Probably my favorite NML workout ever! I love deadlifts, and this format is so fun. I love the weekly schedule to take the thought out of what to do for my morning workout, but sometimes I just have to come back to my fave :)

Thankful for your encouragement during the workouts! My 9-month-old is in a phase where she wakes up every 30 minutes when put down for a nap. Of course, I never get to start my workout as soon as she is asleep, so I always have to pause the workout, put her back down, and start it up again, and some days that is just hard!
Lindsey- I always need and appreciate your reminders on form, stance, internal, external cues. In the moment I forget! I must have missed it the 1st time I did this workout but today during the warmup I caught 'flexing my foot to make it easier' in the warmup! Really helped me! Did your fave, leg day again, Rach!

since I began working out in 2019 I have been trying to improve my foot stability, and I have seen little to no improvement in the last 3 years, but this series have been a life saver for me, so challenging and I finally have a better awareness of the 4 extremities of my foot and I feel so much stronger and better at it. thanks rachel! these workouts are killing it
