I am Fiscal Erwin James Badayos Fabriga, a Lawyer by profession and a Prosecutor by occupation.
On the side, I also teach in the College of Law.
In line with my work as Prosecutor, the videos that will be uploaded here will mainly deal with Criminal Law and Special Penal Laws.
From time to time, I will also discuss some aspects of Criminal Procedure.
If the need arises, I might give my unsolicited opinion on common legal problems that may be of help to the ordinary layman.
I have decided to venture into this medium to help my students have easy access to my lectures.
Criminology students who are interested to know about the basics of Criminal Law are welcome to visit as well.
This is not an attempt to present myself as an expert in the field but merely to share my knowledge of Criminal Law, drawing upon my experience as a Prosecutor for the last 12 years.
