Picture shown for WCM3 is actually of WCM1 locomotive.
This was the special livery of iconic Deccan Queen and 2 units WCM1 locomotive was painted in same livery as coaches.
One of them was 20070 which regularly hauled the DC. And second one was 20068 painted in same livery.
Please note that only WCM1 Locomotive was having middle door on shell side.

Mumbai Section ke DC traction ko AC traction mein convert 3 saal pehle yani ki 2015 mein hi complete kr diya gya hai

Very good information but looks like you have overlooked DC run Krokodile type or similar looking loco made by sheffield of UK. These were used to push trains from Karjat to Lonavla on Bhor ghat and Kasara to Igatpiri on Thal ghat. I have also seen them pulling goods trains at Karjat.
WCAM-3 ab itarsi tak jaata hai coz usko ab pure AC me convert kiya gaya hai. Also, poora mumbai section, CR aur WR dono ab 25 kv AC traction pe chalte hai.

सर आप ने भारत में आज तक जितने Electric लोकोमोटिव इस्तमाल हुए इन कि जानकारी बहोत अच्छी तरीके से दी जान कर बहोत अच्छा लगा।लेकिन आप एक लोकोमोटिव के बारे में शायद बताना भुल गये।मुझे उस लोकोमोटिव का नं. तो याद नही है लेकिन उस लोकोमोटिव मैं बचपन में देखा है ।लगभग 1995 में हल्के आसमानी रंगे हुआ करते थे।

WCM series all locos are phased out even from Mumbai division sir bcoz Mumbai's Central Railway division is also switched to AC traction from 7th June 2K15

Sir mujhe ek doubt tha ki wcam ke locos mixed type train ke liye aur wcag ke locos only goods train ke banaya geya hai to dual tracktion wale electric loco only passenger train ke liye kiu nahi banaya geya hai
WCAM 2 & 3 these both power & These are our 90’s feelings especially engine noise .. speeds too good
WCAG1 original power you can see on kalyan railway mountain tracks specially (known as panvel ghat, Maharashtra state)
Still as my knowledge i am not believed in wag12 some articles shows (2-3 months ago) wag12 need extra Elecric locomotive need shunting @ chattisgadh moutain region ) becs. Engine is heavy is good , too powerful is good but issue about there torque & engine divided in 2 parts (shunting tech.) locomotive (wag.12)

TATA WAM 4 and WAP 5/7 are best electric locomotives for ICF mail/express trains and LHBfied SF trains respectively.
Followed by Rajdhani and Shatabdi liveried WAP 1 for Rajdhani and Shatabdi respectively and Maroon liveried WAM 4 as matching livery with mail/express trains having Maroon rakes in 90's.
Followed by Cream(top)-Blue(Bottom) liveried WCAM 3; in original livery during 90's and early 2000's and all WCAG2 of CR.
These are some of my favourite electric locos.
I just wish Wcam 1 had been in Maroon livery during 90's for hauling Mail/express trains in ADI-BCT route and some WCAM 2 had been in Shatabdi livery as well for Shatabdi and Karnavati in WR.

what the Railway authorities do once a particular Rail Engine model is decommissioned ? do they sell it out to other raiways abroad OR use its spare parts in designing a new version of it.?
Sir railways is not making WCAM and WAM series locomotives.Please make only dual voltage WCAM locomotives which can works from both DC and AC current and it can be used for both passangers trains and good trains.
