    Cole, I watch your yoga videos every single day. I do probably 2-3 videos a day! I've only been doing yoga for a couple months but it has helped me so much! I'm eating vegan, I'm meditating a few times a day, and pursuing my souls purpose through artwork that I havent done in forever! You've given me the kick start I needed to make a positive difference and my life, and I really really hope you continue to make these wonderful videos. You're my absolute favorite yoga teacher and I thank you so much for this practice today. Namaste.

    I'm enjoying the theme of breaking oneself out of the calcified positions of modern life. At 48 and new to yoga after an office career, I am amazed to find all this space and range of motion opening up to me. Please keep up your good work in this regard... it's helping!

      interesting points ,if anyone else trying to find out aching hip flexorsbest workout for hips try Trefendous Pain Relief Tips (just google it ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my colleague got great success with it.

    One of my favorite stretches... the hamstrings are an area that I forget, really need attention a LOT more than is normally given.

    Cole, I've recently got involved with your hamstring and lower back yoga routines. I'm a field hockey, footballer and runner who has previously neglected stretching. Plus, i'm pretty tall, which doesn't help. To my surprise, I've really enjoyed giving yoga a good go. Thanks so much :)

    I think a "Long Drive Recovery" yoga practice would be neat. I drive a lot for work which tenses up my shoulders and my hamstrings. Especially on my dominant side of my body, I'm not sure if others notice the same thing but spending more time on stretching the dominant side might help to re-balance after a long day on the road. Thanks!

    Great! My legs feel stretched and i hope that helps my lower back pain. Only thing is on the right side you didn't do the pyramid - twisting to the side stretch. I added it in myself. Thank you!

    Your videos are amazing! They are inspiring me so much. I just recently got into meditation and balancing my chakras so these yoga/ chakra videos are amazing. The best I've seen! I do have a question. When folding forward I can't get as low as I would like to... My head doesn't touch my thighs. Does this mean I should be doing my stretching in my back? Thank you again so so much!

    if you could explain the moves while keeping the breath in mind, it would help even more. Having trouble keeping my breath while also following the lengthy instructions. but I learned a lot of new techniques. Thanks so much.

    Nice. Your videos have been helping me for awhile now. I found some of these poses really intense though. I guess I'm just crazy tight because I need a belt or a band to help me stay upright when I'm sitting with my legs straight out in front of me with my toes pointed at the sky. Bending my knees at all actually makes it really painful and worse.
