These are just 20 types,there's at least 40 more types and some way harder than this,a lot of people believe push ups are a limited exercise,but it evolves far beyond the elite level of strength(because you can do iron cross push ups,full planche push ups and more),so push ups pretty much don't have a limit,just like weight lifting
15 down and I am working towards the Handstand pushups very slowly! Also very impressive that you can peform the "tiger" pushups after done the other ones. It seems like I can peform them before doing any other exercise, but after my triceps won't allow it. 🤔😅

The only pushups you need are the handstand and clap. Those will give you the most strength and explosion . The pike pushups helps progress to handstand push up

The ones I add to the list: Diamond (thumbs and index fingers touching) Tricep (elbows in) 90° (hands farther than shoulder width apart, so when down there’s a 90° angle Toes under (toes pointed under instead of flexed feet) Army push-up (push-up move same arm same leg forward push-up move the other arm and leg farther forward repeat) One leg (push ups with one foot pointed off the ground and one flexed so legs are together but only one leg is supporting) Side push-up (arms in a T shape completely sideways, one arm on the ground one in air)
And a couple more Bridge push up (In a bridge, push-up head touches ground back up) L handstand push ups (Put feet on surface a few feet tall and walk hands in so butt is directly in line/above head) Partner pushups
No. If you would have watched carefully you would know, that you need to do your reps on headstand, with one finger and extra weights to go SuperSaiyan!
Funny thing, ive trained myself to do handstand pushups and one-armed ones and can do them quite easily now. While the ones supposed to be less difficult (the clapping) totally suck for me, the flying one is the worst haha. For many of these excercises it comes down to wether or not u trained the support muscles for the position, many of these positions will be totally new to your body so it wont be able to do them as easily. Start off slow and you will be able to do it in time though :)

Yep... it was an epic disaster as predicted. I couldn't get my upper torso off the ground. Not even close. I shall now focus on more core excersises in worksouts for the next month or so and retry... 😤
