Yeah, it had crossed my mind too that solid doors, with maybe a small top center window might be safer and fewer windows. I guess some people like a lot of windows, but I only want one or two in the bedroom that work with standard window coverings. Don't want no morning sun to ruin my sleep in days.
I've watched and saved multiple videos but this one is definitely my favorite. The only thing I would redesign is the porch. Extend it out to a wrap around deck and add a fireplace. And also, a house this beautiful should have a magnificent farm house front door. Think I just found my dream retirement home.

He's great, I just need the farmer and some land to place it on. Love the house. Saw another guy show one of these homes... he was so bad the home looked like a disaster. Same house, different presentation.. This guy is superb. He shows the house - you get a sense of the style and size. So many guys show you into cupboards and electical stuff.... and you never see the house. Give up on that! This man knows what he's doing.

2 BR/2Ba, with W/D side-by-side, ADA approved ramp & wide pocket doorways would be ideal for disabled Vets & seniors. Bonus electric fireplace option would be nice as well. Think about it. Baby-boomers are retiring & downsizing every day. We need something of this sort.

I love it. I would go back to entertainment center with fireplace. I love all the lighting. I love the island and storage. No dishwasher for me. Love the all wood. You really nailed the kitchen. I love the desk because I work from home. I would have barn doors and built in dressers. No bath tubs for me. I would pocket doors throughout

I want to know if You are going to redo the Lulabelle also, thank you for not having the electrical box in the butlers pantry, that never made sense to me when you could easily have it in the laundry area.

You are my go to when I get into the mobile home watching mood, your charisma, the speed at which you move through the house, and the ability to see what the house is really like from afar and not first person is why I keep watching, my only critic is not flashing the floorplan into the video somewhere. The floorplan is what makes or breaks a decision, and having to go hunt it down on the website, which theres not even a direct link to, kills it dead in the water for me. Flash that floorplan for a second and you'd be hands down, the best mobile home channel out there!
That was 1 negative when we bought our home, the master closet was being used as an outside storage area built into the house. I wish our master looked that great and had all that storage
