Marrying anybody is dangerous these day in India. We don't have pre-nup or any safeguard for men. Everyone thinks their partner is right, men often indulge in work and his wife indulges in extramarital. Law is totally unfair in India.
Indulge in work sounds like a wrong connotations...he slogs to give "the family" a good future while if wife indulge in extramarital yes it is indeed indulgence n she is doing it knowingly the mental stuff or trauma that can cause to the husband...I will never say the person who made them cheat let it be husband not giving attention or a dhoodh vala ja Ghar pe jadha aa Raha tha...she could end it n then indulge her fancies but she wants the financial security which the husband provides but wanna live her dark fantasy too....
No marriage is not a solution Even if you are single any women can file complaint against you and you going to jail. Complaint like fake rape, harassment, abusive language etc

perks of supporting biased laws thinking they will never effect you. Also...indian men feel shy to tell about biased laws even between relatives and friends or even to political parties on social media.
Please lets create an organisation for men’s right and help to raise our voices to the society and government to make equal laws… we all need to invest/donate to such organisations

Well judges understand that laws are misused mostly by city-dwellers, and the majority of the real crimes against women are happening in villages. But there is no real way of classifying it, and in the end, everyone gets measured with the same stick.
There is much needed awareness campaign regarding this, like myself many youth are realising now how the system is pressured by one set of group. Please no🙏 Please root for gender neutral laws, and equal representation for all groups of people in the law enforcement. That should solve the problems we are all facing. If again men start demanding men's rights, we will again take a full circle and come back to square one of demanding women's rights, and the cycle continues.
@sarvaniarepally8459 males have right to demand rights and they should be given rights.why women want freebies? Women do not want want to obey husbands but want free salary that is it .Husbands have to obey boss to get salary .He is in do or die position. Private job termination and even IAS will be suspended immediately if he disobey.Maintenance can not be lifelong free salary Rights given to women are one sided and wrongs.our ancestors were rights. Second rape and sexual harassment law should be gender nuetral and false accuser should be punished equally.
@@truth640 That's what I also said, all the laws should be gender neutral, neither men nor women should have special laws for them. Ofcourse men have right to demand, but I'm just suggesting the possible consequences of proposing men specific or women specific laws.
@sarvaniarepally8459 but law should be such in case of maintenance that the spouse who demands maintenance and given maintenance should obey other spouse .Second maintenance can not be given lifelong as free salary .Even if one spouse is illetrate he she must know cooking cleaning Wasing clothes taking care of children and he she it do ownself after a certain period say 6 months 1 year etc.
If an innocent husband is wrongfully targeted by his wife in a false dowry case, it not only affects him but also humiliates and impacts his mother and sister. Anyway, his mother and sister are suffering. So how does this situation demonstrate that the law is effectively safeguarding women?
@@partybuzz8 Exactly, how shameless are those women who misuse these laws, which also impact other woman. It's high time there is strict punishment introduced for misuse. 1 year of imprisonment should be the bare minimum as a punishment for misuse, tab jaake ye misuse thoda kam ho sakta hai.
@@bharatmatakijay3449Laws are already in place for false cases. So I feel what we really need right now is, proper and unbiased investigation from police, enough preparation from the lawyers dealing the case to identify the real culprits, and get them punished.

Modern Indian Independent Women. My foot. Marriage is nothing but legal extortion in India. In 1790, Wollstonecraft argued that women who "marry for a support" are engaged in "legal prostitution".
"A husband is someome who pays for everything, but is still a liability" ~ Peter Griffin (Family Guy) who knew a cartoon character could speak such truth..
As a single woman, I feel sad for men today. I think men do more work and contribute to society in many ways. Its time women understood this and helped her man by being there for him. The law should also become gender neutral and punish the partner who cheats.

Simple solution for men after watching this: don't enter in relationship because if by any chance you end up in wrong relationship your life is finished
Today, I subscribed because this podcast really opened my eyes to the importance of understanding our country’s legal system. It’s shocking and disheartening to see how some laws might favor one side unfairly, often impacting men negatively. This podcast has raised critical questions for me about protecting myself and others in the future and making more informed decisions. Thank you for shedding light on this issue.
Its been around an hour since this video has released. Waiting to see that in the next 24 hours or so, how many women comment positively and genuinely in support of men and raise their voices against thid legal terrorism. I remember during Nirbhaya case, over 10 million MEN flooded the streets of India to protest. Similar happened in response to the Kolkata incident this year. I've always been taught ti respect women and empathize with whatem they go through in life, but how many women are ready to voice out against these attrocities commited by women over men, let's see that. Bcoz if no woman cares about our issues, I wonder whether we should any more care any more about voicing out regarding their safety and other issues...
They won't brother!! Modern women are the biggest hippocrites!! Bitches !!! Thats the reason i don't stand or protest for women! Let them deal on their own
Because both cases are famous and media ne focus kiya tha unke uper... Baki jab girls ke bare me gande videos ate h aur agar harass krna ho agar feminism ka topic aye to sabhi ladke hi age hote h harassing comments me vo hi dikhte usper kya vichaar h apke...aur law womens ke side me itna hi h to rape cases me victim blaming hi kyu hoti h jaldi results kyu nhi dikhte..case kyu lamba khinchte h...mere relatives me dowry ke liye ek ladki ko mar diya gya to usko bhi law protect nhi kiya. n apko defend krna h ya nhi krna women's safety ke uper ye competition nhi chal rha h... Jyadatr band ghar me abuse ladkiyo ka hua jyada mar humne khayi h rape humara hua h..
Agar men ke side se video ho to sabhi aa jate h comment me women's ko abuse krne pr agr women ke side se ho to victim blaming ya fir not all men krke defend krte ho
Its necessary to make compulsory for female stand on their own feet and to make them to take their own responsibility. This will also help to reduce burden on men in most ways.
I appreciate the eye opening discussion on how certain laws seem to be skewed in favor of women, and the lack of legal consequences for wrongful actions in some cases. It's important to understand that while these laws aim to protect, they should not be misused, as it can lead to unfair treatment of men as well.MARRIGE is such a deeply personal and sensitive institution, and it's painful to see how legal loopholes and societal pressure sometimes turn it into a battleground. Listening to this podcast made me reflect on how crucial it is to have fair and balanced laws that protect both men and women equally. I agree that awareness and conversations like these are necessary, but they also left me questioning whether the institution of marriage, as it stands, is still the right choice for people.

As a lawyer myself, I believe that while the laws may appear biased on the surface, the reality tells a different story. More often than not, these laws are misused rather than applied for their rightful purpose. I fully agree with the learned counsel's observation-when someone chooses to exploit legal provisions, the opposing party is often left defenseless. Tragically, the very individuals these laws are designed to protect continue to face significant struggles in accessing justice.
Dude only a retard could draft such laws without providing any barrier to protect the actual victim, in most developed countries false accusers are penalized , at least that they could have been implemented here!
Guys, with this conversation, there are few things to learn for all of us ( Men) 1. Always try to marry a girl, who has a brother. This will help you to cross case his brother. ( we all know how we can do) 2. Leave separate to your parents post marriage. 3. Transfer your property assets to your parents name or to trust. 4. Dont share you secrets to atleast first five years of marriage 5. Marry some one who is not as rich as you. She should be from a poor family also

Marrying anybody is dangerous these day in India. We don't have pre-nup or any safeguard for men. Everyone thinks their partner is right, men often indulge in work and his wife indulges in extramarital. Law is totally unfair in India.
Indulge in work sounds like a wrong connotations...he slogs to give "the family" a good future while if wife indulge in extramarital yes it is indeed indulgence n she is doing it knowingly the mental stuff or trauma that can cause to the husband...I will never say the person who made them cheat let it be husband not giving attention or a dhoodh vala ja Ghar pe jadha aa Raha tha...she could end it n then indulge her fancies but she wants the financial security which the husband provides but wanna live her dark fantasy too....

we really need laws to protect men
but saddest part is me belonging to a small village in india who have seen ground reality have witnesses dowry violence murder child marriage and r@pe cases of women which are not reported
society fear what others will say is such a big fear that women would tolerate abuse even if she is aware of her legal rights but will not go to court never
someone is misusing the laws while who need them are still unprotected
my respect for u increase raj when u said women sa rights na shene jaye instead men ko bhi mil jayein great man!
Well judges understand that laws are misused mostly by city-dwellers, and the majority of the real crimes against women are happening in villages. But there is no real way of classifying it, and in the end, everyone gets measured with the same stick.
all crimes must be reported
There is much needed awareness campaign regarding this, like myself many youth are realising now how the system is pressured by one set of group. Males need to support and vote only vote leaders supporting males rights
Private job termination and even IAS will be suspended immediately if he disobey.Maintenance can not be lifelong free salary
Rights given to women are one sided and wrongs.our ancestors were rights.
@@sarvaniarepally8459 Nope. Women in this country have no accountability and on top of that most men r simps who favour women in these cases
It will create a situation in future that decent boys and girls will never opt for marriage!
If an innocent husband is wrongfully targeted by his wife in a false dowry case, it not only affects him but also humiliates and impacts his mother and sister.
Anyway, his mother and sister are suffering. So how does this situation demonstrate that the law is effectively safeguarding women?
@@partybuzz8 A very good point, thankyou for the observation. Misuse of laws, interpretation of laws is the problem here. Not the law itself.
So I feel what we really need right now is, proper and unbiased investigation from police, enough preparation from the lawyers dealing the case to identify the real culprits, and get them punished.

reason for marriage is bad luck
Let them deal on their own
Only a handful will come to support men ! The majority of them are selfish and simply don't care about our issues !
Your chances of seeing a wild tiger in a jungle safari is more than seeing a woman like what you're expecting
Because both cases are famous and media ne focus kiya tha unke uper... Baki jab girls ke bare me gande videos ate h aur agar harass krna ho agar feminism ka topic aye to sabhi ladke hi age hote h harassing comments me vo hi dikhte usper kya vichaar h apke...aur law womens ke side me itna hi h to rape cases me victim blaming hi kyu hoti h jaldi results kyu nhi dikhte..case kyu lamba khinchte h...mere relatives me dowry ke liye ek ladki ko mar diya gya to usko bhi law protect nhi kiya. n apko defend krna h ya nhi krna women's safety ke uper ye competition nhi chal rha h... Jyadatr band ghar me abuse ladkiyo ka hua jyada mar humne khayi h rape humara hua h..
Agar men ke side se video ho to sabhi aa jate h comment me women's ko abuse krne pr agr women ke side se ho to victim blaming ya fir not all men krke defend krte ho

Its necessary to make compulsory for female stand on their own feet and to make them to take their own responsibility. This will also help to reduce burden on men in most ways.
Hahahaha..in a world where women throughout the world think accountability does not even exist 😂😂😂😂
