    Thank you and God bless you for this video. I just have one question. When you soak for corn flour do you change the water every day just like with the corn kennel?

      Thanks Olawunmi for watching! Changing water daily is by choice. I have done it in both ways & I didn’t notice a significant difference in the smell & taste. But please do whatever method you prefer okay🙂? But after sieving it however and it is not preserved in the fridge, then try & change the water daily. I hope this helps?     I allow my corñ floor to after mixing it with water I suck it like two days like we normally suck seed corn for three days so after sooking the corn floor for days then shift it it looks more good than this ur own pap

      Thanks for watching🙂. I know the method you are describing. That is equally a good way to make fermented corn pap. But the method in this video comes handy when you don’t have access to plain corn kernel. Or you have corn kernels but don’t have a good blender to make a really smooth blend before shifting.❤️
