I started my weight loss with Leslie about about 8yrs ago. Loved it got away from it and started doing more things gym, weights. Last couple of years time and schedule have interfered and I have fallen off. Light bulb!!!!! Leslie is the answer. I can workout at home effectively any time. I'm on my way to getting back where I need to be and this time I will stick with Leslie because it works with anyone's schedule and you will lose the weight and get in better shape. It was August 1st, 2022 when I started the Leslie Sansone video exercises. I've completed one month and I'm going into September. I see a big difference my clothes fit better I have mobility, Balance and I will continue this till the end of September It's challenging to keep going, But that other person in me makes me do it. By the way I'm 66 yrs old.
Good Job, Im 63 with MS and started walking in July with Leslie totally addicted to walking 3-4 times a week. I start saying Ill do a half hour, hour later Im finishing and I have so much energy. Keep up the good work everyone
Been with Leslie since 2004. I guarantee you will lose weight, but more importantly, you will be fit and healthy! Helped me lose 80 pounds after giving birth to my son! My twin sister and I adore you! She passed away a couple years ago, and i couldn't even look at a Walk Away video, let alone workout because it reminded me of her too much. Doesn't matter how well I eat, my blood sugar number stays high. This is my favorite video of all of Leslie's. After I do this video, my blood sugar numbers go back to a normal rate. I'm sad that she doesn't do these videos anymore. But there are still plenty out there online. This is my favorite.

I love this so much. I avoided these videos for years because I thought they looked too easy but I was so wrong. They are awesome and very effective without being super intense and hard. I feel amazing and I’m down a few pounds. My waist and booty look so much slimmer and tighter. The best part is I don’t dread working out. I look forward to it and enjoy it so much. The music and her attitude is so nice that it just flies by.
You are spot on when you said they looked easy. They are awesome and effective in losing the flab. At the same time, easy on the joints which are so essential.
Ive been looking for a 3 mile walk i can do and i LOVE this one. I don't have the stretchy bands so instead i just walk in place or do kicks while during that part so im still getting a workout. I've gone from 299 to 244 thanks and praise and glory to God for blessing my workouts i find here. God bless you reading this.❤🙏

I first heard this from Oprah on a vhs tape she made with Bob Greene, about her weight loss journey.(make the connection) I lost a great amount of weight, following some of her advise, and implementing some of my own. I gained it back, (after my first child, went crazy eating!) and now still in the life struggle, determined to win (maintain) Walking w Leslie, and not eating after 7pm. has greatly helped me. Thank you so much for all the workout videos. I started using them at the start of covid last year & been using them on & off since then. I also go to the gym. I can now do the 45min workout (with bans & weights at least one day on a 3 day workout) without any problem. You are the greatest. Oh, by the way, I'm 81+, with an arthritic right knee & hip. But that don't stop me none.
I think you are the best fitness instructor on the internet. I had 10 back procedures this year yet maintained my 55-pound weight loss with your help. Your videos are easy to follow and fun!! I LOVE this three mile walk! I've been going on three mile walks on my local trail system for years, but this type of walking is a whole new ball game! Much better for a cardio and total body muscle toning workout! I'm hooked! Thanks Leslie & crew!!

Thank you for making this available online. I use the 3 mile when the weather is bad and the 15 minutes behind the desk on breaks and lunch. My balance, hip strength and stomach are much better. Honestly, I this workout is harder than walking outside and sometimes, I pray for good weather. Love you.

Leslie and her videos taught me how to walk again after back surgery and get leg strength back after bad sciatica. It’s obvious this is one of Leslie’s less professional workout model videos and I love it. She is so accepting. Everyone’s off beat but enjoying themselves. Wish I was there.
I forgot about Leslie. I first did her videos about nine years ago and tonight I needed a low impact workout. so glad I found her again. My goal is to do a 5k this year so this is great endurance practice.

A great alternative to those days that I can't make it to the gym or outside to walk. Thanks for posting these as it can make all the difference. I tried a few other walking videos and the vast majority were poorly produced (in someone's living room) or were actually just low impact aerobics. Their is a fine line between low impact and walking and Leslie Sansone knows just how to provide a great walking workout with variety. Great job!
Hello, I’ve been walking with “walk at home” for some time now. it has been fun even if I haven lost any pounds yet. I really like it and I will continue walking, first because now that I do it I feel better and I have more more energy, and second because I know that I’ll get where I want to be if I keep it up. i find that if you change your scales from lbs to kilos you will notice that it drops and it makes you feel amazing inside. the lbs never showed for me so i always gave up but since changing my scales from lbs to kilos ive ended uo losing 4 lbs in a week by doing leslie's Walking :) hope this helps x
You might not see changes in your scale, but observe how you fit into your clothes. Weight is not the only criteria to determine success. When you're able to fit into clothes you haven't worn for a while, it feels very exciting. You might have not lost any pound, but you might have gained muscle because of the strength training incorporated. Muscle and fat might weigh the same, but muscle is compact, takes less space in your body, and burns more fat. Congrats to you!
LOVE this workout! I used 3 pound weights cause I don't have a band yet. I did 2 miles and was very proud of myself. I don't do any cardio (just toning) so this was a nice change. I'm 58 and refuse to look like a pregnant grandma! lol
I love this video when I'm on travel. A stretchy band is such a small, lightweight item to pack and that plus this video contribute to a great start to my morning! 40 minutes, 3 miles and a full body workout all in the space available in the average hotel room! Travel is hard but a workout doesn't have to be!

I can not believe that I can do your three miles at home every other day. So, 4 days of the week I do your 3 miles at home, and the other three I walk three miles in a park. Love it and feel great. Needless to say I am 70 years old.

I've been doing this walk for several years, every time I start a diet I started this sport. After these 2 weeks it will be very simple, you will start to do more difficult ones. I had lost a lot of weight in previous years, now I have started again. thanks!

I love that Leslie is a regular woman, who looks great, but dressed to exercise and not to impress. Anyone can do her workouts and the time goes so fast. Love the interval workouts!!!!
Thank you so much for all the workout videos. I started using them at the start of covid last year & been using them on & off since then. I also go to the gym. I can now do the 45min workout (with bans & weights at least one day on a 3 day workout) without any problem. You are the greatest. Oh, by the way, I'm 81+, with an arthritic right knee & hip. But that don't stop me none.
I think you are the best fitness instructor on the internet. I had 10 back procedures this year yet maintained my 55-pound weight loss with your help. Your videos are easy to follow and fun!! A lot of exercise videos are not very user-friendly in my opinion. You go girl. I feel like I know you personally as well and that takes a special person to transfer that thru a video. Thank you for all you do.

I LOVE this three mile walk! I've been going on three mile walks on my local trail system for years, but this type of walking is a whole new ball game! Much better for a cardio and total body muscle toning workout! I'm hooked! Thanks Leslie & crew!!
Yes, have been paying for monthly gym membership for a year now, afraid to go in, due to Covid. So, "gym" is my living room with Leslie, "thank goodness"!!
Thank you for making this available online. I use the 3 mile when the weather is bad and the 15 minutes behind the desk on breaks and lunch. My balance, hip strength and stomach are much better. Honestly, I this workout is harder than walking outside and sometimes, I pray for good weather. Love you.

I have lost about 15 lbs since May 19th of 2024 just doing the walk at home program and burning more calories that I eat this is how I lose my weight. Still have more to lose as of day of this post.

Am loving these walking exercises which I comfortably do in my living room, or even bedroom. I can see a lovely mom at the back in a WALK WALK WALK t-shirt. She reminds me of when I started with AEROBICS, and used to feel frustrated,but I kept going. A year later I had regained my size and well-toned. Don't give up girl, have self-confidence and keep at it. YOU ARE VERY BEAUTIFULUUUUU!

Absolutely doing these practices! Last month I had my two cataract surgeries and couldn't be doing the practices I'm so, so very happy to be back with Leslie and ALL of the walkers.

It’s obvious this is one of Leslie’s less professional workout model videos and I love it. She is so accepting. Everyone’s off beat but enjoying themselves. Wish I was there.
I forgot about Leslie. I first did her videos about nine years ago and tonight I needed a low impact workout. so glad I found her again. My goal is to do a 5k this year so this is great endurance practice.

A great alternative to those days that I can't make it to the gym or outside to walk. Thanks for posting these as it can make all the difference. I tried a few other walking videos and the vast majority were poorly produced (in someone's living room) or were actually just low impact aerobics. Their is a fine line between low impact and walking and Leslie Sansone knows just how to provide a great walking workout with variety. Great job!
Hello, I’ve been walking with “walk at home” for some time now. it has been fun even if I haven lost any pounds yet. I really like it and I will continue walking, first because now that I do it I feel better and I have more more energy, and second because I know that I’ll get where I want to be if I keep it up. Thank you for sharing these videos!
i find that if you change your scales from lbs to kilos you will notice that it drops and it makes you feel amazing inside. the lbs never showed for me so i always gave up but since changing my scales from lbs to kilos ive ended uo losing 4 lbs in a week by doing leslie's Walking :) hope this helps x

You might not see changes in your scale, but observe how you fit into your clothes. Weight is not the only criteria to determine success. When you're able to fit into clothes you haven't worn for a while, it feels very exciting. You might have not lost any pound, but you might have gained muscle because of the strength training incorporated. Muscle and fat might weigh the same, but muscle is compact, takes less space in your body, and burns more fat. Congrats to you!

LOVE this workout! I used 3 pound weights cause I don't have a band yet. I did 2 miles and was very proud of myself. I don't do any cardio (just toning) so this was a nice change. I'm 58 and refuse to look like a pregnant grandma! lol

I love this video when I'm on travel. A stretchy band is such a small, lightweight item to pack and that plus this video contribute to a great start to my morning! 40 minutes, 3 miles and a full body workout all in the space available in the average hotel room! Travel is hard but a workout doesn't have to be!

I can not believe that I can do your three miles at home every other day. So, 4 days of the week I do your 3 miles at home, and the other three I walk three miles in a park. Love it and feel great. Needless to say I am 70 years old.
