I just love this workout, I enjoyed it so much, I added it to my workout playlist right away ! Absolutely love your workouts, so enjoyable, fun to do, they don't seem like a task ! I much prefer selecting 4-5 videos of a 5min workout a day depending on my mood than doing a long video that will not seem as reachable of a goal !

Doing this everyday!! Day 1: it was painful during the workout, but afterwards I was fine however felt nauseous. Day 2: It was somewhat easier to do the workout. Day 3: definitely more easier to do on day 3 Day 4: I seem to feel more flexible.

I love your videos because you are such a lovely person, you are clever; you know what you're doing, you are always explaining very good, even for beginners, you are not (changing positions) too fast, so it's not difficult to stay with/follow you, you are motivating us so good (I never thought I would like my workouts, but with you I do, I'm even looking forward to the next day), your exercises are more interesting, because you are doing variations and the thing I prefer most at your workouts - you are always doing a warm-up and a cool-down, even when it's just a 5 Minute workout. All the lower abs exercises I've tried so far feels more in the upper abs than lower abs, maybe because they stronger and tend to take over...
