My Mom would make this for us 4 boys, my Dad, and herself. We would get one piece of chicken each... it was our meal. The added potatoes and peas (corn) was our basic meal. We were happy and my parents could afford it...

Facts
Whenever I ate at my white friends' houses the food was barely seasoned and the portions were so small lmao. Of course I didn't complain, they were feeding me for free. But when I ate at my Indian or black friends' houses, I had enough to eat and take home.
My experience was they just picked at the meat, ate all their veggies and dessert. 😂
We never ever had dessert unless it was a special occasion.

Quang! I love Shake n Bake! Pork flavor is the best, I use it for any meat lol. The key is, pat chicken dry (after washing), lightly toss in avocado oil, season with your normal spices, THEN add the Shake n Bake crumbs.... Bruh... Super seasoned! I also bake at 410 Fahrenheit to get a lil extra crispness

@@parlayin whichever ones you prefer minus the salt because the shake and bake is already salty. For me, I add smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and some Frank's red hot dry seasoning
