Just completed this for the first time. I am 41 and I have been declining physically over the last 10 years. I could barely walk a regular mile before I have palpatations and fainting spells. I went to doctors all over and after no real answers I decided to takr my health back. I begged my doctor for time off from work. I started keto the next day and went for a walk out. I limped and dragged my leg but I did it. Old people were lapping me but I continued. My daughter suggested doing the walkimg videos and I agreed. Day two at home I did one mile. My leg hurt but I continued. Its been just shy of a month. I dreaded doing the 3 miles but today I did it. My leg feels great and I lost almost 30 pounds. Just believe that you can and start slow. 5 miles is my next goal but I will work towards that slowly at my own time.
I have been walking with Leslie for years. During the pandemic I gained some weight. So I started doing her 3 mile workout a week ago and I already feel that I am in a better shape. I cut off junk food, fast food etc. as well. I lost 1.9 kgs in one week and I am often at home, so I don’t usually burn a lot of calories since I don’t move around much. Walking definitely works!

Well I am very pleased now to get back to Leslie's workouts. I have had a foot injury and have been doing chair turbo workouts by Paul Eugene on TH-cam. I missed doing the walk exercise, but my foot is not allowing the stand up routines. So, after 9 months I decided to try this workout sitting down. Well it works well. I can do all these movements sitting in a chair and I burn just as many calories as I did standing up. The only step that I have not got down is the grapevine so I just do a double side tap. Not the side step. It feels good to now mix up my routines using both Paul Eugene and Leslie's workouts. So just because you have an injury does not mean you have to stop working out! Get out your chairs and move! Just remember you have to work around legs. God Bless all

I am a retired trucker at 65 years old I like walking with Leslie it's like walking with friends, but I was told at my senior center that it's for females but I do get a good workout at home
I’ve been doing Leslie Simpson’s work outs for years. Even after 2 hip replacements and being in my 60’s I love her workouts, the variety of them, that it works out many of my muscles at the same time, and her positive attitude. I tried a few other workouts from time to time, but always came back to Leslie.
Did this workout for the first time today. Didn’t expect to sweat as much as I am. Going to complete the 14 day’s challenge. Will post the outcome. Am just getting back into running, did a 5 km run this morning using C25K app. I am 75.
MD I had been using a slower version of your video but switch to this one about a month ago. It's great! I don't feel tire from start to finish. Feel so refreshed and rejuvenated! I have lost 30 pound over a 1 1/2 year period. Looking forward to removing the other 20. Happy 2022!

I’m 16 weeks pregnant and felt I was gaining weight way too fast! I started doing your workouts because they’re low impact and not too strenuous. This was my 5th day in a row and I feel so much better already! It’s all about creating that habit of working out. Thank you Leslie for this great workout. I didn’t have the resistance band so I grabbed a couple water bottles and added my own modifications. I sweat today! God bless you and happy walking!!!!

Wow. I've been doing various walks from this channel for the last month, but I didn't have resistance bands for the resistance portion of some of the videos. I just got some over the weekend and they REALLY work the arms! Didn't realize what a difference they would make! Love these workouts!
I'm starting to notice definition in my shoulders and upper arms! :) I like to do this or the other 3-mile workout of hers that also incorporates the bands about 3 times a week. For the other days, I do her other 3 mile workouts (no bands) or I do a combination of three 15 min (1 mile) workouts. The definition is coming along.
I usually can't keep up; normally can't keep pace. I managed to keep up and keep pace - UNTIL mile 3. Mile 3 just about killed me! I did have to slow it down a tad, but I was able to go to the end. You have no idea how huge an accompishment that is. Thank you Leslie Sansone! Thank you.

It is exactly a month since I posted my initial comment and here is my follow-up. So in all honesty, I wasn't able to exercise on all the days but I gave it my all on the days that I did. Most importantly, I made sure to eat healthy food every single day and tried to maintain a negative caloric balance. The result? I haven't checked my weight because I know the positive results will make me complacent but I can visibly see that I have lost 2 inches at the waist and can fit into a lot of my old clothes now. People are telling me that I look visibly thinner and have a glow on my face. I do feel a lot more flexible and don't tire as easily. PS. Doing the Leslie Sanson 3 mile workout was exhausting the first few days and in just about a week, it was nothing more than a warm-up. To increase intensity, I coupled the walks with a beginners HIIT workout and that has worked miracles. In a nutshell, healthy food + workout (steadily increasing in intensity) + determination = weight loss + feeling sooooooooo good! Thank you, Leslie!

You are irrepressible and i need that. i work all day with soldiers and police with PTSD and then i get this hour for me and it is heaven. i even have some of them doing your videos - as you say 'it's not sissy stuff'. love it.

2020 I was a walker for 25 years in Hawaii but my skin has taken a toll. I was playing a game called pickleball but I have some old injuries that haunt me and don’t like that game. I do yoga but need my heart rate up. I am 59 and been at this since I was 16. I am an addict and your workout is not making me have bad pain. I can get stronger after a hard battle with menopause that literally made me skinny. I am looking to gain weight and strength with this workout. Mahalo ( thank you in Hawaiian)

I’ve been doing Leslie on and off for years. Recently came back and these are the best. She works all the muscle groups, especially with this one. I’m 75 and can’t still keep up!
Well I am very pleased now to get back to Leslie's workouts. I have had a foot injury and have been doing chair turbo workouts by Paul Eugene on TH-cam. I missed doing the walk exercise, but my foot is not allowing the stand up routines. So, after 9 months I decided to try this workout sitting down. Well it works well. I can do all these movements sitting in a chair and I burn just as many calories as I did standing up. The only step that I have not got down is the grapevine so I just do a double side tap. Not the side step. It feels good to now mix up my routines using both Paul Eugene and Leslie's workouts. So just because you have an injury does not mean you have to stop working out! Get out your chairs and move! Just remember you have to work around legs. God Bless all

I am a retired trucker at 65 years old I like walking with Leslie it's like walking with friends, but I was told at my senior center that it's for females but I do get a good workout at home
Walking is for everybody. Tell those guys at the Senior Center that they shouldn't knock it before they try it!

I’ve been doing Leslie Simpson’s work outs for years. Even after 2 hip replacements and being in my 60’s I love her workouts, the variety of them, that it works out many of my muscles at the same time, and her positive attitude. I tried a few other workouts from time to time, but always came back to Leslie.

Hi Leslie, I have been doing your walks for many years, I am 72 this year and am still going strong, your walks are wonderful and I enjoy doing them all and they really work.
I’m 16 weeks pregnant and felt I was gaining weight way too fast! I started doing your workouts because they’re low impact and not too strenuous. This was my 5th day in a row and I feel so much better already! It’s all about creating that habit of working out. Thank you Leslie for this great workout. I didn’t have the resistance band so I grabbed a couple water bottles and added my own modifications. I sweat today! God bless you and happy walking!!!!

Wow. I've been doing various walks from this channel for the last month, but I didn't have resistance bands for the resistance portion of some of the videos. I just got some over the weekend and they REALLY work the arms! Didn't realize what a difference they would make! Love these workouts!
I'm starting to notice definition in my shoulders and upper arms! :) I like to do this or the other 3-mile workout of hers that also incorporates the bands about 3 times a week. For the other days, I do her other 3 mile workouts (no bands) or I do a combination of three 15 min (1 mile) workouts. The definition is coming along.
I usually can't keep up; normally can't keep pace. I managed to keep up and keep pace - UNTIL mile 3. Mile 3 just about killed me! I did have to slow it down a tad, but I was able to go to the end. You have no idea how huge an accompishment that is. Thank you Leslie Sansone! Thank you.

I have challenged myself to come back on the 21st of Dec, 2018 and let everyone know how much weight I lost and the process I followed. I probably weight around 63 kgs now and need to be around 52 kgs to be healthy and that's just what I am going to do. Cheers to everyone walking towards good health!
It is exactly a month since I posted my initial comment and here is my follow-up.
So in all honesty, I wasn't able to exercise on all the days but I gave it my all on the days that I did. Most importantly, I made sure to eat healthy food every single day and tried to maintain a negative caloric balance.
The result? I haven't checked my weight because I know the positive results will make me complacent but I can visibly see that I have lost 2 inches at the waist and can fit into a lot of my old clothes now. People are telling me that I look visibly thinner and have a glow on my face. I do feel a lot more flexible and don't tire as easily.
PS. Doing the Leslie Sanson 3 mile workout was exhausting the first few days and in just about a week, it was nothing more than a warm-up. To increase intensity, I coupled the walks with a beginners HIIT workout and that has worked miracles.
In a nutshell, healthy food + workout (steadily increasing in intensity) + determination = weight loss + feeling sooooooooo good!

2020 I was a walker for 25 years in Hawaii but my skin has taken a toll. I was playing a game called pickleball but I have some old injuries that haunt me and don’t like that game. I do yoga but need my heart rate up. I am 59 and been at this since I was 16. I am an addict and your workout is not making me have bad pain. I can get stronger after a hard battle with menopause that literally made me skinny. I am looking to gain weight and strength with this workout. Mahalo ( thank you in Hawaiian)
Just discovered Leslie Sansone’s workouts and love them. Great option to walking outside during allergy season and bad weather! I feel Ike I’m walking with a good friend-Leslie is great and I feel energized and really good after the workouts.
