    Omg... Today am suffering from serious gas problem.. N came to TH-cam to find some yoga or asanas to get rid of it n I quickly searched for Rujuta mam's suggestion n found this recent video..so glad..

    I do not intent to mislead anyone!
    I did a few easy exercises to prevent bloating before this particular set.
    And once I was done.. My bloated stomach got back to Normal!!!
    I don’t know if this is even possible but I saw the results immediately,
    This is amazing!!!!!!!😍😍😍

    Amazing video maam, very helpful for constipated persons. Instead of moving here and there just follow rujutaji her advices are really working. Maam your asanas really helped a lot and stretches in my lower back pain. Iam able to do this without spending any money just by following your videos. Thank a loooot Maam.

    I have a question…, this particular problem is very common in 60 + women. With this kind of age group we have lot of other’s issues with our backs and suppleness of our muscles which do not allow us to these kind of aasans. Kindly show some exercises for 60-65+ ladies.
