    10,000 pushups in a month, you’re probably thinking: that is way too much, that can’t be healthy.
    Yeah. you’re right. But for the sake of science, I had to try it.
    I let my best friends and brother do 200 pushups a day for 30 days, and actually all of them saw similar results even though they all had different levels of experience.
    But I can’t stay behind and I had to go next level for next level gains, maybe? Hopefully? This is going to be painful, this better be worth it
    And it was.. here is my journey, and if you should or shouldn’t do it.

      You cannot do a perfect pullup from the first day, there is a progress timeline that you should follow to get to do pushups.

      As a Muay Thai Practitioner , I've to do 100 push-ups daily as warm-up everyday. We have to train for 6 hours everyday. We have to train 6 times every week except Sundays. So 10,000 pushups a month is like a Warm-up for Muay Thai Practitioner.

      @@ok-qp7kl 🌝🌝🌝 Sometimes it feels good to flex u know 😂😂. Why don't u come to Thailand and learn Muay Thai. I bet within few months you'll become strong enough to beat any average person who isn't well trained in any Martial Arts. You'll have to workout and Practice around 5-6 hours everyday in the gym. I've been doing this shit since I was 9 years old and I'm 19 rn. Btw it's a kind of Thai tradition that's y most kids around 7-10 years old start learning Muay Thai.

    Another challenge for you guys. I had to work up to it. But I was doing 1 thousand pushups a day for an entire two years. My workout journey was insane! 100 pushups on the hour starting at 11am

      I think you should not do intense workouts please fpr 4 to 5 years take sleep and eat lots of food....u will be in best shape

    I do 200 push ups on one day and the following day I make 15 muscle up and 50 pull ups and I am going to do this over two months

    Iow this is one of ur oldest videos browney but this challenge increased my strenght in everything by a milestone this challenge also thaught me proper push up form and almost doubeled my on rep max push ups (40 to 76 reps) !!!!

      @@kkev1 Um, just ignore the other person, that’s some crazy talk.
      Just keep it chill, get comfortable with pushups and increasing the reps slowly. I’d also suggest some ab work and leg work throughout the week (maybe 2-3 times a week). If you have a place to do pull-ups add some of them as you don’t want an unbalanced body.
      Your 14, still got another 2-3 years before you can safely start pushing your body pretty hard. Do your best, see what you can do bro👍

    i did 350 minimum a day during quarantine in march and april 2020 (am from Germany), up to 750 max xD
    It was really fun - i didn't do any fitness before (i can't remember it tho), couldn't even do a pullup xD
    nice to see other people doing the "same stuff"

    i average 200 a day and ive been doing it for the last 30 days, i stopped juicing roids on january 16th and started calisthenics and havent had a day off since, i am holding all my muscle!

    I did an average of 300 pushups and 50 pullups everyday in the army, for 12weeks. I gained more than10lbs of muscles, sleeping just about 6hrs a day. Did my workout at 5am every single day.

    I hopped on this I'm doing 500 per day so 10000 in 20 days. Today is my 7th day . Shoulders are burning throughout the day. I feel my chest shivering and pulsing on every rep. Let's hope I survive this.

    Its amazing! But im confused.. Do you still train other parts? or do you skip Back and Legs entirely for a month? and what about other chest exercises? I feel like if you only did push ups for a month, you would lack behind Back and Legs.. So is it really worth it?
    But if you ARE training Legs and Back, arent those days REALLY hard? if you have to do en entire back or leg workout and ALSO push ups?

    I’ve been thinking it was standard procedure to do at least 300 push-ups a day for the last few months... and y’all are getting famous for it? Phhh 😂🤩

    I’ve been doing 333 about five days a week- it works great. I did it in less than 20 min today

      @@johannes01 You will be surprised how fast you can make gains with pushups - that is why US prisoners get so jacked in prison without weights. But I have always been in pretty good health, athletics and military etc, thank God.

    I think it would be a good video idea if you would try to do homeworkouts from other youtubers for example from the austrian youtuber Sascha Huber he has a lot of homeworkout-videos.

    I just finished a year of doing pushups every day. I did an average of 310ish per day, for a total of 113,000 pushups

    I did a 100 push up per day for 30 days and that was insane I gain a lot and now I continue with 150 push ups

    Doing this is perfectly healthy, at One point I was doing upwards of 500 push-ups a day. Great way to start your work attorney, ignore the beginning he says it’s unhealthy

      I agree i am currently doing no less than 500 a day 1000 on somedays and have been for the last 3 or 4 months now I do rest on sundays

    1:46 - I did 65 continuous pushups on my first video, 65 ain't to bad compared to 69..
    I haven't worked out in a bit when I did that, and compared to that..

    If you want to check your pr after a challenging then take a rest day before 😐 trust me it will improve your pr by a lot 🦥
