Dollar land lot has very few black people in those areas. i like to stay in areas where people like me live .nothing against those areas but i feel safer in a equal race graphic like 40 percent white 30 percent black.dollar land store those places are like 5 to 10 percent black not my areas but to each its own🙏

Even walking with my kids and it really is not a safe part of the city. There's high crime but I just feel like I know the people I know the kind of bad and stupid lol and it doesn't frighten me. About a year ago I bought a house in a mostly black part of the same city. Crime is slightly higher but I have great neighbors. Mostly older people who own their homes and have lived here for over 15 years. But for some reason I still have not gotten to a point where I am comfortable. I won't even walk my dog. I rather take the whole family to a park in a different neighborhood 🙁. I honestly just feel like I will stand out as "different" and be targeted or looked at as weak or that I don't belong. I hope I get over this fear but I'm mostly thinking of moving.

Mr Tiny you have hit it out of ballpark! This is my dream home for me and my 3 kids or my parents even. I love everything about this home. There isn't a thing that is wrong! I love the farmhouse feel with the contemporary touches. You guys have thought of everything. I love how everything flows into the next room and the bedrooms are behind the bathroom, giving it a private feel. My son is older now and has a girlfriend so the front bedroom is perfect for them. And when he leaves, My parents can have that room. We all, 5 or 6 could live comfortably without being on top of each other. We all are in a 3000sq ft, 2 story home now and they can't do steps any more. I am getting there! This has everything that we need and more! The wrap around porch is a absolute beautiful icing on the cake!! I can't afford this yet but this is my light at the end of the tunnel. Now I can look for land and know that my house is waiting for me. Thank you for showing this house and giving my dreams a direction to go forward with. It is a light at the end of the tunnel. This home is huge! I love that there's no carpet, but I'd have to hire help to mop it. Some surfaces and fixtures could use an upgrade. Also, a half-bath would be a nice addition. Great presentation, Mr. Mike 👍
You may be a lot better off in 5yrs. as far as prices go because the Pandemic has drove building supplies sky high along with the price of these homes. Hopefully the prices will come down when things return to normal. We need to buy now & not having any luck due to demand & prices so guess we will be waiting too.

I always want a farm house and this is great with a few changes to fit me such as the master on the opposite side of the rest of the bedrooms,a master closet not in the bathroom, a half bath next to utility, a mud room close to the front door with built in seat to take off your muddy shoes, and a screen patio with ceiling fans in the back. Now it is perfect! Where are you located in Texas Mr. Tiny?
I love this! But I do have one... idea? I personally would like it if the guest near the living room and master were to switch places but still keep the space and bathroom the same. Other than that, that is a beautiful home.
Gorgeous! Whoever designed this knocked it out of the park. I think it should have plank flooring and hopefully the screws on the kitchen island were just for transportation. Love the accent wall in the main bedroom. It was screaming for a Austin stone fireplace! Not crazy about the shower. Colors sound pretty but looked a little busy. Maybe it looks better in person. The rock shower would be pretty. Fabulous home. Storage and flow was great.
Me Tiny, awesome house, but my favorites are still the Lulamae and lulabelle, layouts WOULD LOVE TO SEE THOSE MODELS IN TRIPLE WIDE. 👍
