- Shanna Gardner and her husband Mario Fernandez Saldana appeared in court on Friday together for the first time since being charged with arranging the murder of Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan.
Bridegan was shot and killed after dropping the children off at his ex-wife’s home, just moments after speaking with his current wife on the phone. Henry Tenon pleaded guilty to pulling the trigger that night and has agreed to testify against Saldana. Gardner appeared alongside her attorney, Jose Baez who defended Casey Anthony.

Right because people forget that it’s a jury that decides or not and a lawyer. But I still can’t believe to this day that Casey Anthony got out of killing her three year old daughter when the world knows that she did it. I don’t know what those jurors were thinking

She fled from Florida to Washington State, leaving her 2nd husband to take the fall for the murder. I will check back when the trigger puller is on the stand. He is a witness for the prosecution, and state.

You do know he has been practicing law and winning cases since Casey Anthony? He got Casey Anthony off because they overcharged her and couldn’t prove she did it. The whole world knows she did it but as a juror you need solid proof and they had no lesser charge to hit her with.
Lets not hope anybody convicts someone out of "spite." That would be totally wrong. With that said, she is so guilty and so is her husband. The hitman wouldn't have any reason to murder Jared. Without the ex-wife, neither one of these men would have even known who Jared Bridegan was. If found guilty I hope she gets the severest penalty of all 3. Too many exes thinking they’ll walk if they aren’t who pulled the trigger. Now 4 kids are fatherless and her two are also living without a mother.
This is a very interesting yet sad case. I’m looking forward to watching the trial. I won’t throw stones or cast judgement here, that’s not my job. So it’s my understanding they caught the killer. If and how these two are involved, should be interesting. Condolences for the victim’s family. Jared
Sterling & Shellie Gardner (Shanna’s parents) are the ones funding Baez! They saw what a remarkable job he did on the Casey Anthony case & the Dr. Husel case & believe that Shanna will walk free too. Maybe they should have paid Henry Tennon to keep quiet because he’s the bird that’s going to be singing on Shanna & Baez will try & try to make Tennon look bad but I don’t think it’s going to work! Tennon was the trigger man & he knows everything!

I like to know what Mario is thinking now, being used for hiring a hitmen and being rejected shortly after that and no longer being looked at while they are still married! And I think he realizes that he will be thrown under the bus by Shanna's famous lawyer. It's in his own favor that he takes a plea deal now!
I hope José Baez doesn't consciously keep him and his defenders from that option..by pretending that the two of them will make it through this trial. I hope he is just as wise as Luis Rivera ( working for the state only got 7 years for being a hitman for The Adelson Family)
Mario was not the hitman. The hitman is a black man who was a tenant of Mario's in his property. He is turning on the two husband and wife evil doers who planned and paid him to do the hit.
Henry Tennon was the hit man…not Fernandez-Saldana. Or whatever his name is…they hired Henry Tennon to take Jared’s life. He was the shooter & will be testifying against Shanna & Mario! Thank goodness! I PRAY his testimony takes both these monsters down!

One time just ONE TIME my husband said “I wish she won’t here and you could be his mom”. He said that One time after very very trying circumstances referring to his ex wife and I his new wife of 15 years said “I know how you feel but honestly I couldn’t bare to put our son through the pain of losing a mother”. My hubby agreed and we moved on. Even tho he is the best lost loving trusting father and husband ever and I know he didn’t mean it. I still was able to see the side of how it’s effect our child and the rest of our children and family and that it would be so much worse if she got into a car wreck and died of something
I know going thru divorce and custody is hard af bc we did it and went thru it all and went to court 12xs in 10 years and plenty of times felt like our hearts were being ripped out of our chests but could NEVER even consider HURTING our child’s mother. He loves her too much. 😢

Shanna used Mario Fernandez Saldana. Being a fool carries a heavy load. She obviously has been scheming to do something all along....her excessive court visits re: her ex simply escalated to his murder. Mario was a perfect patsy. I REALLY hope he flips. She deserves the most severe punishment of them all. Geez! It is so gross how adults refuse to accept a responsible relationship breakup. From what I've experienced through relatives, friends, coworkers the people that act horribly after a break up are some of the most dull boring people. I guess that makes sense b/c they have no depth to them they have nothing going on but to obsess and wreak havoc. And this woman, she is dull with buckets of money so yeah her hobby was taking her ex to court. She realized she couldn't break him so...very tragic for all the children.
