Special topping ingredients:
Baked or canned Chickpeas 1 cup (250 g)
1 onion (chopped) (80 g)
Celery 1 stalk (40 g)
Dried dill 1 tsp (1 g)
salt 1 tsp (4 g)
Black pepper 1 tsp (4 g)
Greek yogurt ¼ cup (60 g)
Chickpea cracker ingredients:
Corn Flakes 3 tbsps (50 g)
Baked or canned Chickpeas 1 cup (250 g)
Paprika ½ tsp (2 g)
Garlic powder ¼ tsp (1 g)
Baking powder 1 tsp (4 g)
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp (7 g)
Salt 1 tsp (4 g)
Chickpea Cracker recipe:
First, make the special topping.
place the baked chickpeas in a bowl and mash them.
Add the chopped onion to the chickpeas.
Chop the celery and add it to the bowl.
Add dried dill, salt, black pepper, and Greek yogurt to the bowl. Mix the ingredients well and set aside for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the chickpea cracker.
Place the baked chickpeas, corn flakes, paprika, garlic powder, baking powder, oil, and salt in a blender and blend them together.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the prepared dough on the tray and roll it out well with a rolling pin.
Brush a little oil on top of the dough and then cut it into pieces.
Then, place it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
Your chickpea cracker will be ready after 40 minutes. You can add the topping on it and enjoy!
