Hi Kaykay!! Thanks again! Today I'm don't feel 100% because of a bit of a cold, but I saw this new workout and I couldn't resist. As being low impact, I thought thst maybe would be less stress for my heart and body! And BOOM, hit it again!! This is a so complete workout: chest, core, back, arms, boot,legs... same intensity in terms of strength but less hard for the heart!! Now I feel much better, activated and happy, of course!!👍💪😊🙃
