    1.How about the rally of the pinklawans at the INC's during their religious ceremony?
    2. How about if there's a wedding ceremony being conducted, then someone barges in and announces that the wedding should not push through because one of the parties is married? Will that be in violation of Art 131 or 132?

      1. Nagrally sa loob ng INC church mismo o nasa labas lang?
      2. Wala pong violation dahil the purpose of the offender in your example was not to interrupt a religious worship or to offend the feelings of the faithful.

    Good eve! Will religious debates fall under this provision since most of religious debates somehow offend other people's religious doctrines and feelings?

    • @FiscalEJ
      @FiscalEJ  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not necessarily po. In a religious "debate" kasi, you allow yourself to be "offended" in the sense that there is a tit-for-tat between opposing views. Magkakaroom lang ng crime of "offending the religious feelings" if the offender performs acts notoriously offensive to the feelings of the faithful IN A PLACE DEVOTED TO RELIGIOUS WORSHIP or DURING THE CELEBRATION OF ANY RELIGIOUS CEREMONY.
