    -Facial exercises are the most effective thing you can do to slim down your neck. They give the muscles in your face and neck a good workout, so you can finally kiss that double chin goodbye!

      eat a good selection of fruits, whole grains, and vegetables
      Do exercises instead of watching TV
      Make use of Sunscreen.
      Stop smoking

    Alright, it’s been a week and here are my results. Doing the exercises once a day does remove the double chin and reduce the size of your cheeks. However if you want even faster results then do it twice a day. If your double chin doesn’t go away on your first week that doesn’t mean it’s not working. You just gotta keep going. Remember to *Sit Up Straight* ☝️😄

      Just have proper tongue posture. It immediately fixes this problem. I have no idea why this video is so long. Keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth, especially the back of your tongue. Instant change

    Ima try this and keep y’all posted (Probably every Thursday ?)
    Thursday the 19th: Pretty ok so far. No big difference. (Doing this 2x a day)
    Thursday the 26th: Lowkey got neck cramp, but other than that I’ve noticed a small change of size.
    Thursday (October 4th): lost a bit. I notice a difference!
    Note: I’ve been going on a diet and doing different workouts too. Also this is the last I’ll record my results. I encourage y’all to try this twice a day!

    My double chin disappeared after 7 weeks on a strict keto diet. I remember watching a similar video and trying the exercises without luck so I wanted to come back and share with you what worked for me. Also, I lost 40 lbs in 9 weeks. Good luck to you

    Lie on your back on a hard surface, hold your chin somewhat high and lift your head off the floor. Hold, rest, repeat. If you lift your legs off the floor, about 10" high, keeping them straight out, and hold as long as you can, this is really effective, too, and firms your abdomen at the same time.

    I’ve been doing this for couple of weeks last year and can I tell you it drastically worked. Just try to do this everyday. Keep it persistent. You will see major results in a month

      Kis Gun trust me mate although I haven’t water fasted, I’ve been doing this for at least two weeks, some amazing results but suppose I’ve been eating better as well but I must add, I do it at least 5-6 times a day often all at once as I only did it twice for the first two days and didn’t see much result but after that, particularly the first week you do start to notice
      Doing pull-ups, planking and press-ups might have helped a bit but try doing it multiple times a day

      Kis Gun I also forgot to say that once you’ve done it a few times, you begin to know the routine so from this it’s a good idea to do the work out before she says it’s so basically less breaks in between each one

    If you guys want a really effective one just lay on the ground like you're doing crunches. Lift your head and shoulders but hold the position for 30 seconds+. It works really well and it works out your lower abs too😉

    Guys.. I did these exercises hardly 3-4 times and it's really working.. I have a very little bit loose skin under my chin and now it's disappearing.
    Go for it.. It hardly takes 10 mins to complete all these exercises.

    I’ve done this exercise for about a little over a month now my double chin is still there but my jawline is definitely more defined, instead of doing 10 reps of the chin-ups I did 20 and eventually moved up to 50 now. I did the chin-ups and the chin-ups only though. I did it twice a day, once before I slept and once during the day. I’m gonna continue doing the chin-ups and hopefully my double chin goes away😂.

    For anyone woundering
    1. Jaw in and out 10x
    2. Make an “O” with your mouth 5 seconds 10x
    3.Sit up straight and Push your hand and forehead towards each other 5 reps 10 seconds each
    4. Put your hands locked behind your head and push head and hands towards each other again 5 reps 10x
    5. Put your head up and try reaching your lower jaw to your upper lip for 10 seconds(make sure they don’t touch)

    These exercises freakin work!!!!!! Day 2 & I can see a difference on the sides of my neck 😁😁
    I do some when I’m walking & throughout the day. I will keep you fellow turkey-necker updated. I’m 62 & want that youthful look back!!
