3. Box Step-ups
4. Calf SL Raises
5. Renegade Rows + DB
6. Jumping Lunges
7. Plank spider-mans
8. SL Bridges
9. Side planks + hip abduction
10. Burpees
11. Wall sits
12. Sit-up toe touch
13. Lateral lunges
14. Romanian Deadlifts + DB
Can anyone do this 2 times in a row? Side note: make sure to SWITCH SIDES at 30 seconds during renegade rows & bridges!
