4:55, i as a spy main view A LOT of my stabs as not a backstab, but a facestab. However, if pyro predicting when an enemy soldier fires a rocket and he deflects it w/o the rocket even beign on his vision is a skill, than predicting when a facestab will most likely occur should also be one. (aka if you randomly swing and get a facestab, that's just lucky, however, if you have the perception of when a facestab will or might occur, and you get it, that's skill.)
Now for those that cannot stand a spy mains opinion in full (TL;DR): Predicted Facestabs are a skill, random facestabs aren't.
also sometimes a stab looks fine from the spy pov and looks absolutely ridiculous from the victim's, tf2 has some jank ass netcode moments

If I could change the bison, here is what I would do: 1) make it a primary, 2) increase the damage to be on par with a rocket launcher, 3) return its ability to go through players, and make it able to shoot through buildings, 4) make it do a little less damage to buildings. The idea would be to make it the "rocket launcher" for fighting in long narrow corridors

The bell curve of TF2 gun balance is basically:
Low-skill Nodding Yesmen > Mid-Low-skill "I don't know enough about the game to comment about this" players > Average "I don't care as long as it's fun" players > Mid-High-skill coping players (Dunning Kruger effect peak) > High-skill players jaded with the game
No one wants to talk gun balance because the lowest skill players agree with common consensus, the average skill players don't care about balance, the Dunning Kruger effect peak is populated primarily by players who will never accept that they're not as good as they think they are, and the high-skill players have basically stopped caring about balance (usually because they have mods and banlists for that.)
the knockback on the loose cannon is the single most infuriating part of that gun to deal with.

Part of me honestly thinks that Loose Cannon should've been the default Demoman primary. Just like Dragon's Fury being Pyro's default primary.
Then the quickibomb should be the default sticky. Otherwise nobody would have played demonan since he has no close range options other than melee.

On your rebalancing server I saw something they caught my interest, your Natasha fix and it's "-75% healing" debuff. So I decided to do some math. On its own Nattie slows you're healing rate down to 6h/s. Pretty slow in its own right, is it not? But then I decided to factor in the fists of steel (assuming they're unchanged). Oh dear lord.
3.6 health per second. When pocketed that's amazing news for the medic because you can get TWO FULL UBERS and be well rip roaring just shy of your third (118.75 seconds until Uber rate halving) before you reach the 142.5% health bonus needed half the Uber building rate. BUT WAIT!!! You'll never reach that cap because your max overheal is 390 not 427.5!!
Oh but this is largely countered by (up to) +8hp on hit stat. So whilst pocketed with the FOS and Nat; you're a literally Uber farm, you don't even hit the Uber cap, you heal (at max) 36 health in one shot... All for a -85% healing debuff and -20% damage penalty. Thank God you removed the resistance.
I mean in terms of healing it does fuck-all; 3.6 -> 4.32 but you would have 360 effective breakthrough health with a 4.32 heal rate for 180 hit points before returning to you measly 3.6.
