see: if we’re just talking about franchises with history in the fighting game genre, I’d like to see Naruto, or a Shonen Jump crossover given the Dragon Ball FighterZ treatment. If we can include franchises without history in the genre, I’d like to see something for Avatar the Last Airbender/Legend of Korra, or the anime Symphogear (admittedly the latter it’d be kinda easy to build a roster for since its cast isn’t super large, but still).

i say there should be a small easter egg in the world tournament stage or maybe in every stage where a TV is shown, Mojo from the Mojoworld comics appears and has a variety of clips for each stage he’s in as if he’s always watching. Like in the aforementioned stage the SF World Tournament Stage, Mojo appears and he’s gorging on popcorn and he laughs at the characters fighting. After that, the TV screen then shifts back into normal.

Here's a few ideas for the story mode.
Bass turns out to be a turncoat who was actually leaking the private info to the heroes through a network made by Wily himself that Zero is able to pick up on and tells the heroes aboout, later on Bass.EXE discovers if and confronts Bass on it.
Bass would tell Bass.EXE that they're both very similar to each other and tells him that he has a plan to backstab both Loki and Wesker. You would have a choice to either have Bass.EXE turn on the other villians and join his counterpart or reveal him to the villians and Bass would have to fight his way out of the villians base and runs off to join the heroes.
If the former is chosen if you get the ending where Wesker gets the Power Stones, Bass would be the one to take them from Loki and just us them on himself alongside Bass.EXE before also doing a fusion with his Treble not unlike what he did with the evil energy in his Mega Man 8 boss fight, Bass.EXE would use the Power Stones and possesses Zero as he turns into his Awakened Form from X5.
This would lead to a battle between the two against Mega Man and MegaMan.EXE or Mega Man X.
Heck I could see a lot of different final battles where villians turn on each other and try to take the power for themselves because of course they would.
I mean it doesn't give as much love to the Marvel side, but Mega Man fan would love this.
Another idea is Zero meeting his Mega Man Zero self and the two fight Awakened Zero and Omega Zero as tricks sent by Loki.
Edit: I also had this idea inspired by the Magnetic Shockwave Hyper Mega Man could unlock in one of the prior games if you beat his arcade mode.
So here's my idea, during Mega Man's Arcade mode he would fight against robotic versions of 4 Capcom characters like Ryu, Strider Hiryu, Morrigan, and Asura, then 4 Marvel characters like Iron Man, Spider Man, Wolverine, and Captain America. The kicker is that Mega Man wouldn't have any of his Special Weapon attacks, only his Mega Buster and the Mega Ball weapon alongside his Mega Upper and Double Gear System. Upon defeating a fighter Mega Man would actually gain that robots powers and could use certain special moves based on the fighters like the Hadoken, Web Ball, you get the idea. Then in a Final Battle against Bass in a boss like form using the Treble Boost.
Upon beating this arcade mode, you get a special version of Mega Man with these copied weapons.
Or how about this?
The Disney and Capcom worlds are put into danger by an All-New Organization XIII led by none other than...mother, FREAKING, Albert Wesker. When Wesker heard that Weirdmageddon is incoming, he with a slew of Disney and Capcom's most Villainous Men and Women of all time (like Loki, Emperor Palpatine, Maleficent, Gill, M. Bison, Sigma and others) team up with Bill Cipher to make a new Organization XIII. Classic Mega Man and his friends (Captain Jake, Ryu, Chun-Li, Dante, Captain America, Shang-Chi, Sora, Judy Hopps, Leon Scott Kennedy, Luke Skywalker, Max Goof, Batsu Ichimonji and others) go across the Disney and Capcom Multiverses to team-up with many Heroes to stop Bill Cipher and the ALL-NEW Organization XIII led by Albert Wesker before Weirdmageddon will go to the Sugar Apocalyptic Extremes (after all, it would be like having Booster Gold time travelling to imprison the now-depowered Pariah Dark and Shao Kahn together into the world of Peppa Pig). After all people, it would be perfect way to add Marvel, AVP, Simpsons, Indiana Jones and Star Wars in Kingdom Hearts (sans the themed Keyblade parts). Imagine the Ending of the Story Mode where we see the Blue Bomber destroying Bill Cipher into pieces and gaining his Powers. Afterwards, many of Classic Mega Man's friends and family across the Mega Man Multiverse cheer for him after saving the Worlds.
And who wouldn't like to expand one of the best elements from the previous Marvel vs. Capcom games if Disney and Capcom wanted the real Marvel vs. Capcom 4 into Disney vs. Capcom where we celebrate the best of the friggin' best of two Companies with some guests such as SEGA, Bandai-Namco, SNK Playmore and Square-Enix for the Playable parts and various others for the rest? Imagine Captain Jake and Classic Mega Man shaking their hands like Cyclops and Ryu for X-Men vs. Street Fighter.
Guest Starring Baddies who aren't from Disney and Capcom such as the Time Eater, Chaos, Avatar of Evil and Neo Dio.
There's even going to be tons, I MEAN, TONS of Cameos showing up (including the Big Cavalry scene).
Would it be awesome to see Punisher with Lady ripping and tear Xenomorphs and Predators (who are one of Bill Cipher's Henchmen) with Jack Cayman and Rick Taylor in a big moment in the Story Mode? You got that right. Imagine Groups of other Resident Evil Heroes who aren't able to be a part of the Playable Roster teaming up with the Heroes from Metal Slug and House of the Dead.
Not gonna lie, I'd still be stocked for for a part 3 of this Build a Rooster. The hype of all your super creative and crazy suggestions, is honestly only matched by your enthusiasm.

The story mode and characters you chose for this is WAY better than what Capcom did for Infinite. Hopefully they do something like this in MvC 4. Killer Instinct features a rotating roster in its free version, and you can use them until it's time for the next character rotation. And if you liked that character you could buy them!
Story part idea!
Bruce Banner has the key to defeating Loki but Loki sent a brainwashed Asura after Bruce with the goal of eliminating him. Asura arrives and easily crushes characters like Captain America and Ryu who are trying to buy him time while Bruce runs, as Asura makes his way to Bruce but just as he's about to smack him down to kill him you hear Captain America yell "Wake Up!" and as bruce transforms into the Hulk it turns into an Asura's wrath esc button mash themed around the Hulk (green text and such and instead of BURST it could say SMASH) which after will then move into the actual fight and when you defeat him you can have Ryu trying to help control the hulk from killing Asura since he knows Asura has been brainwashed which can also be a callback to when Ryu was DLC for Asura's Wrath.
EDIT: When Bruce is running away you Cap can give the line "Now might be a good time for you to get angry."

Really love this idea for a MvC game, great job! I actually got an idea for a "Build The Roster" episode, it's also a VS Capcom game, except that this time, a Dream would be Cast. Never have I been hyped up for a game that doesn't exist (yet...). Especially with the rival schools/X-Men stage, so much YES. For the next series you should tackle a Shonen Jump fighting game, as some others have suggested in the comments. Jump Force felt like a spit in the face and I need your level of excitement and care injected into franchises that need it.
i can imagine the marvel heroes going back to avengers tower, seeing the capcom heroes, and being like "what are you guys doing here, this is OUR party", and the capcom heroes are like " well you see..." as they awkwardly try to explain why they literally stole the marvel heroes party from them

I love the clear fan love for the continuity and identity of all of these worlds. You are clearly super-invested in all of these fandoms and I would pay full price Ultimate Edition money to get even a fragment of this hypothetical dream game.

I really loved this video like really LOVED this video. The stages were just PERFECT. The costume idea and currency would be a very good idea if done right. The daily towers thing I liked alot being a big fan of nrs games. The story omg the story was so amazing. All the easter eggs were just amazing my favorite being the spider-verse easter egg. The 6 characters that fans would pick is just an amazing idea I can imagine big fighting game channels telling people who to pick. The arcade mode idea is another great idea you made especially the street fighter and x-men one. Boss rush sounds awsome to the only thinh I'd add is galactus returning. Okay, okay, okay. Star-Lord arcade mode, right? It starts with Quill hunting down the Gems (it's something he would do), but it ends with Quill and other music-themed heroes (Blade, who plays the trumpet in the comics, Dante, etc...) forming a multiversal band
And Quill, thinking he's the most charismatic of them, puts himself in the role of the band's manager, now getting money from the whole thing while putting a stop to their fighting at the same time

Idea : Fighting on top of Nico’s Van from DMC5 driving through Redgrave City as Nero shoots at demons they drive past all until Firebrand shows up and he and Nero fight in the background in slow motion
Finally “Legendary Finishes.” These could be performed by using your level three super on your character’s home stage. If you can do this you’ll instead get a cinematic cutscene at the end of the fight which has you and maybe a few other characters finish off the opponent. Now if instead you are fughting against a franchise villain, like fantastic four against doom and you do this, then you’ll instead get a cutscene specifically tailored to doom. Although the baxter building wouldn’t be the home stage for the fantastic four, instead just a generalized version of new york.

Looking back at the Mjolnir comment. All you'd have to do is say "A Capcom Character is going to lift Mjolnir." and fans would lose their minds.
Then for a fun aside, we get a few of them tributing the Age of Ultron scene where people try to lift it.
So.... Am I the only one who likes the idea of giant characters that was introduced in Tatsunoko vs Capcom? Instead of a team of three, you get one really big character. I know people don't want these sort of gimmicks taking up too much roster space, but we're got tonnes of characters in this already. Two... maybe four. One hero, one villain.
For Capcom's big hero, obviously you bring back PTX-40A. Move set is already there.
For the villain, there's Hauser, the big dinosaur from Red Earth, their original big fighter, who was featured in Capcom Fighting Evolution. Or you could have their other dino villain: Big John from Viewtiful Joe.
With Marvel, Fin Fang Foom would be a perfect choice for the big villain. But with Loki being the main antagonist, you could add Ymir, the frost giant.
However, they have plenty of choices for their big hero. Giant Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket, Atlus, Stature, Wasp when she gets big, Giant Woman if you're willing to dip into the alternate dimensions .... Robyn Hood if you want to get obscure.
Or heck, if you want a more balanced version of Galactus, bring in his not as massive daughter: Galacta. Same powers but on a smaller, fairer scale. And she won't destroy the Earth when she wins so there's a plus.
I like your idea, pal! I never really tried hard to play as one of the giants in TvC, but I think it'd add some flavor to the game.

I wouldn't be surprised if a new MVC got revealed at the next comic con or tokyo game show since PS5 is coming out soon. I could see a fall 2021 release date for the game.
For all the problems in Infinite's story, you have to admit it produced fun interactions. Like ghost rider shrugging off Morrigan's advances, dante's devil trigger cutscene, ultron sigma not being able to wield the soul stone because it had no soul. Hell Ultron sigma in general was a fun idea. Could it have used better execution? yeah. Even ill admit that.
Also, after finishing this video I have come to one conclusion. I wish this was real.
The way he says "Nergigante" gives me Maximillian vibes if you know what I mean.
Also I like that idea of legacy characters. Some swapped character skins for the legitimate playing fighters. It helps to add more characters without having to fill up only a few limited box slots in the roster. As well as arcade and story mode idea. Making it episodic reminds me of Life is Strange.
