      @@nikolehalo9725 I'm not sure whether this question was for me but if it was then I have been eating a healthy low G.I diet for around 10 years however not having much exercise at all. I weigh around 7st 7lbs (a UK size 6) but nothing was toned until I started these workouts. I now do them every day (I combine various workouts for a full body tone up) and after the first week there was a visible difference, particularly in the abs and glutes! Combined with cardio and a healthy diet they really do work!

    Bailey I have NEVER worked out in my LIFE consistently at a gym or even at home. But I LOVE ur videos because ur such a sweetie AND they’re short ! They’re not like an overwhelming hour that no one wants to do lol. U also know the EXACT time we’re burning! And I love that that u know where we may be getting tired or feeling it. Ur awesome 💐🤩

    wow Baileyyy🥺 so short storytime: i was already doing your workouts for a while and was loving them, but a few weeks ago i decided to take a little "break" from them because I had already done many of them more than once and I was wanting to try other workout channels. now i came back to do a video of you again and DAMN i was impressed...yes there were other good workouts on yt but there isn't any leg workout that is comparable to the ones of you. i mean, your other ones are amazing, too, but these kind of leg workouts where you feel it burning after a few seconds but still keep motivated till the end plus feel sooo good afterwards, they are unbeatable. in addition to that you are such a cute and lovely person. thank you so much!!❣

I was religiously following her workouts for a few months then took time off because I was sick. I’m trying to get back into the game and let me tell you - the first few workouts are pretty tough.     We did this one after doing a 30 minute yoga which is normally what we do it one hell of a contrast. One minutes we are chilled out and the next Bailey is give us the burn. Which we now look forward to. Ha ha

    Thank god i found u. Ur videos are motivation for me. My body is pear shaped(bcoz of my life style... Continuous sitting) I had accumulated fat around my thighs. It was so weird to be look lean on upper part of the body and fat from lower. I started doing ur workouts and I have found the results....

    I have been switching between exercises from different TH-camrs hoping to find at least one workout routine that would motivate and excite me to workout every single day. However, I can't help but come back to your channel everytime. Your short 5 minute workout routines are amazing and they are the only ones I'm actually looking forward to do and also, enjoy doing it. Now I've made my mind to stick to this no matter what. The burn is real and the aftermath feels so good.
    One suggestions I'd like to tell you, if I may, I have huge breasts and I'm always insecure of that and I want to reduce the size (ironic, I know🙈) can you please do a 5 minute workout for reducing big breasts?
