Crispy Shake 'N Bake Chicken with Mayonnaise

The recipe on the back of the box.
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N' BAKE coating mix
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast (1 1/2 lb)
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
I used 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs.
I brushed on a light coating of mayonnaise.
1/4 tsp of salt to coat both sides of the chicken thighs.
Added parsley and the Shake n Bake coating mix.
400 degrees 20 minutes, flipping 1/2 way. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

@@RosieCooks Hi again 🥀-Z, Lately I've been making my own breadcrumbs from Bread I make. I add some extra butter and oil to the dough so when I make the crumbs the bread 🍞 already has the oil and butter in there to "baste" whatever I'm coating with the crumbs. Gets a nice crispy crust. Got some nice San Marzano tomatoes and some ground beef so I'm making sauce and meatballs today. No worries, no pics 🤪
