This isn't fully accessible. I am an occupational therapist certified in home adaptations. This wouldn't work for someone that doesn't have the ability to stand at all. Better for someone with a walker or cane. Manufactured homes aren't always easy to adapt due to the wall and plumbing construction. It is a lovely home but there are many limitations as well as some great features.
I've been waiting for a single wide 2 bedroom with such diversity and this one was it. It really didn't feel like a single wide at all and the layout was amazing. Thank you for the video.
I don't understand how it can be considered a single wide when it's 18 feet wide. That's too wide to take up only one lane during delivery. Isn't 12 feet wide the max?
This is absolutely perfect for me as a senior and a widow. A master and spare room for any number of things. I love this floor plan!! I hope something like this one will be available about a year from now. LOVE it!!

FINALLY! A handicap friendly home 💘 ♿ I hadn't been considering a single wide but live the colors, split layout, lots of storage & multiple entry options. Adding this 1 to my dream folder 📂 🏠
I am an occupational therapist with certification in adapting homes, and there are some features of the guest bath that aren't fully accessible. The shower controls are opposite the seat, requiring assist or the ability to transfer while holding the shower head, and the toilet placement doesn't allow full w/c access. The sink won't be accessible from a w/c unless the cabinet doors and the main door is removed, and perhaps not even then. You will likely have to ground set the home to make it accessible. Sadly, major adaptations are often very difficult w/ manufactured homes.

This is an outstanding floor plan! Very open and full of storage. Would not feel like a two-bedroom at all. Well thought out and executed. The only thing I would add is an electric fireplace in the LR with TV wiring and shelves between the windows. Great price tool

With this hime being set up as handicap accessible it would also be a great option for someone with a handicap child... It is always bice for them to have their own bathroom so you can keep it aet up for them and with the door into the bedroom you could install a lift track... Nice layout!

That's a fantastic, dream home. Love the wide width. It would be ideal for the husband and wife to each have their own bedroom. Allowing them plenty of space to display and store personal possessions. While playing the "my place or yours" game. Continually "play dating" keeps things fresh and exciting. I love this home. A quality home, better price. I am also impressed by the optional handicapped grab bars.

Okay I love love love this! I would split the 1st bedroom make one side smaller and make an office have them customize a desk and lots of cabinets to match kitchen add stairs going off the office and place it over a basement do a wrap around porch, add a garage and take the window out the closet. The bathrooms. Kitchen, living room are perfect! It's great as is, but this could also be a very spacious beautiful ranch style over a foundation!
I love how large the living room is. With a little imagination and design skills that space can service alot of purposes. 1.) Guess room with couch bed 2.) Office 3.) Day care play area 4.) Storge (with portal nice storge type living room furniture) My mom is getting older I want to be prepared incase she comes with me. Also if I have more kids at 8 mo. I'm not walking anymore. Also who doesn't like to use the large handicap bathroom ? My husband is....pravite, his own room is a must. I can share my room with our daughter or.....he can be in the living room when guess are not here.
I really like the bathroom for the older people. I would put barn doors and built in dressers in every bedroom. I would have you put an entertainment center were you have the mirror . No dishwasher for me I would have a farmhouse sink. Nice laundry room 👌 😌 ☺ 😊 no tubs for me.. I wouldn't need the double sinks. Love the built in storage. You did an awesome job on this home

That is smart! If my mother were still alive, this would have been a very good option. I was trying to figure out what to do when she passed this summer. Thank you for telling people about the 3rd bedroom option. There are a lot of single parents out there with aging parents that can't live alone anymore. This is a Very Smart option. Lot of people out there, that have disabilities as well. Very Smart option. I'm impressed with both the price and the floor plan.

My God, a woman must have designed this layout! Best use of Space I ever saw! Just exceptional. And the STORAGE! You could have put Triple bunk beds in the second bedroom if had a larger family or couple kids create their own combo bedroom/ family room., with tv. Tuck small fridge/freezer there for night time snacks. And parents have instant quiet. Heaven! snacks and parent
These homes are not the same as "mobile homes". these are modular homes and they are built to the same quality as most site-built homes so u would need a foundation.
owned an American Homestar back in the mid 1990s, which was built by Oakcreek, went thru 2 severe storms that spawned tornadoes, and is now on its 3 owner. Has held up just as good if not better, than the site built owns we ve had

An you get this model in a 15x60 that’s the only size I can fit on my lot
Two master bedrooms now that’s my Dream home.
This one is exactly what we need, the large bathrooms, fantastic kitchen, and big living room, sweet.
For the price this thing is off the charts huge !

This home is perfect for me and my daughter! And I am disabled so that bathroom is perfetc!! Maybe one day I could afford it.
I am also disabled and the grab bars in the bathroom are so great to see. The nautical decorations are great to see too.

Put up a barn door to shutoff the free loader brother. Make it lockable so he can't raid the fridge in the middle of the night.
