One thing I notice, at least in my end..the sound of your voice /cues are slightly lower than the sound making it difficult. Is a technical thing? Is it just me? Thanks!
Curious if my calves will be as sore after this workout as they were after week 1. It's so crazy how sore my calves can get and when I am doing the exercises it doesn't feel all that hard. I have always been this way and I wouldn't say I neglect my calves so....
