Another interesting shuffle with some cool fills as well. Frank Beard played some pretty unique stuff when it can to shuffles. This is just my opinion and not to ignite any arguments. #zztop #frankbeard #lagrange #druminfluence #shufflestyles #drumlesson #jamesbharrison @james_animal_harrison TH-cam channel JamesAnimalHarrison
Thank you,sir...I m Italian , but ,this video was very clear to me.
I " love" Frank Beard 'S stile.......un saluto dall' ITALIA ✌
Thanks
Thanks a lot for this.lesson. I have to play this great music with my band but I really didn't find a video as a natural aproach to the music as yours.
Everyone I have checked seemed a little off of what is played, specially about the rim click pattern at the beginning and the shuffle being played on bass drum..... whatever it is, I think your video is the best that helped me play the music!!!! 💪🥁
Also thanks for the shuffle bonus at the end with the hh!!! 👌
All the best from an amateur Portuguese drummer!!!! 🙏🇵🇹🥁😎
Thanks
You good man. Thank you for this very informative lesson.
Thank you for the comment
I wonder what drums he used in TRES HOMBRES...that snare and those TOMs sound perfect....
I don't know either
What a great analysis! Thank you.
thanks
Great video, Very useful for me.
thanks
Thank you so much for doing Frank Beard's playing justice ! So many cats butchering that tune.
thank you
Thanks!
Thanks! Slowing it down like that really helps!
Glad it helped!
This is one of de best tutorials so far...Thanks!!!
thanks
Pretty good tips! Thanks. I always thought Frank played his double kicks with in your Flam demo...
Thanks for these tips, very helpful!
Well explained on the fill being flams that impersonate triplets with the bass drum:)
thanks
my teacher.
Thanks for uploading this - does Frank play a very quick double kick to come out of those flam triplets to come in on the ‘one’ of the first beat of the shuffle ? It’s so fast I can’t tell on the recording - if it is , man that’s fast on your foot. To get around this , could you crash the snare with the crash cymbal on ‘one’ ?
Cheers
Thanks James!
