I am 59 yrs old female who was pretty active, walking n doing pilates. On July 2023 I fell n broke my distal radius pretty bad requiring surgery, 9 screws n plate. On October I got 2nd surgery and all hardware were removed. From the broken wrist I developed a frozen shoulder n also stopped working out (big mistake); therefore, I lost some flexibility. I am so glad I came across your video which I am looking forward to doing again tmrw because it felt so good being active. I also believe that I will get some relief on my frozen shoulder n getting blood flow throw my arm to help heal my wrist n hand (that is in addition to my therapy). This is a beginner class for me until I hit pilates again n loose all that wrist trauma. Again, thank you!
Through a combination of unfortunate family genetics and also at age 21 going partway through a windshield in a blizzard before the dead tree our car hit split in half and pinned me under it I have stage 4 OA, bulging discs, no discs, scoliosis, spinal stenosis and spondylolesthesis. Finding an appropriate core workout that doesn’t exacerbate the various issues is difficult to find. This gives me a very thorough workout that I can definitely feel, but I’m not in pain afterwards. Thank you so much.

I have anterolisthesis. The exercises feel good and don’t hurt while I’m doing them notice a little pain after. Is this a normal occurrence until you get stronger?
