I think the biggest challenge for the average working class person is not money. Its time. We work long hours, look after our kids, housework, cooking cleaning etc. We are already exhausted and finding one hour to rest is hard enough, let alone excercise. I find TH-cam useful. I found gym just didn't fit inwith my work shifts and childcare. But i do worry about whether I amdoing moves right or wrong, and terrified of weights asnot a clue. But just can't fit in a regular slot to go to a gym as i work different shifts each day.. Somtimes dsy, somtimes nights etc. There is no routine after 12.5 hour shifts plus housekeeping after that.
"Is your body ready for this?" is a good question to ask yourself. I followed Chole Ting's abs workout and got myself injured, my discs bulged and muscles got strained and it put me in so much pain and the recovery took so much time. Please be mindful and listen to your body. ❤
Yes, it can be very tiring and demotivating at times. Because while balancing work life and home you can’t do that much on your own. You really need to find something that’s on your pace and Pilates simply does that for you.
True .. I also did that and injured both my knees and lower spine. Now I can't even jog and do a brisk walk. I have to do slow motion walking. Swimming is possible only in summer.
@@aswathip833 After sometime if you are young the bulged discs automatically partially even sometimes fully restores to the original position. You have to give it time and take care of your body and do exercises which the doctor would suggest you.
Love how she explains balancing motherhood and her passion. Flexibility is important to to ace the art of balancing. You can't have it all, and you don't need to have it all. It's important to set our priorities right.
Reformers and Pilates are expensive. I love it, but personally I wouldn’t want to spend so much per session. On an average any Pilates instructor (offering reformers and other options) would charge between 1000-1500 per session. I started lifting weights and combining it with floor Pilates (since I knew them and have been doing it for years now) I see a ton of improvement. Being a woman, I think every single woman should weight train. My health goal is very simple: I should be able to lift me 32kg travel bag comfortably and that is why I decided to weight train
What really click me in this podcast is how Yasmin Mam believe in herself set up goals and achieve them with her positive mindset. She overcomes challenges and transform the difficulty into possibility. The word never stop learning is the key success for yasmin Mam today🙏 Respect!!
Thanks a ton guys!🎉 U both have been brilliant!❤ I m glad I stumbled upon this podcast, as I resumed my aerobics 3 days back after a gap of almost 4 yrs due to my long (cancer) treatment. I started off with a one hour workout suddenly n my whole body is creaking n croaking now.😮 This episode was super helpful. God bless u both abundantly!😊
Last 10 minutes of this video are golden. Loved Yasmine’s calm energy while she spoke. Watched the whole interview. No frills, pure exchange of views ❤️
Have any of the celebrities been on fat burners or ozempic like medication, before it was made available to the public, I’d have wanted to ask that. The guest’s discipline and foresight is admirable. The host gave himself away with the answer to the supplementation question. In a good way. It shows integrity. Most people flogging supplements wouldn’t have a clue about the effects they have, good or bad.
@@HabibaJibril-sj5wx You should be ok to fast. And if anything you drink/eat is under 50 calories and contains no sugar, you are considered to be in a fasted state. But talk to your doctor first to make sure and listen to your body. It takes a good one month to get used to, so start slow and gradually build up to longer fasting time.
Sostupid!!!😅 which karate instructor said this? Katas are the basic building blocks to develop your movements. I'm a black belt in Shotokan and been instructor for 30yrs.

SOME ACTRESSES LIKE MANDIRA BEDI HAVE TAKEN BODY BUILDING AND EXERCISING TO ANOTHER LEVEL SO MUCH SO THAT SHE NOW LOOKS.... DIFFERENT. APING HOLLYWOOD IS GOOD BUT MAY YIELD UNWANTED RESULTS. So true
Very true😢 that’s the fact for 90%of us

She is lovely lovely human, she is soooo humble and respectful. Inspite of all the rejections she faced , she just maintains the grace... respect 🙌🙌
The way she spoke omg very patient and very soft .

So accurate
I found them both are sorted and articulated! I loved both of their wise words!
there's a reason both of these gems are celeb certified, their expertise is very evident in this podcast!

Is it necessary to start weigh trading under an instructor or any novice woman like me can do it ?
Not allowed to go to gym. Can I do body weight exercise at home? Is it also strength?
Wow... incredible.
She looks amazing at the age of 54! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Such a great podcast. Thank you for this Ryan.
Thanks for listening
Thankyou for the wonderful conversation. It is both informative and so easy to understand from a simple lay man’s world.
Hey Ryan I have a question about fasting. When fasting from breakfast at 12pm and dinner at 6pm can I drink water in-between or snack on nuts
ofc you can drink water but you cannot snack on anything! Drink tea/coffee to suppress the hunger
Only plain green/ black tea or black coffee, dont make it very strong. Strictly no milk or sugar or anything else in it and no snacks
@@jda7499 thanks
But is it ok for me to practice the fast while still nursing and breastfeeding my 4 month old baby exclusive breast milk

Why are the questions bigger than the answers?
Why such a long introduction. Got me so confused and got a headaches
Can anyone answer my question, what body is monitoring saftey and purity of supplements in india?
They are endorsing each other.
What is the name of the karate instructor who said kata is only for black belt.
I would like to really get in touch with real master like him.
Sostupid!!!😅 which karate instructor said this? Katas are the basic building blocks to develop your movements. I'm a black belt in Shotokan and been instructor for 30yrs.
Perhaps you need toget a black belt to reach pinnacle but you need katas in order to get there!!😊😂
What he must have meant was that particular kata was to be practiced after nearing the level of "black belt" and Ryan had to Train other katas!!
Superb....👌👌👌👌
Thanks 🤗
