  • This is a gorgeous practice that will lengthen out your quadriceps, hamstrings & hips - helping you develop long lean leg muscles. It is a fantastic sequence for those of you who are athletes, runners and cyclists through targeting those bigger leg muscles that tend to get super tight - perfect for a post workout stretch.     I'm practicing regurarly with you and did many of your practices, but I am always amazed how many of them I haven't found and are just here, like hidden grems in a magical forest. You really are one of best yoga teachers around! You bring so much relief and joy and you bear the light when it's too dark to see. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, now off to my mat! :)

    ❤️i’m really loving this sequence. I find it such a relief to stretch from these positions, where the leg is pointed up in the air and stretched back whilst the body weight is forward and down. ahhh! thank-you☺️

    I really love this session and I’m coming back to this from time to time. I just can feel, how energie is moving through my body. I can’t do everything exactly, but the most important is to feel the different sensation after practice.

    Thanks for this video ! Perfect timing and perfect to build strength and length in your legs. Some poses were a bit difficult for me since I just started practicing 1 month ago, but I look forward to trying this again !!

    I loved this flow... exactly what I need personally first thing in the morning.. I have rheumatoid arthritis so my entire body is particularly more tight in the morning than most people's, especially my legs. thanks!

    Hi, I'm really pleased with your tutorial on yoga flow for long legs, I've tried it, and can't wait to practise more with you. Everything was clear and understandable. I like your voice which seems to "heal" the whole-day-anxiety ;) I also wanted to say that I've attended yoga classes (for 2 years now) which are (I must admit) easier than yours, but every begginer should move forward with the complexity ;) I believe. That's why I was looking for some new inspiration :)And here you are!!!! ;) However, I've got some question, do you think I should practise with runny nose, or even with a little cold, it isn't comfortable, but I also don't like skipping yooga.

      Hi there, thanks so much for watching and your feedback. This is a challenging practice that does get easier over time, I promise! As for practicing with a runny nose, totally fine to continue practicing just as long as you aren't feeling too run down (sometimes you just need to rest!). Otherwise, yoga generally helps the immune system, so go for it! :)

    Thanks for your videos Paula, they're very helpful and I'm using them heaps. I'm just wondering if there are any simple movements that can loosen these muscle groups...my legs and lower back are super tight and many of the standing holds were almost impossible. Even if you can describe an alternative movement to some of these it'd be a great help! Thanks again.

      Thanks for your lovely feedback. i've been thinking of doing a video that is especially for very tight hamstrings so keep your lookout. In the meantime, you can keep a small bend in your front leg or alternatively you could use a chair or some blocks as a prop to give you a bit more height. I really hope this makes sense and is helpful! Thanks for watching :)

      Thanks for watching! Yes I think this sequence will be fine, especially in the 1st & 2nd trimester. If anything else doesn't feel right, listen to your body, otherwise enjoy and hope it's all going well. :) x
