Home Workout for Runners | Follow Along - Beginners | Minimum Equipment

  • Hey there! Welcome to the channel if you are new! This workout is meant for runners (but really for anyone!) and at a beginner level. Total routine is 20 minutes with 16 exercises and 10 seconds rest in between each. It only requires a yoga mat/carpet, a weight, and a theraband. Hope you enjoy!

    Exercises in Order (20 Total Minutes with Rest):
    1. Squats + Weight x1 min
    2. Tipping Bird - Left/Right x1 min each
    3. Modified Push-ups x1 min
    4. Calf Rebounders 2x30 x1 min
    5. Bent over Row Right/Left x30 sec each
    6. Alternating Reverse Lunges x1min
    7. Figure 4 Bridges x30 sec each
    8. Russian Twists + Weight x1 min
    9. Wall Sits x1 min
    10. Lateral Steps + TheraBand x1 min
    11. Plank x1 min
    12. Supermans x1 min
    13. Side plank x1 min each
    14. Prone Press Ups x30 sec
    15. Lunge + Quad stretch R/L x30 sec
    16. Hamstring stretch R/L x30 sec

    I'm learning running and is just what i needed! I visit gym once a week, run 2 times a week (planning on making it 3 as soon as the heat will go down, my heart rate is above sky lol). And additionaly i do some 1-2 at home workouts during the week, so i'm defenetely picking this one up for my routine!
