One of the reasons we stay at air bnbs is that we can cook our meals rather than having to eat out. So serving bowls would be useful to people like me.
Omgosh guess what I found at my thrift store for 3 dollars make you hollar!!! A glassy baby!!! I was shocked and so excited, it was baby blue. Blue is my favorite color which made it all the better❤❤❤
Having serving dishes, tea cups, saucers and oven use dishes I always find at the Air Bnb's that I stay at. It is nice to not to have takeout all the time.
Royce baskets were made in Historic Roscoe Village in Coshocton Ohio. But have also closed. The owner might have been a former employee of Longer berger. I have several, they were slightly cheaper not by much at that time.
I was ready to jump in my car and drive the four or so hours for that Build A Rainbow poster. Then remembered this video is a week or so old. That’s the kind of art from the 70s I loved and would of had in my room!
Home and Garden was sold like Pampered Chief. People sold it out of people's home at least here in Ohio . My cousin sold it. It was pricey 25 years ago.
The crystal candlestick def looked like Oleg Cassini... I picked one up even thou I didnt see any signature and it was actually under the gw sticker... its in the middle underneath, not towards the sides like Baccarat is. Picked up one of those too at the same time. Both singles thou
Longaberger Baskets are coming back in my area. I can rarely find them in Thrift stores or Good Will. They ask high prices in the Consignment shops and they get the prices.
That first tray you picked up is nice! I think it may be Dorothy Thorpe and worth some money. I have one that is very similar with silver overlay. Even if it’s not DT, it’s beautiful!
9:21 I had never heard of PIC USA either, so I thought I would look it up. Here is what I found….PIC USA Pottery is a pottery company that makes decorative pottery using traditional techniques and high-quality clay. PIC USA Pottery vases are considered works of art and are sought after by collectors.
Thank you. I often stop mid video and try to look up the stuff she doesn't know. I gave up on this one. I'm from Washington state and awhile back when she didn't know GES (Glass Eye Studio), I already knew that one. I have several of their "orbs" I received as Christmas gifts from my daughter.
I have to go check Christmas for Spode and Snowbabies, Spode can be good sellers, and Snowbabies that have color, like the Fischer Price ones and there is a Mickey Mouse one, I have found and sold multiples.
I’m originally From Meadville Pennsylvania!! Such a small world! I have been thinking about starting my own channel! I live in Albuquerque New Mexico and I thrift and find cool stuff most of the time!! Thank You for the Content it’s so fun thrifting and making money!
Google After bankruptcy Home Interiors was bought by Penny and Steve Carlile, the owners and founders of Home & Garden Party founded in 1996. They merged the two companies renaming it Celebrating Home and it continues to operate from Home and Garden Party's headquarters in Marshall, TX.
I’m always shocked how much is at your good wills. Mine never has anything. Salvation Army is also always empty. I do have other 2nd hand stores close to me though.
Home& Garden bought Home Interior before closing. Retailers like Kirkland's &Home Goods and such made the instant gratification too much to contend with. Past seller.
I think dogs are cuter then cats, but when it comes to figurines and craft pieces, cats always sell. That patchwork cat would have taken a ride with me too!
Why have you chosen to not shop at the antique stores anymore? Half the fun is seeing all the glass and whatnot at the stores. You built a lot of your business on those viewers. Goodwill is the same over and over again.
Literally made my laugh out loud at the Appendix Angel.
Meeee, toooooo 😂😂😂😂
Me too! Hilarious 😇
And me 😂😂😂😂
One of the reasons we stay at air bnbs is that we can cook our meals rather than having to eat out. So serving bowls would be useful to people like me.
I was just saying the same thing! Definitely need a few bowls for family meal.
totally agree!!! You cannot have enough bowls…
Absolutely- I would use those!
I cook everyday, never use serving bowls
Omgosh guess what I found at my thrift store for 3 dollars make you hollar!!! A glassy baby!!! I was shocked and so excited, it was baby blue. Blue is my favorite color which made it all the better❤❤❤
Here in Sweden we says that if we are down the floor it is because we looking for low prices.😊
Loved the “building a rainbow” art 🌈
Hi! Home and Garden Party items were sold at Home Parties in the 2000's
The company changed its name to Celebrating Home.
Well, hello everyone!!!! Have a great rest of the week!
Should have picked up the pretty serving pieces. We like to make a meal or two when vacationing.
You make me smile. I love your uplifting spirit. I watch you just to cheer up.♥

Home & Garden Party was a brand of mostly pottery that had in home shows similar to Home Interiors. I bought some in the 90’s.
Home and Garden Party was a pottery ware MLM in the 90's and 2000's like Scentsy or Party Lite.
Home and Garden was sold via house parties like Tupperware.
Longaberger Baskets are coming back in my area. I can rarely find them in Thrift stores or Good Will. They ask high prices in the Consignment shops and they get the prices.

Ah yes, when Push It plays at the Goodwill!😂😂

@@BrianBrock-r5z YW. I treat it as sort of a challenge.
Thanks, Jocelyn Elizabeth!😎🌎👏
Longaberger baskets are a dime a dozen, but it is the unusual shapes with lids that sell.
Another full cart with good stuff.
That was the cutest little frog at the first of your shelf explore
Home and Garden party was a home show business like Home Interiors. It was very big for many years in the 80's and 90's.
PS Received those salad dishe ( bowls) in 1968 fr a wedding gift. Have neef seen the big serving dish.
Huge fan! Wondering if you would ever do a tour of your air b n b to show how you decorated it with your finds?
We’re still working on the boring renovations.
Love the reed looking candle holders.
Love the 70's cat!

Christmas is all year long!
.53 Jocelyn that dish was gorgeous!!! It looked like it had a blue toned glass under the gold(could have been the camera) but what a find!!!
I have to go check Christmas for Spode and Snowbabies, Spode can be good sellers, and Snowbabies that have color, like the Fischer Price ones and there is a Mickey Mouse one, I have found and sold multiples.
Cute finds. ❤

I’m always shocked how much is at your good wills. Mine never has anything. Salvation Army is also always empty. I do have other 2nd hand stores close to me though.
9:35 PIC USA - I think POC is Pacific Stoneware from Oregon or Washington (not California Pacific). Yet the glaze reminds me of B Welsh
People used to host Home & Garden Parties where the guests would order/buy merchandise. Like a home interiors party.
Hi Jocelyn, did you pick up any utensils for prepping food or serving for your airbnb?
Love this! Have you gotten you Air b & b open yet?
No
21.02 the flower pot mug!!!!!!!!!😂😂😂😂
Fun video. ❤

Those plates to the left of the Bake Oven pie plate looked like restaurant wear. Check those for lead!
The crystal toward the end that you picked up, I said "That's pretty" just before you did.
I love it when she says “Oh look!” 😊
I have one of those glass pennies on my shelf
Jocelyn did you get your B&B open yet? It sure is beautiful.

It's an at home party thing!
Home and Garden party is not a goodwill brand. It was sold at home parties similar to home interiors back in the 80’s and 90’s.
PIC USA is a pottery company

For those of us who are pilots, "PIC" means pilots in command 😅😅😅

Literally, the last video she posted was shopping an antique mall. 🤷🏼♀️
@@mamaG4 It was however it has become less antique mall videos.
Bwhahahahaha.
