Nihonkai-Maze-curcuit. I tried new Supra at Los Angels. The US model has 17 inch wheel and 4 pods caliper. It had a reliable system. However, disappointingly JP model has 16 inch wheel and a brake system for 16 inch. Footwork of the US model was pretty good. I’d like to check JP model in comparison to other competitors. Let’s see details. I like overall styling. It looks like Toyota 2000 GT. I like this front which has different wildness than GT-R. This triple light is really bright. I like this air intake. The hole for intercooler looks small. I wonder if this chin spoiler works or not. It’s soft. Side mirror is based on door. It’s good for less drag. When I first saw rear spoiler I thought it’s too big. However now I think it’s matching the style. Exhaust pipe is large. It looks like it’s a sport car. Single exhaust pipe was applied for weight reduction. Side air intake is for cooling tire, brake and differential. Tire is tiny 16 inch. Can you believe this? There is such small brake for the modern sport car. RX-7 and GT-R are applying 4 pods caliper as nothing special. However this modern sport car has this tiny brake. What is Toyota thinking? I’d like them pay more attention to detail to make this a sport car. US model has 320HP and I thought it was nice. It had flat rev. This engine food is made by aluminum. It’s first time for Toyota. This is a electric throttle valve which US model doesn’t have. I want to check if this is good or not. I like interior design. Some of parts are really plastic and seems cheap. However in overall I like this tidy design. Meters look like that of Corrola van. Former model was better. It looked like a sport car. What I don’t like is too much support on seat. My elbow hits when I steer. Overall, I’ll give 85 points to this car.

I wish that the Mitsubishi 3000GTO was fast enough to properly race in this battle. But even with the Active Aero Twin Turbo V6, the amount of weight they had limited it to more of a Grand Tour car than Race Car.
Great watching these guys having fun in these race battles though

@@konatalove 1990年より前であればその言い分は理解できる。ちなみに1993年のサラリーマン平均年収を調べると約450万。今とそこまで変わらない。むしろ令和元年に関しては約436万。様々な標準化、排ガス規制、280PS規制の撤廃や安全性能の向上義務、消費税等があるため、妥当な金額にはなるのかもしれない。しかし平均年収が変わらないため、エンジンスペックが同等の性能の車を、比較すると今の車が高く思えるのは必然。

BMWと共同開発した新型(A90)が出ますよ。今度はレーシングカーへ低コストかつ簡単に改造できるとか。ニュルも軽く7分台で走れるみたいだし、パフォーマンスは歴代の比では無いでしょう。
