    I have been following your yoga practice for a couple of years now. I've had a major relief of muscle tension throughout my body that is much appreciated. Even my headache is gone today!

    My hips and thighs were super sore so opted for this, it was exactly what I needed! Also i would highly recommend doing this at 0.75 speed. Gave a longer stretch and some time to go between moves !

    I've been doing yoga for 20 years and this just might be the best neck/shoulder stretch I've ever done. Took my pain level down immensely. thank you!

      I second her comment! Been doing yoga for 10 years and this neck shoulder stretch is AMAZING! I was having some major TMJ with stiff neck and tight shoulders I felt release immediately. I always turn to this on it's own and as a supplement to my practice. Thank you Paula!

    Thankyou, I liked how this though short and focusing on neck and shoulders engaged the lower body a bit too, makes me feel more balanced afterwards. I found though that after the first few minutes the speed of the session became very quick and was hard to keep up with especially when things were becoming more complicated at the same time and in contrast to the first few minutes...

    Thank you so much for this. As a pianist with a back injury I suffer greatly with pain in my back that slowly starts coming down to me forearms. I have physio I tried acupuncture. But this really left me feeling better and ill slowly explore your other videos. Thank you again for making this available for everyone. I really can’t do group practices they make me feel to anxious and stressed.. yes even if it’s yoga . But this I can do next to my piano in my own space . Thank you 🙏

    Thank you so much for this practice this morning Paula :) It followed so nicely for me this morning after the finding your center practice where I managed to accumulate some tension in my upper back, neck and shoulders. I loved the neck release in lunge pose. The side body release in warrior two is one of my favourites as is the front lying twist on the floor. I love floor practices! I appreciate the time you give in a directed savasana to dissolve tension. Your guided savasanas are beautiful. With gratitude, Melissa

    The sequence was great for releasing neck/shoulder tension. i did find the verbal instructions a bit confusing! I like to remove my eyeglasses during home practice, so I really rely on clear descriptions of which arm or leg is going where! other than that, thank you for posting, very useful!

    • @yoginimelbourne
      @yoginimelbourne  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry to hear that it is a bit confusing for you! If you like the practice and continue to do it, I'm sure it will become familiar enough to you that my instructions might not matter as much. Either way, thanks for watching. x

    My shoulders were so tight today. I did this twice in a row. Feeling much better afterwards. Thank you! Would be great if you could do one for legs too. I know you have one to loosen legs already, but if legs are really tight, the exercises in it are a bit hard!

      Thanks for the feedback. Most of the videos on the channel would be suitable as there aren't any strong inversions. If you feel tired go for the practices that are a bit shorter and gentler. xox
