The process seems easy to follow and you explained it so well. The powder is going to be easy to preserve and I'll love to use it in making white agidi.
I don’t like the powdered ogi, it’s oily( corn has oil), and tastes awful after a while. I guess when you don’t have electricity most of the time, this is your alternative to freezing the wet one.
