      Holy buckets! Sweat everywhere. That deadlift was so challenging, I was not expecting that. That went so fast though because of the new moves 🤩

    I found NML towards the end of my pregnancy and I have continued to do these workouts 3-4 times a week and they have got me feeling confident again working out and have helped me achieve my PP goals. I used to be so intimidated by strength workouts not thinking I could do a 30 min workout with weights so I always just opted for bodyweight cardio workouts. Thank you so much for these challenging workouts that are strength workouts that have got me strong and back feeling like myself!!!! P.S. I loved the elevated back leg dead lift, got a lot more burn than just staggering.

    Sore every. Single. Time. My favorite NML workout. Amateur tip: The top bench of an aerobic step (no risers) also works great with the first circuit.

    I have to comment on this amazing workout!
    I did this the first time around 4 months PP and just this morning came back and did it again at 10 months PP using 15 lb weights instead of 8 lbs.
    It is probably my favorite leg workout I have done with you! I have been religiously doing your workouts for about 2 years now.
    My favorite parts are
    1. Using the yoga block it truly adds so much intensity
    2. The one-legged deadlift KILLER! I think it's my new favorite leg move!
    3. The last circuits mobility move 🔥🔥
    If I had a wish (that could be granted) 😅 it would be to see more of the above moves and the added yoga block prop to more workouts!

    This is the only work out I ever feel in my quads the next day. I come back to it periodically cuz I love it so much. I’d say it’s my favorite leg workout out there!

    My goodness. This was one of the hardest leg workouts ever. I love the format it goes so fast! You don't have time to say oh wow maybe i can't do this or something because by the time pain kicks in your done! So awesome! Can't wait to do this one again!

    Loved this!!! I have to let pain be my guide this week as I’m recovering from whip lash in my neck 😅 but I HAD to try it!     Very much enjoyed this workout, not gonna lie though the first 2 circuits I did left, right, left, right instead of 2 sets back to back on the same leg even then I felt the work for sure! Great job. Wishing you a speedy recovery after your surgery.

    I loved both the upper and lower body unilateral workouts. All the circuits flowed well and I was definitely tired by the end - especially after the leg workout!

    Wowza, I did this workout yesterday and my legs and glutes are super sore today! I love it because I only have 10lbs dumbbells (need to go up for sure) but this brought me up a couple of levels without heavier weights! Thank you!

    This is great. I especially liked Circuit 3. The staggered flute bridge was helpful to start building toward a single leg bridge! Also loved that adductor burnout!

    Second time doing this workout and my 20lb weight was my lighter weight! Everything else I did with 22.5 and I'm so stinkin proud of myself! Thank you for pushing me and all of your followers to reach for heavier and heavier weights! It is such a good feeling!! (Although I am super nervous I won't be able to walk later this evening while coaching my t-ball team...)

    the last couple of moves (lateral and leg out to the side) felt soooo good.... clearly certain muscles were needing to be worked. Adding the blocks were a great change too! Thanks for the sweatfest- this will be on repeat!

    Loved this. My other go to leg workout is the HIITStrong Day 9 Unilateral Leg day for knee health with no jumping. This new workout will have to be added to my favourites rotation AND I loved the use of the blocks. Thanks for keeping it spicy!

    Not sure I'm going to be able to walk today or tomorrow!! Thanks for a great workout as always. Thanks for being so real and dropping your weights when you need to. I'm in my first trimester with #3 and my energy is just not where it used to be, so I love seeing you keeping things honest!

    This is the best leg day workout! I do it almost every week and then switch up the other days with the new NML workouts. I only have 15lb dumbbells at home so I can really focus on one leg and double up my weights on this one. That rear foot elevated deadlift is fire😅.

    First workout I've done with weights in 2 months due to an arm injury and I survived. I love the unilateral format and great to see a new face, offering another modification option.       Hi NML team. I had a setback with my arm and the tendon is totally strained with tears in it. I have not been able to do any dumbell workouts. I have been concentrating on bodyweight workouts. Have redone the Zero30 plan and all the mini bands workouts. I was wondering if you could do some workouts to rebuild arm strength similar to the leg recovery workouts you are doing at moment. Would help so much as I am just not sure how to get back on dumbell track without injury again. Really appreciate your workouts - its what gets me up at 5.30am Monday to Friday! You guys are amazing!!🤩💐🎄👏
