Yeah, every concert of theirs is different. I read a lot of times that Adam will wake up the morning of the show and pick out the setlist for that night. I'm not sure now but I also remember hearing him say you could tell by the setlist how much he drank the night before. If it was mellow and chill, he had a bad hangover and if they played some of their louder stuff, he didn't wake up with a pounding headache. Haha.. I love him so much.. well all of them I mean. 🥰

Thank you for posting this video!! I've loved this band since middle school which was early 90's for me, but have never been able to go to a concert. :( I absolutely LOVED watching this entire concert! It was amazing!
The Band is GREAT, all the musicians are GREAT, and Adam is a G E N I O U S. I ❤ Counting Crows since the beginning. I admire you very much, you' re incredible, awesome, fantastic, marvelous. Thanks for this beautiful music!!!
I agree, it's impossible to know what will be on the set list. Other concerts do the same setlist over and over and I usually get so curious that I spoil it and then wish I hadn't. 😂
I've seen Counting Crows like 10 times in concert since the 90s, and I don't think Adam Duritz has sung a single melody the same way twice. 😊That's ok... I love the improvisation. Never know which version you're going to get.
this was epic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@Camillo_1 a minha também... Mas aqui no Brasil é osso. Quase ninguém curte e quem conhece só sabe do primeiro disco.... Por isso a chance de um dia vermos um show aqui é zero
I wanna hear more Dave Bryson he is a far more steady guitar player than Immi. What is Immi Playing on "sullivan street" with his "SG" is he making a new song?
Life long fan but I feel some of the magic is gone, just does not have the same soul and feel. Not sure what is going on but I feel its more to play for pay than for the love of it.
He cut his dreadlocks! And just like Samson he lost his mojo. The band has been around for 30 years. Most bands don't even last half that long. It's no surprise that some of the newness has worn off.
I didn't try and verify but someone told me sometime that later on the dreads was a wig, especially after it kept getting bigger and bigger. They're a lot older, of course they don't have the same energy, everyone slows down when they get older. I'd love, love, love to see them again. But what I'm glad about is Adam is still with us, he has been pretty open about his depression and other "illness" that makes him see the world differently than others and being an alcoholic. as heart breaking as some of his songs are, there were times I was worried he might harm himself. Glad he's still here and going on tours.
I’m not sure how many bands you’ve seen that have been around for this long, but I think they’re absolutely killing it. I’m not sure what your expectations are, but this is much better than most bands half their age. Plus, this is the first show of the tour and their guitar player is out with COVID.
totally threw me off. first didnt realize this was Duritz new look and vibe. but then thought he was joking about COVID. I knew it was bullshit from the start. You're telling me from 1 month ago he's still thinking/talking/concerned about it? How it that possible he could be smart enough to write/perform these songs and not figure that out by now?
I just read the other week their was another strain they were worried about. COVID is still out there and it always will be and there will always be potential for new strains. People just got tired of hearing about it so it wasn't getting new clicks anymore. He wasn't mistaken. 🤣
He may agree with you. He always stated he was a better poet than singer... but I don't think he sounds bad here at all, you can just tell he can't hit some of the bigger notes but that happens to everyone.
I can still listen to August and Everything After front to back just like I could 30 years ago
Ahhh... that voice. Been loving that for a long, long time.
Like coming home❤❤❤
Adam's voice is sounding great, love the variations on the songs musically, so sound rich.
Random show, very Counting Crows, this is why I love them. The only band that I have about ten different versions of the same song and love them all.

Me too! I remember being driven from home to my middle school and Omaha would come on the radio all the time. It was my favorite song back then.

l love these guys ❤
So glad they still have it. Saw them a while back, two times, and they were great!
Thanks so much for uploading. I saw them in Niagara Falls the week after when Dan was back. Such a different setlist but so very awesome.
thanks for this....... superb
So so happy I stumbled on this !!! 😍 I love everything about this show. Such an appreciation for the artistry that is CC! ❤
Saw them mid September in Berkeley, amazing. I love them so much. So, so wish I could hesr them cover Friend of the Devil live. ❤❤
Wow! This set was really turned over… love it
This is great! I love how unpredictable the setlists can be and hearing new versions of songs too

That Mandolin within Anna Begins makes it such a unique song. One of my favorites.
I❤Counting Crows. Fantastic concert.👏 Thank you for sharing🙏

What I love most is that Adam is dressed like someone who would attend this Counting Crows show
Living legends 🙂
Miami song lore, very nice to hear. Really changes how the song feels now knowing the context. Felt that tho 💔
Still got it. Still my favorite all-time band.

Most all of their shows are different but I think those 3 last ones are the best choices for the encore. ❤️

Gotta say Immy handled the electric guitar parts when they were doing Rain King and A Long December
Ten days until they’re in Dallas. Looking forward to it. Haven’t seen them in a while.
Whaaaat... I didn't know they came back from overseas for a US tour already. 🥰
Sooo stoked...!!! I'll be there tonight ❤

Thanks, cool unique show. 'Course they never would have added Dan if Immy had joined back in the beginning.

I love that he talks soooooo much trash in-between song. But while playing he seems to wholeheartedly bite into the story he is telling.

Not a wig, individual extensions which he had removed in London a few years back.
Thanks for clarifying. Adam is still so talented but it's a little strange to see him without the extensions.
