This was such a good yoga class it was difficult but i did what i could and after wards not only were my hips and legs loose but my bowels were as well. After the class i took the longest and most satisfying shit of my life thanks so much ive never felt so good in my life cant wait to see more of your vids

I know, but when they do that I just stay in the pose till I’m ready to release it & remember which ones to do after to catch up, or I’ll skip what they’ve done in between. Or slow the video playback speed down a smidge or two. It’s difficult to instruct a yoga class that fits everyone’s individual needs I’m sure. My friend likes fast vinyasa flows & I like to slow them down. Now that you’ve found your jam, it’ll be easier to pick channels & videos! ❤️ 🧘♀️
I feel you. It's difficult to relax and remember where to rewind it back to...or have to get up and find the remote then get back into the position after I paused it...lol. Ya, it's hard to satisfy us all. Thankfully, so many have recorded their gifts for the world to cherish from now on

After (or before) every workout, may it be cardio, yoga or strenght practice, I always finish with this one. It is simple yet long enough, it gives you enought time to really feel and do the stretch properly.

I have felt tightness in my calf and things years. I had no idea that they have to be stretched and released. One of my friends is a physiotherapist and she adviced me to do stretching exercises. I did a 10 mile hike, with lots of big elevation changes this past weekend, and this set and sequence allowed me to connect with the tightness, release and stretch of those muscles that did so much work. Thank you for the lovely feedback! Yes that's really natural for one side to be tighter than the other - if it is really significant I would recommend going back and repeating the hip openers on the tighter side to balance out :)
I've been doing yoga in addition to my workouts for 20 years. I have weak and tight hips, then tore my quad a year ago, so my hips have been a nightmare ever since. This was a phenomenal practice and really stretched everything I need to stretch and work on without causing me to gasp in pain. THANK YOU FOR THIS!
