I wish he would bulid a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom single section Sunday house for sunday with linen closets in the hallway 2 walkin pantrys and a laundry room that walks out to the laundry clothes line to hang up clothes

Nice floor plan. Love the entertainment center in the living room. I like that the kitchen has the island and a dining area. Utility room is a plus. I'd take the tub in the bathroom. All in all it has a great floor plan!

I would definitely be proud to own this home! I would put double windows over the sink instead of the 2 cabinets, put cabinets over the desk, Austin stone skirting, and absolutely choose the soaking tub. One of my favorites for sure!

I would open that laundry room for more closet, put the laundry where the office is, and close off that closet in the bathroom and put the toilet where the bathroom closet is. For that big space, the bathroom is too close. I like bathrooms that have toilets away from the sink. Where the toilet is now, could be more bathroom counter space, maybe like a vanity (for makeup of course). I would make the bathroom door into a sliding doors, and then lastly I would expand the counter where the double sinks are. It can be expanded to the shower. You can do so much with this house!! This is perfect to make your own.

I just figured out leave a few positive words. I enjoyed the video you’re informative and entertaining as usual. Keep doing what you’re doing. I reside in northern Virginia just south of Washington DC but again I enjoy the Contant plus you look sharp. I wanna be like you when I grow up
The layout of this home feels much larger than 1300 sq ft. Love the walk thru on some of the different options that are available. Saving this to my faves list!
I usually don't like single wides. Just something about them for a home just doesn't "jive" with me......BUT......this one would totally make me feel like it's a home on the inside and looks like it could be a double wide from the front view. And with options to change things around a bit makes it fit various lifestyles. Glad it exists!

I ❤it! I'd get this as is, w/the exceptions of adding a window across from the desk, in the 3rd bedroom, and in the guest bedroom. I'd remove the desk and make it a reading nook. I'd use the guest bedroom for my office.

Thanks for showing this single section Sunday. Like entrance and oyster oak flooring! Ceiling fans throughout! (Great decision having an island with storage, no sink or dishwasher or stove/oven using up storage space in island.) Microwave is at right height. I assume there is space for freezer in recessed area of pantry.
Nice variety options for those who don't need a hall desk.

Finally a window in the hallway and please make the guest bedrooms much bigger the kid are going to grow living room like it love double sink in kitchen reduce some space in pantry remove desk in the hallway to make the guest bedrooms a bit larger but I still love your videos have you ever thought àbout putting a hand washing sink in the kitchen at the end of the island

Ok hear me out, I'd take out the entertainment center that way my couch can go anywhere I want it to. I'd ADD another top like the island just drop it down slightly (Attached to the island) jetting outward so you can seat chairs around it for a proper dining table, in the end it would be T shaped once finished. Only one more thing I'd have to see in person would be the pantry area. I saw there was a little bump out in that room I wonder if its big enough for a freezer to store extra food? If not I'd move that shelf where the window is and put the freezer there then I'd add shelves to that bump out.
I would add a half bath to the laundry room.

Pretty floorplan but what is the extras pricing like skirting, decking, transporting and installation. I ask because I thought I would get an $90K 1/1 mobile home here in California but after the HOA, Skirting, decking, tranportation and installation the price was $200K and because its a mobile home the loan isn't a HOME loan but a property loan and the % rate was 28% APR - making my monthly $3K before electricity / gas/ water. So is Solar panel available too?
I have a Baby Grand piano and was wondering if the first guest room could be taken out and made into part of the living room. We only need a two bedroom and we think the Logan is perfect for us… if the living room was bigger.

Ithink the kitchen island should be a oak color and cabinets oak wood 🪵 color so they match the floors looks more elegant your chandelier should be the kind that has prisims that hang on candles 🕯️ so awesome

An additional option for a closet is to just run one across the wall as you enter the master bedroom. There is nothing wrong with bi-fold doors.
Can i get rid of the bedrm next to the livingrm to make the living space bigger and omit the desk area for a large closet???
