I finally got to see Counting Crows, after wanting to see them for almost 30 years, this year. It was definitely one of the best live shows I've ever seen.
Imagine just for a minute you're one of the band members... looking out at thousands of fans watching you play. Who would've thought starting out that your music brought you this far! Adam and crew have such emotion and energy in this concert. Watching them in the earlier days, having so much fun sharing their lives through the music. CC has brought me through so many parts of my life, contemplating my decisions and saving me so many times. I love them and am so thankful I found them. Definitely underrated and deserve everything they've worked for. THE BEST BAND EVER. Keep on rockin' boys!!!

I saw them recently in atlantic city. And due to casino rules they only played 45 mins which ultimately sucked. But their performance energy skill talent showed in every second of the set. I never really got into their music until like a year ago. But im slowly going over the albums from the beginning to now. I think (forgive me if this sounds gay) their music helps me thru a lot within my life. from highs to lows. And im sure a lot of music does that for people in life. But..i find myself more content when im listening to them nice and calm..just...nothing matters except the their music blasting in my ear pieces. They are amazing! rock on brother!
I want to see them so bad!! They're coming to West Palm in August. I've watched most of their concerts on TH-cam. I was unemployed for awhile, still trying to catch up. But I have to go with the thought that YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE!! I'm going!! Don't want any regrets when I GO!!
That's exactly the same number of times I've seen them live too. One of my favorite memories is a show I had a front row seat in. At the end of the show Jim didn't throw his drumsticks in the crowd, he called me up front and personally handed them to me. I've seen a lot of concert footage of them but never seen that happen.
Thanks for coming my way to sunfest,,,wish ,I'd taken initiative, get extra tic,,be right up front. It's actually unbeleivable up their yet ,,considerably limited room ,tics probably as well ,yet. The counting crowes ,,transform their vibe all the way ,,like o rings ,in space ,like a notable illistrated book ,/Alien,,Lansapes,,I felt just what I wanted and hoped ,,the band is,,
Did any of you see them at Green Valley Ranch the next day in Las Vegas. August 2003. They flew into Vegas from this show, got off the plane and performed for about 1500 or so of us. Awesome show but no pictures! Hoping someone captured some!
2003 and "Hard Candy" was their peak year... Adam and the boys had 4 masterful collections of original song' albums... And Adam's hair wasn't silly😜, and he still had that hungry tortured energy...
agree although he paid the price for that tortured energy...if you read the wiki about saturday nights and sunday mornings it's basically the constant touring for the couple of years after hard candy that drove him to probably his lowest point

One of my all time favorite and most respected albums of any band is Counting Crows Live at Heineken Theater 2003. Can anyone tell me why this performance is similar but still quite different if it's from the same year, and possibly where I can find video of that concert?
They did a few nights in a row at the same venue, and the songs on the CD version are all from different nights. This video is only from one of the shows

Probably not, but I was pumped just this existed. I was told there was no video footage of this concert, so I was not optimistic but damn I stand to be wrong! Lol I know "Holiday in Spain" was played by there's not a video so theres hope for a full show
