500 grams white chocolate
100 grams heavy cream or all purpose cream
*Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on low.

Hi Polita! I always put the coated cake inside the fridge and take it out a few hours before serving.

You say "perfect for hot weather" may I ask how hot a day have you tested it to? Here in Australia it can get above 30 deg C.

Hi Whipped Dreams! Not really if you balance the flavors. Choose a cake filling that will compliment with the ganache :)
Did you use 500g of the ganache to cover an 8" 4 layers cake ?

Hi Cayle! Nestle All Purpose Cream, Alaska or Magnolia pwede. Hindi pwede pag non dairy cream like Everwhip. Happy baking!

Hi Janessa! 500 grams of chocolate to 100 grams of cream pwede na sa 8" cake lalo na kung hindi naman makapal ang ganache mo, iba pa ang filling at hindi mataas ang cake.
You can double the recipe for 10" cake. Kung may sobra pwede mo naman gawing truffles :)

Hi Jenny! Yes pwede mo ilagay ang cream sa isang sauce pan at initin over low heat. Pag may nakita ka na mga bubbles sa palgid ng cream. Patayin ang apoy at ibuhos ang cream sa white chocolates Good luck!
Pwede po ba gumamit ng All purpose cream as a substitute sa heavy cream?
