This is a beautiful house and at close to 2200 square feet spares no expense at a huge living room and a huge kitchen. Even the bedrooms are a decent size and at the price offered, I think this is a great deal. I wish I could get this house.

I really like this house & Tiny Tim. No carpets...thank you from those of us with dust allergies! Every room is outstanding...windows, interior doors are very nice. Kitchen is very nicely laid out and the butler's pantry just needs a small prep sink. I'd love to downsize into the Emma Jean if you were in the Atlanta area. Good job on this one!
They deliver ANYWHERE in the *contiguous* 48 US states, I think, but they charge if it's farther than 100 miles of their factory! So, u, definitely, *CAN* order any of their homes!👌😉
