Fiscal need ko po ang payo nyo..ang pinsan ko po ay hinuli at planted din ang ginawa nilaban po nya ang kaso tapos nung ng ng hearing po puro sablay ang statement ng mga arresting nya una po ay pinapaturo ng fiscal ang witness nya kung saan jan ang nabilhan nya ng drugs di nya na identify ang pinsan ko tapos sa cross examination inamin nya na late dumating ang mga witnesses mga 45min po bago dumating ang media at brgy captain..tapos sobrang na dissapoint po kami kasi na denied ang petition for bail ng pinsan ko kahit sablay sablay ang mga statement ng mga pulis fiscal ano po kaya may laban pa rin po ba ang case ng pinsan ko?makakalaya pa po ba sya?

Pag yung gumamit ng shabu ay nakuhanan din ng pakete ng shabu (possession), hindi na sya kakasuhan under sec. 15. Kakasuhan sya under sec. 11.

Ano po ba ang nangyari sa kaso? Convicted po ba sya? Kung na-convict na po sya, mahihirapan na po syang makakuha ng NBI clearance. Kasi lahat ng may kaso nirereport po sa NBI.
