The blue dragon w chip count have been very interesting. I collect antique Chinese porcelain and had a similarly shaped piece. It had beautifully pa8nted individual sections made to hold delicacies inside. You were right though, the chip probably ruined it's value. I do not agree w the above comment on the number of claws. 5 means it was made for royalty.
Those bongo looking drums were very cool looking and Laurel is going to love it. Perfect size for her to sit with and they’ll make less noise than banging on pans or a drum set
For several months, I bugged my husband for a picture I wanted on Wayfair but he kept telling me it was out of our budget and We Are Not Buying It! Well I went into a Goodwill on the other side of town, and the picture was there with only a minor scratch on the frame. We painted the frame and it now hangs in my living room. Did I mention it was also half price day! The Wayfair price $300 plus shipping Goodwill $5.00 plus paint on hand. HAPPY WIFE!!!

my friend and I were at a church rummage sale and I told her about your "praying hands game". Right away I find 2 and tell her I'm winning and she called me the B word. LOL. A few weeks later we were thrifting and loading our finds into my car and I see a praying hands sticker on a car window. I told her I get 2 points for that because it's outdoors. :)

I’m 55 yo, I loved that brown glazed vase around the 14:00 mark. It’s exactly the kind of thing I would buy as I recreate the pretty, earthy tones of my childhood in my home these days. Very 1960-1970’s.

I visited my relative in Frederick MD this week. I was so excited to follow your footsteps to all 3 Goodwills. Walkersville was my favorite. We also went to Thurmont, which was in an industrial building. The good wills in south east Georgia and north Florida all have been in new buildings. Just nice seeing a business use a fun building.
For the shorebird, plaster of paris can probably be molded and painted to fix things like that. Depends on the piece and how much you want to repair it, but it doesn't usually take long.
I wish our Goodwills would hang up the goodie bags. They just pile them up in a cage and you can’t see everything. It’s very frustrating. I had that flower vase you picked up. “Vacuum Time!” Lol! Anything can happen. From people packing donations at home and dropping them off, to the processing at the store, to the people handling things roughly at the shelves.

I don’t know nothing about nothing but when I seen what it was worth, I might learn a thing or two nah I’m too old to care anymore but anyway, congratulations on that one you did great.
A lot of that crystal looks like Bohemia .. it comes with dark blue stickers.. if they still have them. Very pricey. My mum had a whole collection in the late eighties.. early nineties.. So surprised to now see them in a thrift store.. they were highly prized back then.
I think at least some of my local estate sales donate to local thrifts after the sale, I’ve taken to wait and visit the thrifts in the estate sale area wi a week/two of the conclusion of the sale. Annnnnddddd….there they are…..looks like the same in your area.

Dragon is the 80s. 5 toes is Chinese, 4 toes is Korean and 3 toes is Japanese. Wings are European.

I have a couple of Teleflora by accident. I liked a Thomas Kincaid tea pot Teleflora and a vase Teleflora. They have some interesting containers.

The fish on the bowl is a Parrotfish. They’re beautiful.
Not sure if the shells and things were glued in there, if not I would have grabbed a large plastic bowl and taken them out and dumped them.😊

The votive holder figure around 12:20 is like some kind of crazy tropical native kool-aid dude.
You could have fixed the beak on that bird with the crafting colored putty. I've seen others on TH-cam do it with great results!

Probably less than happens when it's originally thrown in the donation box. I don't think many people bother wrapping their donations. 😞
