One accidental technical difficulty on a video and he’s apologizing. After all the information we get from this man for free. That’s dedication and love for what you do. We will all still be here, Rick. Don’t worry! Lol

Rick is a music genius. We know he can play! The last thing he needs to apologize for is technical difficulties!
People say musicians like Dave Grohl & Barry Gibb r the nicest guys in music, Rick Biato should deffinately be included in that statement.

I graduated high school in 1997. One of my very best friends listened to this almost constantly. Over the years as I listened to this it always reminded me on how she was the one and I let her slip through my fingers. We reconnected last year after 25 years and have been together since. Even now as I listen to this it transports me to a time that I was completely in love with her and still am.

*I definitely appreciate this Rick* and don't worry about it - because you're a hybrid music instructor/sound analyst/mixer/engineer & an accomplished multi-instrumentalist (pro gig worthy) yourself. But there's a clear goal to stay objective and clear-headed, not lose your passion for clever technical skill and smart channeling of natural talent - and you remember the all-important empathy for the listener's experience -- all this still guides your musician/creator compass.
Integrity guided by intelligence and joy, precision and honesty.

A lady down the street donate a grand piano a few years ago, the counting crows music just flies off the keys. Ive been cranking out all their songs on this old piano and it feels fantastic. I so dig the way they integrated the subtleties of a grand piano with the whole band, when it need to be heard it's all you can hear, otherwise blending in with everything else. This is just phenomenal stuff.
