The wooden Florentine box at 13:48 is made in Italy. I sell these in my Etsy store for around $28-$35. They're from the 60's & 70's. I wanted to reach right through my screen and grab it when you left it there!
Exactly what I thought !! I sold one on FB market place for over 20 bucks and knew exactly what that was! Not sure how much that one was selling for at the thrift store but I always look at boxes. old tin boxes will sell well too.
The Clothtique Santa brought back memories for me. My Dad's only hobby in his later years was being on the computer. My mother in law found a Clothtique Santa sitting at a computer, but it was a store display, so she couldn't buy it. She looked the following year, but no luck. She died in 2003. Last year I found the Santa at Goodwill and bought it for my Dad with a note telling him the story. He died this past May. So it was a nice reminder of them and not giving up on finding treasures.
The white vase is a French or Belgium tulip vase🥰 Tulips continue to grow after cutting the design of the vase allows for growth and support of the flower and to showcase each bloom. As a florist I would love to own this piece.
This is so interesting, thank you for sharing your info with us! I decided to start the video over & skipped ahead to the vase! It’s amazing when someone identifies something you would never even imagine & how suddenly you see all types of ways to use it, lol! That would create a very minimalistic look simply by choosing other delicate stems, however; you could put lush, thick lilac or hydrangea blooms to create a 360° circle of heaven! My mom was a florist when I was younger & still makes special arrangements for people who she knows & gets requests from. I may start trying to track one down for her, & I’ve talked myself into finding one for myself as well 😂! Have a fantastic week ahead, hopefully it’s a short one!! 🤗💜🙏🏻😷
Every time you wave your hand to show a vista of items or only one, I expect them to jump up and preen, thank you for being in my home and bringing good cheer, all year hugs and love
I love your shopping videos with the voice over. They're so calming and I really enjoy hearing your thoughts on the pieces. I also appreciate that you shop at a normal human pace and don't rush around like a maniac! LOL Some of those kinds of videos make me motion sick.
at 8:35 the wooded teardrop shaped split level box is a salt cellar and pepper container for the kitchen counter, I have a single marble one in my kitchen (salt )
Hahahahaha!!! When Dagney was holding up the "lady sign" the ad under your video was for a no wire bra...had to comment to give you and your followers a good laugh ❤💚💜💙💛
Wow, this thrift store is more like an antique mall/flea market and the prices are great. The Good wills near me price absolute junk at $9.99 all the time🙄 it is discouraging sometimes.
I liked the wooden eggs even with other people’s names on them. In my house so many things have interesting stories behind them. It would be fun to make up a story about Jennifer and William.
I love your Videos. I’ve been into vintage items lately becausei watch your videos. Everytime I go to the thrift store I go the glass section now and not the clothing section.
Oh I wish I could find that amber canister at the start of the video. I bought one in 1980 at my local Woolworth’s. It was my fancy cookie jar for my home made nut crescents. I was 25 years old. And I love that it seems every Goodwill has praying hands!
the wood duo container that slides over the base and has the lid all hinged together is a salt a pepper vault. Or some call it a salt and pepper pig. One section gets ground pepper and the other gets salt .
When you find paintings with the painting continued on the sides or bottom like that one was. It's because a huge roll of canvas is rolled out and they are painted over and over again then cut up and framed ready for the big frame.
Great thrift store. I really enjoy watching you because you explain why or why not you decide to buy something. I am learning a great deal from you. Thank you so much for sharing. Sincerely, Barb from Delaware.
That painted milkglass, you said it is for a vanity, it is actually a bottle with stopper for liquor. However, it doesn't matter how it is used! It is beautiful! And I have one but no stopper! 🥲
The 2 compartment wooden container with the swiffel lid is a salt and pepper keeper that is used when cooking for that pinch of or teaspoon of salt or pepper, as shakers make it hard to measure quantities.
At our goodwills, well the several near me that brass piece would have been like 5.00🤦♀️ Actually most of the pieces that you picked up at my goodwills they would have been way more.... they ebay price most things. I love your goodwills 🙂
I love following your videos. You have an eclectic way of choosing items that’s exactly how I find myself shopping. I don’t sell so have to control my tendency to buy item’s that wont fit my decor.
Depending on what the price was, you could make good money on the Florentine box. I think they are very desirable to some folks, like me. I lived in Europe and visited Italy and love those boxes. I agree that the lacquered box is gorgeous.
Great video. However, you should have gotten the vase with the multiple openings in it. I just bought one at a flea market only to find out they sell for between 35 and $50! I paid $9. Love watching you.
Such great finds. You find so many nice things at your Goodwill. I find 2-3 things when I go but never as much as you. I'm so jealous. PS Wanted to let you know, the last 2 things I bought from you were packed so well. Pretty sure a truck could've run over the box and the contents would still be unharmed! Yay Walter lol!!!
Oh wow I can’t believe you passed on the gorgeous red and gold box. It’s vintage Italian Florentine. I know several people that collect it. This was an incredible Goodwill. Every now and then I score some good items at our thrift stores - but nothing close to what y’all always find. You made a lot of great selections. 😀
Merry Christmas my daughter gave me as one of my presents one of your tee shirts luv it ...next I am going to get a very big size and wear as a dress Have a Wonderful Happy New Year 💕
my god, i really love that $55.99 drawer(?) 😳 it is so dreamy and i am happy that you actually bought it! maybe you can just keep it for yourself because that piece is so breathtaking for me. too bad we won't be able to see anything like that in our area but i am mesmerized with your finds in every video
😂 😂 I totally slowed down the speed to see what you missed and picked up in the next video 😂 😂 Merry Christmas sweet lady! Thank you for entertaining me!
Hiya Jocelyn, I think that odd looking white piece with the holes on the side is a European vase. Don’t recall, possibly French. Love that chest but whoa that was steep for your area thrift shops, here they’d likely put it on their auction site. Happy holidays to you & your family! Jet 🧡🎸🎶⚡️🦇😻🐈⬛

That wooden two-part thing is actually made to hold salt in the top "drawer" and pepper in the bottom drawer.
Love that shape of carnival glass vase!!! Oh I love that little elephante!!!
at 8:35 the wooded teardrop shaped split level box is a salt cellar and pepper container for the kitchen counter, I have a single marble one in my kitchen (salt )
Our Goodwills are dumps, three little rows of stuff that belongs in the trash. These Goodwills are amazing.
The weird wood thingy is a salt and pepper keeper used in a chefs kitchen! For pinching
i thought it might be a stash box,, lol for tabacco use of coarse
L
The wooden box is salt and pepper container for your kitchen.

This video is so relaxing. Your speaking voice, the pace of your commentary and the interesting items you pick all add up to a pleasant experience!

Those stacks of plates next to the Benjamin Franklin mugs were soooo pretty 😍
I saw a sunflower painted crock that I just picked up at my goodwill without the lid. I put flowers in it for my fall decorations.
So glad to see you! I was hacked then my tablet died and I'm just now getting all of you great people back on my new tablet. Happy New Year!
I’m handicapped and can’t get around thrift stores anymore. I enjoy going vicariously through your videos.
I love the lacquered chest, expensive, but I would have been tempted too.
Oh that was a beautiful peice , i collect them ..
Not in that good of condition and not that price , but that was well worth the money..🥰
I may hold onto it for a while. ☺️

Those Small square plates the first one you saw I had a mushroom on it wow those are adorable. Great thrift trip
Salt and pepper wooden box 👍🏼👍🏼
I believe that wooden piece with the swing out pieces is a salt/pepper cellar you keep by your stove with ground pepper and salt - easy for cooking
the wood duo container that slides over the base and has the lid all hinged together is a salt a pepper vault. Or some call it a salt and pepper pig. One section gets ground pepper and the other gets salt .
The "swinging" wooden box was for counter-top salt and perpper.
Oh My, I have one of those mugs from the begging, glad to know it's and Irish Coffee mug!! Thanks CLL
I love the 3 crystal glass animals!
Hello Happy Sunday, the wooden container is for salt and pepper
When you find paintings with the painting continued on the sides or bottom like that one was. It's because a huge roll of canvas is rolled out and they are painted over and over again then cut up and framed ready for the big frame.
The little wooden round box that were 2 connected containers is for salt and pepper.
I loved the little dishes with the mushrooms and other veggies. Mushrooms are indeed best!
Great thrift store. I really enjoy watching you because you explain why or why not you decide to buy something. I am learning a great deal from you. Thank you so much for sharing.

I got an amber canister from when my mom past away..she had candy in it ❤❤
I always grab the vintage Christmas no matter the month . There are collectors out there that love the old ones.
The wood box is a salt and pepper cellar (I have one). It swivels open and you put salt in top and pepper in the bottom. lol
The 2 compartment wooden container with the swiffel lid is a salt and pepper keeper that is used when cooking for that pinch of or teaspoon of salt or pepper, as shakers make it hard to measure quantities.

It's always so interesting to go shopping with you. Loved the glass elephant ring holder. Thank you for sharing.
You're right, that is one odd pitcher. It looks like the offspring of a one night stand between a 1970s lamp and a souvenir ewer from Niagara Falls.
The wood box with 2 boxes with a lid are salt and pepper holders, that was a nice one, in the crystal stuff you said you didn't know what it was.
It is so nice you placed the painting in a prominent place . So someone else could admire it and perhaps buy it.:)
Dagneys shell is a Cowrie shell. They are usually tiny so the big carved one is cool.
I love following your videos. You have an eclectic way of choosing items that’s exactly how I find myself shopping. I don’t sell so have to control my tendency to buy item’s that wont fit my decor.
Polska means Poland. They were dated so were probably from someone’s trip to Poland in that year. A personalised travel souvenir.
Chargers are easy to get. Alot are universal or you can buy a universal charger cord with interchangeable ends.
That Goodwill was awesome today!!! 💚♻️🤑
Hi Yvon!
The thermos!!! I hope you pick it up in part 2!!!
Thanks for sharing and caring! Wishing you and your family a Very Happy New Year!
The wooden Heritage Mint swivel box is a double salt cellar. :)
That Bavarian porcelain hunting scene tureen @ 1:55 was such a score for $10. It sold for nearly $250.00. Good eye.
The wood 2 tiered box is a SALT BOX for cooking ... 🧂
Lots of goodies on them shelves.
Thanks for taken us along ..🥰
Depending on what the price was, you could make good money on the Florentine box. I think they are very desirable to some folks, like me. I lived in Europe and visited Italy and love those boxes. I agree that the lacquered box is gorgeous.
I’m pretty sure that painting you left behind was a bob ross recreation. I recognize the scene.
Stuning tile
I love Tonala
Happy Sunday, hope you had a wonderful Christmas
i loved the set of plates next to the Franklin cups
The black and brown plate is from Mashiko, Japan. The size makes it very expensive. Nice find. Could be made by the Hamada ceramic studio.
I live in oregon and our goodwill prices are ridiculously high. You are very lucky plus our storez don't have the inventory your goodwill has.
Thanks for the tour
The wooden box with the swivel lids is for salt and pepper.
Great video. However, you should have gotten the vase with the multiple openings in it. I just bought one at a flea market only to find out they sell for between 35 and $50! I paid $9. Love watching you.

The white vase is a tulp vase. In every whole you put one or two tulps.
Love the folk art owl!
I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy when Dagne shops with you. I want her to be my friend too.
I think that wooden thing is a slat/pepper box. Not even sure, but I would use it for that....😅
Love that Jewelry box it's Gourgers. Those little people that u stack them into one big one my brother has one but the coloring it's a different.
The little piece of wood at 8:42, before the three crystal duck, is for salt and pepper....
That lacquered box with all the drawers was beautiful! Well worth that price.
That pitcher was very mysterious
That vase at 8:04 reminds me of the 80’s movie Flash Gordon and the thing they had to stick their arms in... lol
Wow what a fantastic goodwill.wish ours was like that.but you found some great pieces.
Oh yes I need those little blue mushroom plates
Oh that lacquered chest of many (some hidden) drawers!
Hello from Germany, Thomas Porzellan is an excellent and expensive manufacturer in Germany, good buy!
what do you use to remove price labels so the finish beneath is not ruined?
Oh wow I can’t believe you passed on the gorgeous red and gold box. It’s vintage Italian Florentine. I know several people that collect it.

The egg shaped wood container with the two openings is a salt and pepper cellar.
