I was watching Raphael Nadal play tennis one day and noticed he drinks from one water bottle then another and places them perfectly diagonal to the tennis court during his break. I later found out he does it too quite the chatter in his head. So I started developing the same habit when opening and closing the game menu imagining when I close the menu I'm letting go of possible bad outcomes . I found a ridiculous increase in my performance and alot more clarity in the game. Maybe it's an idea for a video? Loved this video though very interesting ideas! Simple and brilliant.
@@PULAG Yeh exactly that. Or for somebody it could be flicking a rubber band on there wrist. If you can find your triggers and you programe the right sequence of thoughts centered around positivity triggered by those behaviours you can programe yourself to overcome any situation. It's easier said than done tho. But for me it's worked. The hardest part is not getting carried away. Tilt can happen any day if your emotions aren't in the right place. Hope this helps you guys!
In doing this it has always helped me to also visualize failure and in doing so if you are doing it correctly you will feel this feeling. Obviously do not repeat just failures but make mistakes it will help you deal with them too. Then visualize the next match right after
Sounds like you're talking about using visualization to deal with and recover from failure, to get yourself back up. Amiright? Kept seeing this ad featuring Jeremy Lin talking about the importance of failure. Great way to put that into practice!
I have something that before doing a kill i imagine exactly what is going to happen, i see on my eyes the guy peeking and 1 tapping him, or defending a site and stuff like that. And it helps me to have a fast reaction time and better aim
It's crazy to hear this. I used to do this during the Days of Destiny 1 trials of Osiris and I feel like It helped alot then. and I haven't used it since but yet that was the time I felt most confident in my gaming ability. I thought I was just getting old.
Actually I've seen a video telling people that the people who practice physically and the people who imagine themselves practicing in their heads have equal performance and equal improvement..
Hello Mcdudes I think he's talking about when you are getting ready to shoot a peeker, you visualize it happening before it actually happens and therefore you are ready and you will have less ms to react!
Been waiting for a new video and finally, another great one! Thank you so much! Your channel changed my gaming life like black and white. God bless you
The method is to visualize the gameplay before you even enter the game, visualize in your head every possible outcome your enemy would do and try to do it before they do, or do the opposite of what that expect you to do. The main point is to basically plan ahead, think of every possible out come(bad or good), cause and effect, basically come up with a strategy or plan, plan ahead before entering the game. Sorry if this isn’t the best explanation this is what I got out of watching the video
6:13 stating the improvements in percentages isn’t useful here imo. If 1 group decreased by 1 ms and the other by 7ms that is a 7x greater improvement but not a big advantage.
I've noticed that if you visualise in the game you playing as well also makes you faster. I Vs 3 players alone and I beat the round just by visualizing the first being in mid on inferno the next guy peeked me first so I killed him got shot once in the back and that's when I visualised where he would be near T-spawn and pinpointed it just by the indicator and killed him with a 180 spin kill them with the guy in mid I was right and ended up killing him as well
@@SoniaG334 Yes, but it has to be consistent and very specific. It's like when u pre-aim in an fps game, you "know" the possibilities in front of you so it's easier for your brain to process the info, which makes you react faster.
1. Meditate after doing practice 2. Visualize before the game How to visualize? >Sit somewhere comfortable in a quiet room , close your eyes , imagine a gaming scenario using all five of your senses, use your imagination to picture the screen in front of you,Visualize the color of the room and the light and the fine details like lobby menu before the game etc. >Now feel what you will physically feel while playing the game ,visualize that feel that Imagine mouse keyboad in your hand, headphone on your head etc >Imagine things you will hear before the rounds also smell if you do while playing real game, like smell of the room etc.

so like reopening the client as a way of 'resetting' everything in a sense? like a fresh canvas to start on?

I love you
I wish I had seen your comment before I watched the video
that doesn’t help at all, if you don’t know how to.
Very nice. I willl apply this towards my pro players as they face their opponents in the Africa Championships

Hahah I am a total opposite my reaction time is 170 but I cant him my shots lately and its kinda bad when your an awper
bro turn down the music i'm trying to hear you and not a full music video
Very good content, but why is the music always so loud in the frontground.. it feels like im trying to listen the talk, but music is louder.
But do we really need to do post game "visualization" when we can just record the gameplay and actually watch it back...
Hello Mcdudes I think he's talking about when you are getting ready to shoot a peeker, you visualize it happening before it actually happens and therefore you are ready and you will have less ms to react!
And yes that works too
Can you make a video like this about building team chemistry? Thank you
I've learned so much from this channel thanks for this video

I just wanna say, i really love your content. That's all. Just wanted to say that, cause the effort you put in is amazing.
You should turn the music up some more, I can still hear you
😂😂😂😅😅😅
Did anyone else think the music playing in the background was way too loud to hear him speaking?
But what's the method?
The method is to visualize the gameplay before you even enter the game, visualize in your head every possible outcome your enemy would do and try to do it before they do, or do the opposite of what that expect you to do. this music sounds like its from cars 2
Nice forgot about this technique, good stuff. 🙂
gotta do this everyday so i don't forget about it lol
Thanks for the music
Yo lightning McQueen does that visualizaton shit too
Learned so much from you
I was thinking Adderall....
bro took the whole video to explain how to do it
Use visualization to metally Prepared
Calmly
Breathing Slowly
Affirming Self Talk
MEDITATION AFTER TRAINING
This is going to be absolutely invaluable when I want to throw my tv out a window playing Lies of P (souls-like games)
Just drink water it helps a crazy amount
I cannot explain it but I feel some connection with you . I used to watch your videos two years ago
Ayoo??

The information is good, thank you. If the background music can lower down, it would be perfect.
hope it helps me, am 14 and have a reaction time of 600ms...
Aphantasia people be like:
This is the skill base you need to be above average. IQ is the other.
I just need to improve for genocide undyne from undertale lol
good information, way too long video, stop saying the same thing 50 times and talking around everything to get watchtime
Can you improve your reaction time as an older person (29+) and strengthen your brain in a fps competitive field? 😀
Yes
You can but it becomes harder
Yes easily
@@_AN94_bro thats where ur in ur prime
The majority of top competitors are cheating, which is why the levels of insane skillshots seem to be going up

do I always have to visualize killing enemys and winning or also have to visualize getting killed and losing ?
both. it depends.
Visualizing killing and winning boost your confidence
Visualizing getting killed and loosing prepare your mental about experiencing the bad scenario
id say visualize about the good kills you did last match you played, so you can memorize how to play like it
I know visualization but for gaming do you visualize the on screen action or actual mechanical mouse & keyboard movements?
I think both
I've noticed that if you visualise in the game you playing as well also makes you faster.
