I thank you all for your support. This video is only an experiment that I tried to do on myself to see if you can change in 30 days, unfortunately it does not. I'm working hard to achieve my goals. I thank you for like and shares. Peace
if you want muscle ... you need to eat 6-7 times per day ...every 2 h .... work every day one body part ....for like 90 mins including cardio 20 min max !! use GLUTAMINA.....ARGININA....PROTEINS...CREATIN MONOHYDRATE !! USE THIS AND CHANGE EXERCISE EVERY 2 MONTHS... IN 6 MONTHS YOU WILL SEE A BIG CHANGE ....IF YOU WANT A HUGE CHANGE PUT SOME ROIDS IN YOUR DIET !! :D
+Ioana Serban Lol no. You don't need to eat every 2 hours and train every day. It is good to eat every 3 hours, but daily protein intake is most important not when you eat. It's importan to eat before and after workout(carbs before, carbs and proteins after). Muscles need rest. You won't grow if you train every day. You also don't need cardio for fuck sake, cardio will just have negative impact on your muscle growth. And you don't need suplements, I built a pretty good body in half of year with just regular food. Suplements
+steward rofa I've been going to gym since 2014 and i seriously know what's a real Gain. I gained 12kg in 2 years and I can strongly confirm that doing pushups for 30 days in a row is useless: muscles infact need about 48 hours of recovery between two training sessions to increase their volume. Nevertheless, the first video is taken before the "pushups series" while the final video is taken just after the pushups. doing pushups "pumps" chest muscles and increases its volume for the next 20 minutes after the training. 30 days of pushups= no Gain.

hey man i am just starting to workout and i have something called pecstus exvactum and i was wonering if you have it as well it is that little hole in your chest.
great job, but they weren't Army style push ups. But at the end of the day, 300 of anything even incorrect will bring an improvement. And I could never do 300 push ups in one sitting... Maybe 90. Maybe variable types, like wide arm, diamond, knuckle, but even in my best day I couldn't do 300. So, great job all around.
He didn't lift what do you expect if he would have decided hey left me eat 5 meals a day intake lots of protein and only eat carbs before and after the workout and lifted he would see some change there was only the change of him flexing and not flexing
I'll give him a little credit. He is a little bigger, a LITTLE. If he would have done less pushups with correct form he'd have been better off. Quality over quantity
Wrong approach. First, you start doing pushups from zero strength, thus having bad form (if you can call that pushups). Second, doing 300 pushups is ridiculous because : a) again, it is impossible for a novice to do 300 correct pushups a day; b) it is more effective to do a proper intense session of 100 pushups in 30 minutes, varying positions than 300 during a longer time. And, to be honest, it is cool you decided to do this; I'm sure you feel now in better shape. Now, improve your diet (add protein), correct your method and technique and rest. You will improve a lot better.
I said it was good for him to do it, he is in the right to do it and he surely improved. I just pointed out the proper way to workout in case someone is interested in improving his physique and perhaps is a little lost. In fact, probably the author knows that himself even if he just tried out this. So, just a tip for daily, healthy workout. No blame on no one.
It's better to do 6-9 sets of 7-12 reps of Difficult Variations of push ups such as feet elevated assisted one arm push ups or by simply adding some resistance on back 2-3 times a week on non consecutive days rather than doing 200/300 push ups daily. This is the reason for which people dont see a lot of results due to lack of scientific approach. Do calisthenics in weight lifting approach...they add weight plates, you upgrade variation, not reps and reps and reps and reps.
What would difficult variation consist of? Not being a douche genuinely want to know diamond or "tiger push-ups" as we called them are so easy for me sane with when I elevate my feet in a chair or something. But regular feet on the ground good form tires me out really fast u can't do as much.
Target different areas of muscle groups. Why I do 25 normal push ups, 25 inclined push ups and 25 reverse inclined push ups in each of my workout sessions.
everyday.. is over train.... and you didnt eat properly and no additional protein the body gonna remain the same... so watchout for your dieting program ..
It isn't about training it is about increasing reps/weight. As long as you do this you can do 1 set 1 exercise and still improve more than 95% of retards who just go through the workout without trying to improve.
***** Whatever. i do pushups everyday and sit ups and i am okay. Its a muscle that you use everyday, and its always under pressure everyday. so its okay to work it at everyday.
I'm 15 I'm not weak but I look weak I'm going to do a challenge that came to mind 1st week I'll do 200 push ups 2nd week I'll do 300 3rd week I'll do 400 nd 4th week I'll do 500 I'm trying not to miss any days wish me luck
+AvianThought 194 I'm not saying you can't do it I'm just saying overworking your body is a thing. its pretty much like overcooking a steak you really don't want to overwork your muscle because it actually becomes weaker
Yo guys, shut up already with the full range of motion and the time under tension. Yes it's 2 important variables, but the guy passed from 0 push to 300 per day. The point wasn't to show you how to do push up. Thats not a tutorial video. Instead of making stupid comments, can't you just congrats the guy? If you want to give him advices do it, but when your comment is just: ''You didn't go full range of motion''. Shut up and make your own 300 push videos. Good job on this 30 days challenge man. Best of luck for whatever is next for you!
Is the best comment so far. Thanks so much. In fact it is not a tutorial but it's just a way to share a personal challenge and understand the results. Obviously I can improve and do better. Thanks again
But then again, if you would do the full range of motion, 300 push ups a day would be harder to achieve and more effective on the muscles. Perhaps if the author would describe this push up differently, people wouldn't feel cheated. Good job nonetheless.
Full respect to Lifeszu for putting in the effort and determination to achieve a set goal. However I do strongly believe if the correct form and technique was used.. it would of taken at least the first week (and that's being generous) to hit numbers like that. Personally I have trained for 17 years, my current bench is 140kg and current weighted dips +70kg (I'm a tricep guy..) etc etc. 300 push ups, let alone 'a day' is more of experienced training if you will. Congrats Lifeszu again, not many people will bother doing half of what you have done! But I want to see 300 proper push ups ;) I will say though, A LOT of people will just jump in with out a clue regarding exercises. This is why so many people injure themselves before they've even had a chance to gain. Especially 300 push ups a day.. if the press ups are proper form and technique, you will need recovering time making 300 push ups a day (assuming from someone who doesn't train?) near impossible due to the fact your muscles aren't used to that type of beating. Not saying you haven't got a clue but more, If you would like any tips, advice or a fitness schedule to work towards i'll happily help you out! @lifeszu Keep it up!
+nikhil magotra Personally I don't bother with press ups - I do a lot of strength and power training so body weight press ups is more of a tease than an exercise - depends on what you're training for :)
Listen I use to be a personal trainer and I still do it for fun now and I can tell you that doing 300 push-ups a day will have very little effect for gains. I don't think you went through with it and if you actually did all you did was ware out your muscle tissue. You could've got way better results doing less reps and resting Inbetween days. I get so tired of these 300-1000 day challenges. I like the mental focus but you're burning so much energy and it's wasting time. Muscles have to heal. You get gains by working out smart with good form. You don't need to do a crazy amount of reps everyday for results. Use good form and Results are made in the kitchen and while you sleep.
Let me break this down for you people. 300 push ups: 3 sets of 100: OPTIONS OF DOING IT #1 100 push ups #2 50 push ups x2 #3 25 push ups x4 Do this in one session and quit giving this guy a hard time.
That is poorly structured honestly. 6 sets of 50, is a lot better. Take rests or do them through out your day. Doing 100 per set, is stupid because im pretty sure 95% of the people in the comment section cant do 100 without stopping, you will most likely mess up in form for the sake of doing the reps. Doing 50, nicely formed push ups, is perfect, through out the day is better too; Keeps the muscles from just having a 1 hour bulk and go flat the next morning. Now do that for a month.
I wasnt saying do 100 push ups per set. I was saying if you think you can do then do 100. I can only do like 80 push ups and my arms kill for 3 days. The best one is 12 sets of 25. I highly doubt most people here can do 50 once. Thats why I told them you can do 3 of these options. You can do less reps and more sets but it is all up to who is doing them.
+mralex070 because I'm not stupid as you are? use Google boy... me knows Ed Sheeran... you obviously don't do... it's great to insult in the anonymous world of the www... is your face hurting heavy because that Facepalm? the guy answered himself btw... go and cry...
Not for one month, I did one month challenges so I have personal experience with this exact same thing. Years ago I got on a health kick and I just did calisthentics and in one month I had a bit of definition(hundreds of reps of different exercises through out the day). Couple years later I stopped the health kick and became skinny fat, then I went back at it again and did weights and after one month I looked almost exactly as I did when I did just calisthentics years before. You would be surprised how big of a chest you can get with doing variations of push ups and always working to failure. You can keep the excellent muscle engagement of a push up and have your kid, wife, 45lb plate sit on your back too. How do you think guys in the slammer get jacked? Thousands of reps for exhaustion and team work.
Bruh, he changed heaps, you can obviously see how much fuller his delts are. The upper chest has gained abit more muscle, but I can't tell from his huge collar bone.
Not necessarily true. Do you know what his diet is? Have you not seen that he is a runner? He can do the banana push ups and saw similar results. But one thing you CANT take away from this dude...He gained confidence in himself. Can you not see that?
***** High reps at low or constant weight is for strength and endurance. If you want mass you have to increase weight over time and at rep range between 10-12. Honestly the reps aren't the issue, it's just the doing push ups alone will not increase mass unless you mix it up and add weight to it. More weight pushes the body to push harder then it normally can, thats how you tear the muscles and have then recover for growth.
Push-ups work for some people, some people can only do like 8 push-ups but they will have to switch to heavy weights after a while. I'm 13 now and used to find push-ups hard but now I do them with 15kg weights kn my back
+Marko Rabasovic you can actually do different push up variations that will increase intensity such as diamonds, typewriters or especially one arm push ups. For me I feel that once you've mastered all kinds of push ups is when you'd consider adding weights idk that's just my take on this.
Other way around. Higher reps with lighter weight stimulate hypertrophy (muscular growth) Lower reps and higher weights stimulate the CNS (central nervous system) Theres not right or wrong way of training its just based on ones goals.
Or he could get his protein like a normal human being through food... It's not that fucking hard to eat your protein through natural food rather than processed powders or supplements... one pork chop has close to 40g of protein. One serving of chicken breast has 23g of protein, peanuts and peanut butter are high in protein, a cup of milk has 10g of protein, fish are high in protein as well, one serving will get you 20 to 50g depending on the type of fish and portion size. Eggs are high protein, eat like 3 or 4 egg whites a day and you're already at 25g... if you're working out, you probably need around 100g to 150g of protein, so it's easy to get that through food alone. There's no need to drink those nasty ass protein shakes to make gains, just eat right and count your protein / caloric intake and you'll be fine. Yesterday I ate 120g of protein and 2200 calories. It's easy if you take a few seconds of your day to read nutrition labels and plan your meals.
muscle just doesnt go away like that, if he stops doing that he'll just get fat growing and still have that muscle, no one like haters, and just cuz you run marathons doesnt mean youre all that
+Rean Mauricio research the difference between sarcoplasmic hypertrophy ( growth ) and myofribular hypertrophy. an eye opener im sure, if you have the patience to actually read about it.
Let him try and learn from mistakes. For some, taking advice is not an option. They were born since the world exists they know everything. They are the super kids, how to take advice from anyone?
Yes you do ruin your body. At least, i did, i ruined my bones. -Too many pushups with no rest made my radius and shoulder hurt like hell. -Too many pull ups with no rest-again my shoulders. -When i played too much basketball my wrists, ankles and shoulders too. But the worst case was with weights, too many reps+not enough rest = i almost destroyed my back i couldn't even sleep right. Fortunately i didn't need surgery. I know i did stupid mistakes but i learned from them. And i know for sure, many others did them too and *will* continue to do them. I've never heard of someone who exaggerated and is alright. If you're a begginer, please ask someone with experience don't try such things by yourself.
Mike Hamilton Sucks for you man. Most people aren't like that. They simply won't gain much muscle. Maybe you have a genetic disorder affecting your bones or joints or something and physical exertion without rest brings it on? Or maybe at the time you were lacking nutrients and thus your body was weak and unable to handle the extra amount of stress from working out. There's literally a thousand variables that could have caused such a reaction, but simply not resting between workouts is not one of them for the average healthy person. Have you seen a doctor about it? If it is genetic, this could cause you a lot of problems later in life no matter how good of shape you're in. Hopefully it's not a marrow issue, otherwise you're fucked.
You actually did fine. Your gains are according to your body type without performance enhancing drugs. People just don't know what natural looks like any more by so many people posting "natural gains" when they're really not. Keep it up bro.
Be cool man. You and I got no beef. Who knows...maybe we think alike on a lot of stuff. Don't let my comment turn you hostile. Perhaps you can share some insight.
300 push ups a day..? Correct me if I'm wrong, anyone, but wouldn't this cause a muscle imbalance? I guess to counteract this, you'd have to do a row type movement, to work the latts.
Not sure you're pushing enough weight doing push ups to create that kind of problem. Push ups are probably something like 30% of your body weight on the arms
You dont do push ups for mass. Its calisthenics, you do them to sculpt and for endurance. I see a difference in his body being a little more cut, shoulders got a bit wider. The only way to gain more muscles doing them is by constantly breaking muscles down, lifting weights is better for that. Once your muscles get used to a weight they wont break down because theres no challenge.
I don't see how people claim there's no difference. maybe not EXTREME difference, but he obviously has some more defined abs and muscles all together. He seems to have a leaner build, so u less he takes supplements and/or steroids, he nose likely won't ever really get that "Arnold Schwarzenegger" body. He has more of an endurance guys body, but still looks fine as hell.
Lifeszu Wow. Very quick response, and I wasn't even expecting one. :) I belive you can expect more results within 6 months, and definitely fill out. You do have a leaner body type, so I don't think that you'll be able to go the "Body Builder" Route. BUT, I have yet to meet someone who isn't somewhat attracted to the lean muscle types. I wish you good luck my friend, and await your next video. :)
Lifeszu Also, you look much better than you did in your "Before" picture. not just in your body, but in your face. In the beginning, you had more of an angular face (which sadly in this case, was not a good thing), but at the end, your face has a more natural, better looking quality to it.
Lifeszu No problem man. I was just looking through the comments and saw that literally no one had said yhat you had any real gains. I couldn't let that injustice go on any longer. So I spoke up. :) I hope you had a merry Christmas as well my man, or whatever you decide to celebrate. :)
his before/after pic sums up my whole gym experience... for me, its too complicated and I never had a results. Than I found out about swimming, I swim like 5-6x a week, whole summer, I can swim fast 2km now, when I started I swim "fast" 100m and almost died. And I transform in the BEAST!!! IN MY MIND!!! AS I LOOK THE SAME!!! YEAH!!! RAWWWWWWWR!!!!
Nice job mate... I started exactly like you and now I am in a much better shape... I can see the difference in your body, don't listen to anyone who thinks you would look like a bodybuilder... they know nothing about workout or they just try to show off by telling you you weren't doing them correctly ( the truth is you didn't but you did really well for a beginner ). One I thing I would tell you is that should take some rest between your workout. You can either not exercise every day or work on different muscles. Great job dude Go on!
do you have to do 300 push ups in a single event in a day or is it just fine if you're going to divide it?. let's say 100 in the morning, 100 in the afternoon and another 100 in the evening.
do u do them all in one go or break it up thru the day ??I know u can't do 300 without stopping. do u just take a minute then go again or spread it out thru the whole day??
I know why ya felt sick.. If you do 300 pushups a day you must recover, if you do not recover your body will sooner or later feel sick. Trust me, I do pushups too, not so much (about 30 a day) but need at least a day or two to recover ( a day after the excercise I feel weak but second day stronger than before). Otherwise you good, you have my resp.
Hey idol! im also starting workig out just at home before i enroll to a gym. May i just ask? When you were starting how many straight push ups can you make? coz i can only do 10 straight then active rest then another straight again. Super tough really lol
Slight differences but still inspiring though, did you do the 300 pushups continously or you spare it for morning, afternoon and night? whats your diet, pls reply :(
im 13 and im currently in my second week in this challenge. i have been sick for 3 weeks, i skipped 5 days. decided it wasnt good enough and did 6 days in 1 day. dont act like feeling sick is gonna stop you
I can't believe this guy is getting hate. We should be proud. He took himself from nothing and made something. May not be the most efficient way but it works.
hey I have been seeing alto of these videos and i see alot of comments about how the person fakes the before and after photos that the person photoshops the pics to make themselves look cutter and bigger or that they did alot more than just the 300 pushups. can u tell me if this is real and if it really works cuz in thinking about doing it and just need no know if it really works to get the motivation to do and stick with it I would really appreciate it thanks
Hi Im new to the workout scene and Im currently running/jogging 4 miles nonstop 5-6 x a week and after each run i do 100 pushups and an abundance amount of arm curls. I have seen some results in a period of just 3 months, but i still feel like i need more advice any tips/improvisations welcome thank you
nice vid dude dont let negative comments infect you from doing what youve started. i see a lil bit of results honestly, but it is still a progress. try it again and focus on food rich in protein. food is important as well to improve muscles. great vid and keep it up.
I weigh 130 am 5.11 and 26 years of age, I seem to eat a bunch but cannot gain weight ... would training and taking protein help? I always felt that I'd only lose weight if I worked out? any advice out there???

you did only push ups and run?
אלמוג אליאסי Only push ups, running sometimes. Next week i try the same challente but with protein
+Lifeszu wow, crazy man, you got that body from only push ups, i think i wil try that too, very good video.

how to make no gains in 30 days.
right ahaha

He's not discouraging. He's telling a fact... Thanks to what the guy in the video will change his strategy and get better results
No kinds of gains...
Maybe no visual gains but he has better conditioning now, dumb ass!
Best way to overtrain and make 0 gains
^
EXACTLY lol, he looks exactly the same as before....
+nosmoya he has some noobie gainz, not much tho cuz his overtraining, muscle grows when u rest btw
Word, dude looks like he wasted his time, don't see any difference. Respect though man i know it wasn't easy.
+coates27 he needs bigger weight to move
now we can make this conclusion: If you want a nice body for summer, don't start in May
words to live by
if you want a nice body for the summer start now and we will talk in the winter of 2018 about shredding down for summer '19. People thinking they can reach shit in 1 month are delusional
+BananaBread word.
+BananaBread Word.
depend's where is you contry, because here in south America the summer is in December, so yeah you can start in may HUEHUA
No difference in body shape because you overtrained and did not eat additional protein.
Are you kidding? He looks far more toned and this process has probably motivated him to start going to the Gym and get much bigger..
UnsociableEthan Are you fucking kidding?
+UnsociableEthan you are obviously not an expert at this subject
He just looks more pumped because 1. He probably just worked out as he took the picture 2. His muscles are fucking sore because they had no rest for days lol

doesn't life suck ? 9000 push ups and only a small difference.
hehe
because the muscles didn't get enough time to heal. its not very effective to work out same muscle group every day intensively.
that's good change for 30 days
Jayesh Roychowdhury true but genetics are unfair for us skinny guys, we have to work 3x harder just to get minimum results.
+TnJcanodezo Not really. Just eat properly and work hard in the gym.
Amazing ! You manage to lose ur glasses
Hahahhahahahahah madafaka man ... I'm dead xD
HEHE ITS REMINDED ME OF SHINPACHIS GLASSES FROM GINTAMA XDDDDD
AHAAHAHAH what a fucking legend

Hi man, i did 300 push ups in a row but with minute of rest... Hope i motivated you a little bit
Lifeszu you motivated me i am dowing it right now.thx bro you are my savior🤗
you don't use full range of motion....
yeah.He didn't
great job, but they weren't Army style push ups. But at the end of the day, 300 of anything even incorrect will bring an improvement. And I could never do 300 push ups in one sitting... Maybe 90. Maybe variable types, like wide arm, diamond, knuckle, but even in my best day I couldn't do 300. So, great job all around.
+akilla214u2c incorrect no. you could also hurt yourself thru the incorrect way.
.
Oh come on his form is fine if anything tho he should look forward and bounce less
good for you for sticking out the 3 days, but it is very minimal changes in my opinion.
30 days isn't much. But a diet change would've done wonders.
Ray Cocker
i know its not much, thats why i wondered why he made a video about 20 days of only push ups, not much change will take place
Lucas Osuna Yeah, you're totally right there.
+Lucas Osuna what if he did different variations of push ups? Would that have made a difference?
He didn't lift what do you expect if he would have decided hey left me eat 5 meals a day intake lots of protein and only eat carbs before and after the workout and lifted he would see some change there was only the change of him flexing and not flexing
You just shaved and took a shower, bruh.
Maybe :)
Rock Lee gave me so much inspiration. And i'm the Fourth Hokage!
Rock Lee is my hero too, LOL.
tedrocks Rock Lee-sama
I like how this turned to a conversation about how Rock Lee inspired you all, lol.
Haters gonna hate. Congrats! You look better. Keep it up.
the only difference i see is that you shaved..
I'll give him a little credit. He is a little bigger, a LITTLE. If he would have done less pushups with correct form he'd have been better off. Quality over quantity
u right
So damn right
dont forget the glasses
his chest got bigger. how about you stop being a little criticising bitch and do this yourself ☺
in only 30 days,
he lost his glasses
I left them at your mother's house. Could you go get them for me? Pleaseeeee
+Lifeszu funny
Dammnnnnnnnnnn!111
XD Sorry
+Lifeszu REKT HIM LOL
Idk why I expected you to turn into the hulk.... Like every other vid.
didn't use drugs like those stupid transformations trying to sell you shit lol
doing only pushups isn't as affective as you think because your body gets used to it
He also didn't use proper form on most of them
yea, any form of steroids haha.
It was just realistic..which is a refreshing from the other "transformation" videos
i didnt see a difference
there are no differences
before flexing and after flexing. He obviously didn't keep to his regime. No one does 300 pushups at one sitting as well. (he says he does)
look at his chest and arms, the difference are only that part
+Bruised Lee Yea agree Rofl
Paul Royeca first pic was taken in bad circumstances and the second one in good
Wrong approach.
Btw, what's with removing your glasses and laughing in the "after"? hahaha is the TV commercial syndrome or what
Chill what you doing tho?.. Cuz doing his thang he from sitting down all day to doing right for his body.. What's your frustation?
I said it was good for him to do it, he is in the right to do it and he surely improved. I just pointed out the proper way to workout in case someone is interested in improving his physique and perhaps is a little lost. In fact, probably the author knows that himself even if he just tried out this. So, just a tip for daily, healthy workout. No blame on no one.
Hating ass nigga
people cannot tell the difference between someone who just wants to help from someone who judges and want to put them down
It's better to do 6-9 sets of 7-12 reps of Difficult Variations of push ups such as feet elevated assisted one arm push ups or by simply adding some resistance on back 2-3 times a week on non consecutive days rather than doing 200/300 push ups daily.
+witchfinder43 feet Elevated One arm push up or feet Elevated assisted one arm push up.
you do sphinx push up, I can't even do a single shit
one arm push ups are very dificult
Target different areas of muscle groups. Why I do 25 normal push ups, 25 inclined push ups and 25 reverse inclined push ups in each of my workout sessions.
Small progres is batter than no progres.. You the best.. :) keep it up just ignore what hater saying *sorry my bad english*
small progress? in one months thats fucking nuts. and also, calisthenics builds strong tendons, ligaments and bones, not just muscle.
+Mr. Orangeaide heyy i said small progres batter than no progres.. -.-
Zul Maruu_ yeah, thats a huge progress.
+Mr. Orangeaide yepp that huge..
+Zul Maruu_ thats wat she said
"I trained chest everyday, for 3 months, and i didnt improved, fuck genetics"
everyday.. is over train.... and you didnt eat properly and no additional protein the body gonna remain the same... so watchout for your dieting program ..
i guess u didnt see the "'
u gotta let the muscles heal after a hard day of working them out or they'll never grow
It isn't about training it is about increasing reps/weight. As long as you do this you can do 1 set 1 exercise and still improve more than 95% of retards who just go through the workout without trying to improve.
LihTV I improved with a 3 in
Working the same muscle every single day is bullshit.
Muscle needs rest to improve
true
exactly.. this video is BS
you are B.S. i do pushups everyday, and i had a similar effect. Maybe you are weak and you think you need rest.
+Stefan Cel Mare What effect?
The results would be way better if he was dooing push ups 2 or 3 times a week.
It's science you dumb ass
*****
Whatever. i do pushups everyday and sit ups and i am okay. Its a muscle that you use everyday, and its always under pressure everyday. so its okay to work it at everyday.
I'm 15 I'm not weak but I look weak I'm going to do a challenge that came to mind 1st week I'll do 200 push ups 2nd week I'll do 300 3rd week I'll do 400 nd 4th week I'll do 500 I'm trying not to miss any days wish me luck
or you know... you could just lift weights....
Good luck man... Share this video for the right motivation man
Also i think this is potentially a bad idea because you could possibly overwork your muscles and that is obviously not good for you.
Hamza Zaghloul I've been doing that for two years I can do a lot I just don't show it at all
+AvianThought 194 I'm not saying you can't do it I'm just saying overworking your body is a thing. its pretty much like overcooking a steak you really don't want to overwork your muscle because it actually becomes weaker
looks like somebody skipped leg day
upvote haha
it showed him running
That doesn't build muscle.
+Cameron Brignam running isn't a leg workout, it's purely cardio
tell that too my calves lol.
no gains.
+Daymon Rondino no pain
Daymon Rondino you know any change from 0 are gains even to .01
so in 30 day you have lost your glasses and shaved your bread! Good job boy
but the question is, does the bread taste better once it's shaved?
+thomasvidalift shaved bread is better than pizza ahah
+thomasvidalift loooooooooooooooool
+thomasvidalift Lmfaooo, shaved bread is definitely tastier. Fuck that hairy bread.
i like my bread hairy brazilian is best
Gotta look the same in your before and after pics to confuse the viewers, right babe???
Zero?
here with another episode of Smaller By The Day, my crossfit show motherfuckers
+aidan karmali 😂😂😂
:D :D :D
I WAS LOOKING FOR YOU GOOD DAMMIT, RIGHT BABE?
But I want to see 300 proper push ups ;)
I will say though, A LOT of people will just jump in with out a clue regarding exercises.
@lifeszu
Keep it up!
you do 300 push up daily or alterlatively
Thanks for the positive comment :) // I will do it
you've never seen people in jail , all they do is pushups and come out like Kali
shawn hickman bro my cousin locked up n now he's hella big n guess how?? Push ups n pull ups n eating soups
Jd Cisneros I was locked for 3months all I did was push ups and sit-ups and I didn't have a six-pack when I went in but when I came out I did
shawn hickman I've seen inmates do push ups every day or what ever exercise every day. They gained so that's not true.
Damn dude you: got better lighting, used better angles, and lost the glasses, shaved, and learned how to use filters in 30 days!
sooo... it took you 30 days to lose your glasses and shave your beard? CONGRATS MAN YOU ARE MY INSPARATION
I know man :) // ur welcome. Can u go to your mom house to return me the glasses pliz?
Video sucks, but that's plain funny :D
+Lifeszu man there were so many legit questions and you answered to this one such a waste of time.
He also learned how to puff up his chest.
ow shit :D
Could've got more than that from the gym in 30 days
Push ups take a lot of 'endurance' and strength though so mad props I would be dying
ikr
Sorry but no. He would have gotten far far better results from going to the gym
+oscar bainbridge Thats what he fucking said.. You're autistic aren't you?
***** I was talking to the other guy you fucking spastic. Can you fucking read?
Let me break this down for you people.
300 push ups:
3 sets of 100:
OPTIONS OF DOING IT
#1 100 push ups
#2 50 push ups x2
#3 25 push ups x4
Do this in one session and quit giving this guy a hard time.
3 sets of 100 just like in the military.
Nick spiroff
Jesus Christ people! 3 sets of 100 takes less than 10 minutes to do a day!!
Your look : from homeless to fresh ;)
exaclty
the push-ups didn't make him look not homeless in the 2nd picture. that was the lighting, him taking his glasses off and shaving.
like
which photo is before man?
says the guy with the picture of someone else... respect man...
but you guys are bored the ppl...
+David Zierold just joking bro i respect this man
+mralex070 because I'm not stupid as you are?

the guy answered himself btw...
go and cry...
Lol
wtf are u saying ? It's Christiano Ronaldo !
everyone starts somewhere, good job man.
Thanks man ;)
who just watched this video and started the 30 day challenge?
I am too depressed to maintain the discipline required for this challenge I am afraid, but thank you for asking.
don't do it, or would be a waste of time and over kill for little results. there are faster ways of getting results
Thousands of reps for exhaustion and team work.
i did
I did! Even though still unable to straight 300. I started 30 days challenge four days ago, and maximum push up in one time only 100. Hahaha.
AFTER ( unshaved ) and BEFORE (shaved).. thats wat i saw.. good effort anyways.. keep it up!
Wtf he spent 30 days doing push ups just to shave, I can shave in 5minutes like wtf
Bruh, he changed heaps, you can obviously see how much fuller his delts are. The upper chest has gained abit more muscle, but I can't tell from his huge collar bone.
after without specs before with specs
lmao
I don't see transformation
The transformation was that he has no glasses and got contacts and he shaved his bread
+Bitterest Tub hah, ok! ;-)
I think one transformation is simply being able to do it...which most cannot. Including gym goers.
+Bitterest Tub hahahahahaha!
+Stephen Haws nicely said
Song1: Spitfya x Desembra - Cut The Check
Song2: Inukshuk - A World Away
If you did real push ups your would have seen results.
He didn't rest so that affects it - also your eating plays a large part
Eat pasta and chicken and meat and eat protein, drink milk, eat cheese and ham sandwiches, just eat :)
Michael Oh...If you're 13 you shouldn't really think too much about stuff like this...
Not necessarily true.
Do you know what his diet is? Have you not seen that he is a runner?
He can do the banana push ups and saw similar results. But one thing you CANT take away from this dude...He gained confidence in himself. Can you not see that?
james lawton
Good for endurance and strength but if you want to build muscle it's about high weight and low reps.
Good job still though.
Higher reps with lighter weight stimulate hypertrophy (muscular growth) Lower reps and higher weights stimulate the CNS (central nervous system) Theres not right or wrong way of training its just based on ones goals.
you mean without waits lefting just push ups can,t grove mucles ,i do boths ,what about both
I think he lost all his facial hair because of the roids...
Do you even lift or know anything about steroids at all
Poodo grv
Do you even laugh or know anything about jokes at all
You really think saying all his 30 days hard work's result is actually from steroid is a joke. Stop making joke because you suck at it.
Dude, there is no difference in the shape of his body except he shaved his facial hair. Sarcasm bro, you suck at it.
Saitama confirmed
I can see the difference and I can tell that this guy didn't waste his time. Good job man ! Keep going :)
You need to eat some food dude.
yeah and if needed, u can buy proteine powder they come in pretty handy if you're skinny and want to gain lots of muscles fast.
+iWolxflo patato yeah i agree he would have gotten much better results
It's easy if you take a few seconds of your day to read nutrition labels and plan your meals.
ahaha TRUE so fcking true
+Conor 'El Chapo' McGoat thanks bro i'll try it out once back in my country
so you basically just swelled a little bit.. it will go away after a week of inactivity..
Nice try though, respected, i always wanted to do one of these ''challenges'' but I'm bored lol
You have no clue what you are saying just go sit behind your computer and be ''bored'' lol
instead of actually doing something
You have no clue to who you are talking to :) i am a marathon runner i am bored to do these things because i train 3 hours a day.
muscle just doesnt go away like that, if he stops doing that he'll just get fat growing and still have that muscle, no one like haters, and just cuz you run marathons doesnt mean youre all that
+Rean Mauricio research the difference between sarcoplasmic hypertrophy ( growth ) and myofribular hypertrophy. an eye opener im sure, if you have the patience to actually read about it.
so people still hasn't understood that muscles need rest lmao you are just gonna ruin your body in this way
Let him try and learn from mistakes. For some, taking advice is not an option. They were born since the world exists they know everything. They are the super kids, how to take advice from anyone?
yo chill i'm not even english
You're not going to ruin your body. You just won't see much gain.
Mike Hamilton
Sucks for you man.
Keep it up bro.
stfu you don't know what youre talkikg about. what he's doing is just some bullshit...
Be cool man. You and I got no beef. Who knows...maybe we think alike on a lot of stuff. Don't let my comment turn you hostile. Perhaps you can share some insight.
did you do the push ups all at once or throughout the course of the day
All at once
You can't do 300 at once, you need at least a few minutes's break before being able to do more.
+Lifeszu maybe but your form was terrible , you didn't go all the way down , the cheated some of them , good commitment though
+Bradley Moss ikr and tbh that's not how you wear a leggings... My tip for you Lifeszu, after you wear the leggings, put on your shorts next 😂👍🏻
+Cosmic Network™ Marcus Dibble did 700 at once with little couple second breaks.
Do you even lift bro?
ahahahah hi Vitaly
+Lifeszu
vitaly king of the fake staged pranks
I'm sorry but your form has me creasing
Agreed were those even real push ups
Thought i was the only one cringing at his form
Who gives a fuck? He got results.
you mean cringing bruh
+Random Dude
no he didn't. he looked the same. just shaved his face
300 push ups a day..? Correct me if I'm wrong, anyone, but wouldn't this cause a muscle imbalance? I guess to counteract this, you'd have to do a row type movement, to work the latts.
Thats true!
It's fake, he would be in the hospital by day 2 with how scrawny he is.
besides dont you need to give the muscle some time to recover? doing this every day seems counterproductive
+Benjamin P of course he must take at least 1 day break a week. the results would be better
So inspirational *eats whole bag of chips*
I don't see how people claim there's no difference. maybe not EXTREME difference, but he obviously has some more defined abs and muscles all together. He seems to have a leaner build, so u less he takes supplements and/or steroids, he nose likely won't ever really get that "Arnold Schwarzenegger" body. He has more of an endurance guys body, but still looks fine as hell.
Thank you soo much... i try continue to challenge myself every day. In 6 month i hope i can get more results :)
Thank you soo much. I realy appreciate nice people and the positive vibes :)
Lifeszu No problem man. I was just looking through the comments and saw that literally no one had said yhat you had any real gains. I couldn't let that injustice go on any longer. So I spoke up. :) I hope you had a merry Christmas as well my man, or whatever you decide to celebrate. :)
you gotta do 100 squats, 100 sit-ups and 10 km running every single day too...
not possible to gain so much muscles in so less time
Really?
+Lifeszu yes n a guy who hasn't done pushups already suddenly starts doing 300 pushups do we look like fools
Akshay Dhillon Maybe. But the challenge is this..
w
+Lifeszu w
After 30days he lost 30days
before and after the same, you just shaved looooooooool
W XD

guys I done a 100 day body transformation video. I had quite amazing results. please check it out on my channel
his before/after pic sums up my whole gym experience... for me, its too complicated and I never had a results. Than I found out about swimming, I swim like 5-6x a week, whole summer, I can swim fast 2km now, when I started I swim "fast" 100m and almost died. And I transform in the BEAST!!! IN MY MIND!!! AS I LOOK THE SAME!!! YEAH!!! RAWWWWWWWR!!!!
just 300??, i go 1,000 push ups a day 🔥
Impressive
Only 1000 a day? That's it? I do 1000 push ups for just an hour, and I do push ups for 5 hours straight every day. So I do 5000 push ups a day.
Miko i do me too 😏
Miko what ? 5.000 push ups
Amazing man
you shaved ?
+Michael Banks LMFAO
Michael Banks 😂
If you want to get huge muscles fast then watch this life changing video here: HootMax.xyz
go swim 1 hour per day
Butterfly stroke is the ultimate cardio exercise.
I approve of this
rip shoulders
he would prob got ripped cuz its cardio but he would lose the some muscles
Nice job mate... I started exactly like you and now I am in a much better shape... I can see the difference in your body, don't listen to anyone who thinks you would look like a bodybuilder... they know nothing about workout or they just try to show off by telling you you weren't doing them correctly ( the truth is you didn't but you did really well for a beginner ). One I thing I would tell you is that should take some rest between your workout. You can either not exercise every day or work on different muscles.
Great job dude
Go on!
Good luck man
Not so much difference
i know. this is the beginning
i appreciate it
i only see result on his face all shave
Do abs too bro
Next challenge!!!
do you have to do 300 push ups in a single event in a day or is it just fine if you're going to divide it?. let's say 100 in the morning, 100 in the afternoon and another 100 in the evening.
awesome results! did you only do 300 push-ups a day? nothing else that wasnt on video? and did you focus on protein intake?
In this challenge only push ups and no protein. In the next one that i upload next week i took protein...
do u do them all in one go or break it up thru the day ??I know u can't do 300 without stopping. do u just take a minute then go again or spread it out thru the whole day??
I know why ya felt sick.. If you do 300 pushups a day you must recover, if you do not recover your body will sooner or later feel sick. Trust me, I do pushups too, not so much (about 30 a day) but need at least a day or two to recover ( a day after the excercise I feel weak but second day stronger than before). Otherwise you good, you have my resp.
Don't listen to the trolls mate, I see the different and I bet you feel a lot better, unlike the people leaving negative comments.
Yes, stop wishing and start doing some EFFECTIVE training.
Hey idol! im also starting workig out just at home before i enroll to a gym. May i just ask? When you were starting how many straight push ups can you make? coz i can only do 10 straight then active rest then another straight again. Super tough really lol
At the beginning 10 at a time, but after 30 push up at a time...
Slight differences but still inspiring though, did you do the 300 pushups continously or you spare it for morning, afternoon and night? whats your diet, pls reply :(
I noticed a similar change of body shape when I was surfing a lot a few years back and now I reverted back to my old body shape.
Good job man! Ofc you won't get bodybuilding body from 30 day push-ups but you surely gained something.
im 13 and im currently in my second week in this challenge. i have been sick for 3 weeks, i skipped 5 days. decided it wasnt good enough and did 6 days in 1 day. dont act like feeling sick is gonna stop you
would you stop while doing the push ups and then start again or just wait and stay in the push up position?
I tore my labrum in shoulder just watching this kid do push ups
I can't believe this guy is getting hate. We should be proud. He took himself from nothing and made something. May not be the most efficient way but it works.
is it 300 push-ups straight no rest? or did you do like 3 sets of 100 or what?
amazing job! can't wait to see the squat challenge results!!! 👍👍
Thank bro!!! :) // Waiting to reaches 3 million
Looking at your video view chart you're going to be waiting awhile for that...
it really worked for me . i did 250 pushups for 1 month . Now , im in good shape.
Good Job bro
hey I have been seeing alto of these videos and i see alot of comments about how the person fakes the before and after photos that the person photoshops the pics to make themselves look cutter and bigger or that they did alot more than just the 300 pushups. can u tell me if this is real and if it really works cuz in thinking about doing it and just need no know if it really works to get the motivation to do and stick with it I would really appreciate it thanks
Hi man, this is a real video. Tomorrow i will upload my diet
Hi Im new to the workout scene and Im currently running/jogging 4 miles nonstop 5-6 x a week and after each run i do 100 pushups and an abundance amount of arm curls. I have seen some results in a period of just 3 months, but i still feel like i need more advice any tips/improvisations welcome thank you
In each set how many pushup u have done. and What's the gap between each set? for 300 push-up how much time it took?
Be happy with the dislikes man! They're just jealous on how very effective your hard work only a trooper could pull off was.
I'm 46 been doing 200 a day in sets of 40 for 10 days and I see results. found this and I think I'll up the ante to 300. what sets were you doing.
nice vid dude dont let negative comments infect you from doing what youve started. i see a lil bit of results honestly, but it is still a progress. try it again and focus on food rich in protein. food is important as well to improve muscles. great vid and keep it up.
how do you........???? i did it, but only get around 200 on the first day.. and i got a real pain for one week..
that's great man !
but how did you do 300 push ups a day , I mean how many sets did you do ?
It depends on the day. Sometimes 15 set, another 10, even 20. The important thing is to complete 300 in one day
thank you man
today will be my first day ☺
Good Luck man

these push-ups we need to do without break or we can take break between push-ups ?
With break. It works very well for me
I weigh 130 am 5.11 and 26 years of age, I seem to eat a bunch but cannot gain weight ... would training and taking protein help? I always felt that I'd only lose weight if I worked out? any advice out there???
I put some protein and food i eat in the last video. Watch it here: th-cam.com/video/gTYioQdvsc8/w-d-xo.html
do first 150 push-ups then if you want to maximize it do 10 crunches and then 5 pushups over and over till you reach 300 push-ups total
