I always do 1-3 of your 5 minute workouts after doing some longer workouts. They're usually harder than longer workouts which makes me feel AMAZING after. Like I do longer workouts to feel the satisfaction (knowing that i've done enough for the day) but I always finish with your short workouts to feel even better because they make my muscles burn and I feel so much stronger!! 🌸

Idk if you're still doing it or not, but I did the Chloe ting 2 week abs along with a few of bailey's workouts for a while, but the minute I replaced Chloe's workouts with one of Bailey's 10 minute ones the results happened a LOT faster!!
@@pewpeach1741 of course!! I do a 15 minute Ab workout, two five minute Ab workouts, a glute workout and a thigh workout in the afternoon. In the evening I do the 7 minute Hailey Baldwin Ab workout, three 5 minute ab workouts, a 10 minute Ab workout, and a glute workout to finish in the evening. They're all Bailey brown workouts and I do different combinations of the Ab workouts every other day. They're also all the mat ab workouts (I can't do standing or anything bc I have knee problems lol)
I love your workouts! You should definitely make merch/workout clothing that says “you can do anything for five minutes!” I would most definitely purchase that!

I cannot get enough of these 5 minute videos.🤩 I personally like to do three 5 minute workouts that each target different areas. It's been a month or two that I've been consistently doing your videos (minimum 3 a week) & can see a difference. Your workouts are always challenging, because you continue to switch it up & engage specific parts of the muscles, some I forgot I had, lol. I don't know any other TH-camrs who say encouraging comments like Bailey does. Every time she says Beautiful! We can do this we are here for 5 minutes! And stuff like that, it helps me with my self esteem. She's probably the only one who would say "beautiful!" to me or my workout
My updates: Day 1: Very easy to do! Drank lots of water and slept on it to wake up with hourglass body. I already had one but i want a slimmer body lol (like for me to update) Day 2: Very easy love how it’s 5 mins! Didn’t wake up as early as yesterday..Feel really good! I’m starting to see the slimmer upper body Day 3: Oh my gosh I woke up with a supper slim body I’m still in shock! I think that’s it’s best to do these once in the morning and once before you go to bed that’s how I got resolute in two days lol. I’m going to do it today again. Since I am already a healthy and you could say slim person I got resettle pretty quickly so it may take longer for others! I just want to remind you that everyone has a different body and yours is perfect! Don’t change for anyone! Like for me to update!

It was my first time watching your videos, I did 6 different workouts for booty, belly and waist and I loved it, its a very good alternative instead of going to the gym which isn`t possible due to Covid-19 right now, and, a great advantage is that I can do it @home!

Hey Bailey I've been doing your videos on and off for a year now not been too consistent with a baby :) but now I'm committed to doing 2 of your 5 minute workouts everyday, not sure if 10 mins a day will do much but I have seen some small changes. I have a slight diastasis recti separation this ab workout looks like one I am able to do without making it worst. Anyway I just wanted to say thank you for your videos. I am very grateful to find a way to work out that I can manage with a toddler and I can afford to do right now. Thank you so much ❤️
i have a flatish stomach but i want it toned so im trying this for two weeks with chloe tings abs ill keep you updated. Day 1: Done it burned Day 2: Done it burned even more today and I got a little sweat Day 3: Done it burned even MORE today but it was easier to get through
